本发明涉及食品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种富有机铬营养保健饼干及其制备方法。
背景技术
饼干,以小麦粉(可添加糯米粉、淀粉等)为主要原料,加入(或不加入)糖、油脂及其他原料,经调粉(或调浆)、成形、烘烤等工艺制成的口感酥松或松脆的食品。是一种携带方便,老少皆宜的食品,适合充饥或作为一种休闲零食。目前市场上的饼干种类繁多,其成分也纷繁复杂,但目前市面上的饼干还存在以下问题:1.热量过多,营养成分低;2.容易引起上火、造成便秘等;3.口味单一,吃多容易产生腻味;4.含有过多食品添加剂,包括防腐剂、甜味剂、色素、糖分或油脂等,长期使用对肠胃、肝脏影响大,对记忆力不好。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的在于:针对上述存在的问题,提供一种风味独特,低热量,吃多不腻,不易上火,且具有行气和胃、健脾补肾、清热解毒等保健功效的富有机铬营养保健饼干。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种富有机铬营养保健饼干,该富有机铬营养保健饼干主要由如下重量份的原料制备而成:小麦粉400-600份,魔芋粉300-450份,玉米粉200-400份,木香10-20份,富铬山稔子10-20份,富铬桔梗15-30份,灵芝20-30份,白薇10-20份,玉竹15-30份,桔梗15-45份,核桃30-60份,杏仁15-45份,无花果15-30份,菠萝30-60份,柠檬15-25份,苹果30-65份,黄油200-300份,木糖醇20-40份,水适量。
进一步地,所述富有机铬营养保健饼干主要由如下重量份的原料制备而成:小麦粉450-550份,魔芋粉300-400份,玉米粉220-280份,木香12-16份,富铬山稔子12-16份,富铬桔梗20-25份,灵芝22-28份,白薇12-18份,玉竹20-25份,桔梗25-30份,核桃40-50份,杏仁20-40份,无花果20-28份,菠萝40-50份,柠檬18-22份,苹果40-55份,黄油220-280份,木糖醇25-35份,水适量。
进一步地,所述富有机铬营养保健饼干主要由如下重量份的原料制备而成:小麦粉500份,魔芋粉350份,玉米粉250份,木香14份,富铬山稔子14份,富铬桔梗22份,灵芝25份,白薇15份,玉竹22份,桔梗28份,核桃45份,杏仁30份,无花果25份,菠萝45份,柠檬20份,苹果50份,黄油250份,木糖醇30份,水适量。
进一步地,所述木香,富铬山稔子,富铬桔梗,灵芝,白薇,玉竹,桔梗均为干料。
本发明还提供了上述所述富有机铬营养保健饼干的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)提取中药浓缩液:将木香,富铬山稔子,富铬桔梗,灵芝,白薇,玉竹,桔梗混合,进行水提取得到中药提取液待用;
(2)制备营养粉:将核桃,杏仁用打粉机粉碎至过100目筛,得到营养粉待用;
(3)制备水果汁:将无花果、菠萝、柠檬、苹果洗净剥皮,放入榨汁机内压榨成汁,得到水果汁待用;
(4)和面:将黄油融化,然后将小麦粉、魔芋粉、玉米粉、木糖醇、适量水混合,加入融化好的黄油和步骤(1)所得中药提取液,步骤(2)所得营养粉,步骤(3)所得水果汁,混合揉成光滑面团,覆盖一层保鲜膜,松弛20-40分钟;
