本发明的目的是提供一种芝麻酱,本芝麻酱采用低热量食品材料制成,不容易造成肥胖。
一种芝麻酱,主要是由清水30-60份、菠菜汁10-20份、甜瓜汁3-9份、新鲜苹果果肉5-7份、芝麻20-26份、蜂蜜3-5份、白糖3-7份、白酒3-9份、黄酒2-5份、淀粉5-7份、 豆油3-9份、芹菜末5-10份、豆瓣2-7份、阿斯巴甜4-8份、黄芪粉末3-6份和鹿茸粉末0.3-0.7份制备而成。
