本发明涉及保健食品领域,具体涉及一种抗疲劳的黑芝麻糊及其制备方法。
背景技术
芝麻糊是以芝麻为原料,加入其它五谷杂粮调制而成的食品。它营养丰富,清甜麻香,可以解馋,余味无穷。自古以来就被认为是滋补强身、延年益寿的佳品。
中医认为,芝麻味甘、性平,有补血、润肠、通乳、养发等功效,芝麻糊适于治疗身体虚弱、头发早白、贫血、大便燥结、头晕耳鸣等症状。黑芝麻有养颜保健和使白发变黑的功效,黑芝麻中的维生素E非常丰富,可延缓衰老,并有润五脏,强筋骨、益气力等作用。
黑糯米味甘、性温,入脾、胃、肺经;具有补中益气,健脾养胃,止虚汗之功效。
红豆蛋白质中赖氨酸含量较高,气味甘、酸、平、无毒,具有化湿补脾、疏风清热,燥湿止痒,润肤养颜之功效,对脾胃虚弱的人比较适合。
薏米可以活血养颜,富含膳食纤维的薏米还有预防高血脂、高血压、中风及心血管疾病的功效等等。
山楂能防治心血管疾病,具有扩张血管、增加冠脉血流量、改善心脏活力、兴奋中枢神经系统、降低血压和胆固醇、软化血管及利尿和镇静作用;山楂所含的黄酮类和维生素C、胡萝卜素等物质能阻断并减少自由基的生成,能增强机体的免疫力,有防衰老、抗癌的作用。
刺五加根的提取物和甙类均有抗疲劳作用。甙的作用较相提取物为强,较人参提取物及人参甙为强。腹腔注射刺五加醇浸膏水溶液20g/kg,平均延长小鼠游泳时间1/4。刺五加茎皮水提物500mg/kg及其丁香树脂酚-二-o-B-D-葡萄糖甙50mg/kg均能显著延长大鼠负荷游泳时间。以小鼠爬绳试验测定刺五加根在不同生长时期的生理活性,显示刺五加根和叶的提取物分别可提高大鼠活动能量25%和70%。

本发明所述的黑芝麻糊的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
A 取芝麻粉40~60份、黑糯米10~15份、红豆5~8份、薏米2~5份、杏仁8~10份、山楂2~5份、菊花5~8份、黑枣5~8份、刺五加2~5份,打成粉;
B 向制得的粉末中加入麦芽糊精0.1~1份、蜂王浆1~2份,置入搅拌机中搅拌均匀;
C 置入干燥箱中50~55℃下进行干燥处理,再经100~200目网筛筛分,取筛下物按规格进行包装,得成品。
所述的C步骤,干燥处理后物料水分含量为10%以下。
