本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种薄荷薏仁面条的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种薄荷薏仁面条,由以下重量份原料组成:小麦面粉400-500、豆渣30-40、薏仁80-100、小米110-120、薄荷15-20、绿茶10-15、鲜枣30-40、柠檬30-40、二色补血草6-7、茴香6-7、蕨菜8-10、麦芽8-9、茯苓7-8、栀子6-7、当归6-7、菊花叶4-5、板栗叶4-5、水适量。
一种薄荷薏仁面条的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将薏仁、小米洗净,置于锅中,将薄荷、绿茶做成茶包,放人盛有薏仁、小米的锅中,加入适量的水,加热焖煮50-60分钟,得到米粥;
(2)将鲜枣、柠檬洗净,取其果肉,与上述米粥一起置于打浆机中,打成浆汁备用;
(3)将二色补血草、茴香、蕨菜、麦芽、茯苓、栀子、当归、菊花叶、板栗叶用5-10倍量的水加热提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉末;
(4)将小麦面粉、豆渣、中药粉混合,加入步骤2中的浆汁、适量的水,不断搅拌,形成面团后,做成面条即可。

1.一种薄荷薏仁面条,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:小麦面粉400-500、豆渣30-40、薏仁80-100、小米110-120、薄荷15-20、绿茶10-15、鲜枣30-40、柠檬30-40、二色补血草6-7、茴香6-7、蕨菜8-10、麦芽8-9、茯苓7-8、栀子6-7、当归6-7、菊花叶4-5、板栗叶4-5、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种薄荷薏仁面条的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将薏仁、小米洗净,置于锅中,将薄荷、绿茶做成茶包,放人盛有薏仁、小米的锅中,加入适量的水,加热焖煮50-60分钟,得到米粥;
