绿茶保鲜方法,包括以下步骤:(1)利用60Co-γ射线对茶叶进行辐射杀菌处理;(2)将茶叶烘干水汽,使茶叶的含水量控制在3%-5%之间;(3)放入真空箱同时充入氩气、二氧化碳、氮气混合气体,气体保持24小时;(4)通风10个小时,放出氩气、二氧化碳、氮气混合气体2个小时后,再充入纯氧气并放置10个小时,以激活茶叶的鲜度,排出混合气体的异味;(5)在零下30度低温静置24小时;(6)进行分袋包装,包装完成后抽真空,同时放入氮气;(7)本发明可使茶叶在常温下保鲜2年,在低温下保鲜5-8年。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种茶叶的贮存技术,具体为一种绿茶保鲜方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活质量的提高、保健意识的增强以及对名优产品需求的增加,名优绿茶的产量、产值在逐年增加。但是,茶叶是一种季节性生产、全年消费的产品,尤其是名优绿茶主要集中在多雨高湿的春季生产,若不进行保鲜处理,名优绿茶很快就会失去应有的品质风味与保健效果。目前,应用于名优绿茶的保鲜方法大多是采用去湿、除氧、抑菌等单因子保鲜措施,效果不够理想,尤其是各保鲜技术的具体技术参数很难控制,缺乏实际的可操作性。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种绿茶保鲜方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种绿茶保鲜方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)利用60Co-γ射线对茶叶进行辐射杀菌处理;
(2)将茶叶烘干水汽,使茶叶的含水量控制在3%-5%之间;
(3)放入真空箱同时充入氩气、二氧化碳、氮气混合气体,气体保持24小时;
(4)通风10个小时,放出氩气、二氧化碳、氮气混合气体2个小时后,再充入纯氧气并放置10个小时,以激活茶叶的鲜度,排出混合气体的异味;
(5)在零下30度低温静置24小时;
(6)进行分袋包装,包装完成后抽真空,同时放入氮气。
所述抽真空温度为零下30度。
所述分袋包装在0度情况下进行。
本发明与以往技术相比,具有以下优点:
本发明可使茶叶在常温下保鲜2年,在低温下保鲜5-8年。

(1)利用60Co-γ射线对茶叶进行辐射杀菌处理;
(2)将茶叶烘干水汽,使茶叶的含水量控制在3%-5%之间;
(3)放入真空箱同时充入氩气、二氧化碳、氮气混合气体,气体保持24小时;
(4)通风10个小时,放出氩气、二氧化碳、氮气混合气体2个小时后,再充入纯氧气并放置10个小时;
(5)在零下30度低温静置24小时;
(6)进行分袋包装,包装完成后抽真空,同时放入氮气。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种绿茶保鲜方法,其特征是,所述抽真空温度为零下30度。
