Claims (5)
- ロータ軸(14)に固定され、ロータケーシング(8)内に設置されたロータ部材(32)と、
モータケーシング(6)内に設置された、前記ロータ軸を間接的または直接的に駆動する電気的な駆動機構(10)と
を有する、自動車分野において使用される真空ポンプであって、
前記ロータケーシング(8)と前記モータケーシング(6)とはケーシング壁(20)を介して相互に結合されてケーシング構成体(4)を構成し、
前記ロータ軸(14)は軸受装置(34)を用いて前記ケーシング壁(20)に軸受されており、
前記ロータケーシング(8)は少なくとも1つのインレットと1つのアウトレットとを有する真空ポンプにおいて、
前記ロータケーシングと前記モータケーシングとを流体連通させる少なくとも1つの貫通開口(36)が前記ケーシング壁(20)に設けられている
ことを特徴とする真空ポンプ。 - 前記少なくとも1つの貫通開口(36)は、前記軸受装置(34)の領域に設けられている、
請求項1記載の真空ポンプ。 - 前記ケーシング構成体(4)は空気密に封止されている、
請求項1または2記載の真空ポンプ。 - 前記軸受装置(34)は転がり軸受である、
請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の真空ポンプ。 - 前記ケーシング壁(20)と第2の筒形壁部品(28)との間に、前記ロータ部材(32)に対するスラストワッシャ(21)が設けられている、
請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の真空ポンプ。
