背景技术
牛蒡是一种根茎类植物,为菊科多年生草本药食两用蔬菜,有“东洋参”的美誉。牛蒡的肉质根营养丰富,含有多种维生素以及钙、镁、铜、锰、锌等矿物质,还含有牛蒡甙、牛蒡苦素、牛蒡酚和菊糖等,具有保健功能和药用价值。研究表明,牛蒡有明显的降血糖、降血脂、降血压、补肾壮阳、润肠通便和抑制癌细胞滋生、扩散及移弃水中重金属的作用,是非常理想的天然保健食品。尤其适合血压高的人群和糖尿病人食用。

本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种牛蒡营养面条。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的牛蒡营养面条,其包含下列组成部分,面粉150份,植物油3份,核桃6份,鸡蛋10份,水20份,牛蒡超细粉20份,食盐2份,奶粉3份。
所述面条还包括海带粉8份。
本发明的面条添加一定量的牛蒡超细粉,研制出风味独特、口感细腻、有保健功能的牛蒡超细粉面包。既提高了牛蒡利用率,又丰富了面包品种。
