Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用在汽车领域中的真空泵,其具有固定在转子轴上的转子元件和直接或间接驱动转子轴的电动驱动装置,该转子元件布置在转子壳体中,该电动驱动装置布置在电机壳体中,其中,转子壳体和电机壳体通过壳体壁相互连接,并且形成壳体装置,其中,转子轴借助轴承装置支承在壳体壁中,并且,转子壳体具有至少一个入口和出口。
背景技术
汽车领域中不同的用电器、例如制动装置基于负压控制。为之所需的负压在传统的汽车中主要通过汽油发动机的汽油吸管接头提供或者柴油发动机中的机械负压泵提供。尤其在混合动力和电动汽车中,使用电动负压泵或电动真空泵,以确保与内燃机无关的负压供给。从实践中还已知,将用于电动驱动真空泵的电机和产生负压的转子安装在壳体装置中。若结构空间允许,转子壳体沿纵向这样地与电机壳体连接,使得设有转子的电机轴可直接地通过电动驱动装置驱动。在此,电机壳体和转子壳体通过壳体壁相互连接,电机轴延伸穿过壳体壁。在此,转子轴借助轴承装置支承在壳体壁中。由于在转子壳体中要形成的负压,轴承装置承受极高的载荷,从而例如润滑剂被吸入转子室中并且不再发生常规的支承。实践中,作为辅助,构造有针对性的泄漏结构,使得空气从出口导引至轴中心,以便轴承装置的载荷由于压力差而在电机和转子壳体中保持很小。这种方法在转子壳体制造中是非常耗费的,此外通过这种泄漏降低了真空泵的效率。
发明内容
因此,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种使用在汽车领域中的真空泵,该真空泵避免上述缺点。
该技术问题由此解决,在壳体壁中提供至少一个通孔,该通孔将转子壳体和电机壳体流体连通。以这种简单且成本低廉的方式,创造电机壳体和转子壳体之间的压力补偿,该压力补偿确保可靠的功能和就寿命而言耐用的功能。
在按本发明的真空泵的特别有利的实施形式中,在轴承装置的区域内设置至少一个通孔。
通过气密地封闭壳体装置提高了真空泵的容积效率。尤其是滚动轴承适合作为轴承装置,该滚动轴承制造廉价且安装简单,并且由于壳体壁设计具有至少一个通孔的特别方案而不再承受较高的压力差,该压力差会导致滚动轴承的油脂损失。以有利的方式,可以在壳体壁和第二气缸壁件之间设置用于转子元件的起动盘。

具体实施方式
图1示出具有壳体装置4的电子真空泵2。壳体装置4基本上由电机壳体6和转子壳体8组成。在电机壳体6中设有本身已知的具有简略示出的电子控制装置12的电机10。该电机10在此实施例中直接作用到转子轴14上。当然也可以考虑,转子轴14构造为多件式,或电机10的驱动轴通过离合器与转子轴14连接。
电机壳体6在远离转子壳体8的端部具有盖元件16,在该盖元件16上设有用于电子换向的电机10的控制单元12,该盖元件具有用于支承转子轴14的第一滚动轴承18。但明显的是,电机10也可以设计成传统的、机械换向的电机。在对置的端部上设有壳体壁20,该壳体壁20与盖元件16和气缸壁件22共同气密地封闭电机壳体6。壳体壁20具有向外指向的固定法兰24,用于将真空泵固定在电机舱中。此外,壳体壁20形成转子壳体8的一部分,这一部分沿纵向与电机壳体6相连接,并同样通过该壳体壁20气密地封闭。也就是说,壳体壁20在本实施例中既是电机壳体6的一部分也是转子壳体8的一部分。此外,转子壳体8也具有第二盖元件26以及第二气缸壁件28,其中,在壳体壁20和第二气缸壁件28之间设有由不锈钢制成的用于转子元件32的起动盘21。第二盖元件26通过贯穿螺栓30与壳体壁20螺纹连接,该贯穿螺栓30贯穿通过第二气缸壁件28。转子壳体8也流体密封地封闭。此外,转子壳体8以已知的方式具有在附图中未示出的入口和出口。转子轴14具有转子元件32,该转子元件32在本实施例中具有多个可移动布置的叶片元件,与之相应地真空泵设计成叶片泵。转子元件32以已知的方式与第二圆柱体的壳体件28共同地作用,并且与之相应地保证形成负压,在壳体壁20中设有第二滚动轴承34,转子轴14同样支承在该第二滚动轴承34中并且转子轴14通过该第二滚动轴承34伸入转子壳体8中。
此外,壳体壁20具有三个通孔36,这些通孔36直接布置在滚动轴承34的区域内。以这种方式提供在转子壳体与电极壳体6之间的流体连通装置,以便在滚动轴承设备34的区域内不会形成损坏滚动轴承34的压力差。
图2示出电机壳体6的立体图。明显可见带有法兰元件24的壳体壁20,通过壳体壁,真空泵可以固定在汽车的电机舱中。转子轴14支承在滚动轴承34中,并且贯穿通过该壳体壁20进入转子壳体8的未示出的转子室中。还明显可见通孔36,该通孔36确保在滚动轴承34的区域内的压力补偿。
明显的是,本发明不限于设计成具有多个叶片的叶片泵的方案,尤其也可以使用在例如单叶片真空泵中。

Claims (4)

1.一种使用在汽车领域中的真空泵,其具有固定在转子轴(14)上的转子元件(32)和间接地或直接地驱动所述转子轴的电动驱动装置(10),所述转子元件(32)布置在转子壳体(8)中,所述电动驱动装置(10)布置在电机壳体(6)中,其中,所述转子壳体(8)和所述电机壳体(6)通过壳体壁(20)相互连接并且形成壳体装置(4),其中,所述转子轴(14)借助轴承装置(34)支承在所述壳体壁(20)中,并且,所述转子壳体(8)具有至少一个入口和出口,其特征在于,在所述壳体壁(20)中设置至少一个通孔(36),所述至少一个通孔(36)将所述转子壳体和所述电机壳体流体连通,所述至少一个通孔(36)设置在所述轴承装置(34)的区域内。
2.按权利要求1所述的真空泵,其特征在于,所述壳体装置(4)气密地封闭。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的真空泵,其特征在于,所述轴承装置(34)是滚动轴承。
4.按权利要求1或2所述的真空泵,其特征在于,在所述壳体壁(20)和气缸壁件(28)之间设置用于所述转子元件(32)的起动盘(21)。
