  本发明的目的就是为了克服现有瓜子口味单一这一缺陷而提供的烤肉味瓜子。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
烤肉味瓜子,是由以下重量配比的原料制成:瓜子100-200、烤肉味调料10-20、洋葱粉10-20、食盐5-15、桂皮5-10。
在上述技术方案的基础上可以有以下进一步技术方案,所述烤肉口味瓜子还可以添加八角、茴香、丁香粉。
本发明具有成本低廉、口味独特、制作简单等优点。
具体实施方式一:
烤肉味瓜子,是由以下重量配比的原料制成:瓜子200千克、烤肉味调料20千克千克、洋葱粉15千克、食盐5千克、桂皮6千克。
制作烤肉味瓜子有几个步骤:
1、取瓜子200千克,在炒锅中进行翻炒;
2、待瓜子炒至半熟的时候,加入烤肉味调料20千克千克、洋葱粉15千克、食盐5千克、桂皮6千克,然后继续翻炒至瓜子全熟便制成了烤肉味瓜子。

1.烤肉味瓜子,是由以下重量配比的原料制成:瓜子100-200、烤肉味调料10-20、洋葱粉10-20、食盐5-15、桂皮5-10。
2.根据权利要求1所述的烤肉味瓜子,其特征在于所述瓜子还可以添加八角2-5、茴香2-5、丁香粉3-6。