(5)制作饼干坯:将经过步骤(4)所得面团擀成5-8mm厚的片,然后用饼干模具压块,得到饼干坯待用;
(6)烘烤:取出事先准备好的烤盘,在烤盘上刷少许油,将饼干坯摆放在烤盘上,然后用牙签在饼干坯上扎孔,再放入烤箱中于180-250℃烘烤20-35分钟,即可制得富有机铬营养保健饼干。
进一步地,所述步骤(1)中提取中药浓缩液的方法具体为:
a.预处理:木香,富铬山稔子,富铬桔梗,灵芝,白薇,玉竹,桔梗洗净混合,得到混合中草药;
b.一次提取:将混合中草药放入纱布袋,投入到中药提取罐内,往提取罐内注入混合中草药重量10-15倍的水,提取2-3小时,提取温度为70-80℃,提取完后,将罐内的混合物料固液分离,排出一次提取液;
c.二次提取:将一次提取后得到的固态混合物料放入提取罐内,再往提取罐中注入固态混合物料重量2-5倍的水,提取1-2小时,提取温度为70-80℃,提取完后,将罐内的混合物料固液分离,得到二次提取液;
d.浓缩:将一次提取液和二次提取液合并,过滤去除杂质后进行浓缩,得到中药浓缩液。
进一步地,所述步骤(6)在放入烤箱烘烤前需将烤箱温度调至110-140℃预热4-7分钟。

本发明中部分原料的相关特性如下:
小麦粉,性凉,味甘,归心脾肾经。富含蛋白质、碳水化合物、维生素和钙、铁、磷、钾、镁等矿物质,具有养心益肾、健脾厚肠、除热止渴之功效。
魔芋粉,性平、味甘凉,归胃、大肠经;魔芋粉可开胃宽肠,降低人体血脂和胆固醇,对治疗糖尿病患者的肥胖、高血脂、高胆固醇有积极作用,有健脾益气、消食化滞、除湿下气的功效。
玉米粉,性平味甘,有开胃、健脾、除湿、利尿等作用,主治腹泻、消化不良、水肿等。玉米中含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸,尤其是亚油酸的含量高达60%以上,它和玉米胚芽中的维生素E协同作用,可降低血液胆固醇浓度并防止其沉积于血管壁。因此,玉米对冠心病、动脉粥样硬化、高脂血症及高血压等都有一定的预防和治疗作用。
木香,味辛、苦,性温;归脾、胃、肺经。木香的作用如下:1.抑菌护肝:木香有抗菌作用,能够抑制胃肠细菌的再生,还能抑制肝脏病毒的复制的繁殖,起到消炎护肝的作用;2.行气止痛:用于脾胃气滞所致的脘腹胀痛、食少呕吐;3.理气疏肝:用于肝胆气滞引起的胁痛。对肝炎肝硬化有很好的治疗作用;4.健脾消滞:木香可调胃肠滞气,治疗腹痛、腹泻、里急后重;5.抗菌消炎;6.降压作用:木香不仅能降低血压,还有轻微利尿作用。
富铬山稔子,味苦、甘,性温。归肝、肾经。具有补肝肾,除风湿,健腰脚,抗癌、保护肠胃、利关节之功效。可治腰背酸疼,膝痛脚弱,寒湿周痹,失溺,尿频。
富铬桔梗,味苦、甘,性微寒。归肺、心经。具有清热化痰止咳之功效,可用于治疗痰热咳喘,咯痰黄稠之证;又兼甘味,故善润肺止咳,治疗肺有燥热之咳嗽痰少而粘之证,及阴虚燥咳劳嗽等虚证;还有散结开郁之功,治疗痰热互结所致的胸闷心烦之证,及瘰疬痰核等病。
灵芝,性味甘、微辛;性温,入肝经、肾经。灵芝具有清除体内垃圾,加强人体细胞物质代谢,防止肌肉骨骼老化,平衡人体血压,分解体内胆固醇,降低体内脂肪,恢复血管弹性,利尿清热,广谱抗菌,兴奋中枢神经,提高白血球数量,增强人体免疫力等显著功效。
白薇,味苦、咸,性寒;入胃、肝经。含有白薇素、挥发油、强心苷等成分,具有清热凉血的功效,可以治疗阴虚内热、肺热咳血、骨蒸劳热、产后血虚发热、热淋痈疽肿毒等症。
玉竹,味甘,性平。归肺、胃经。玉竹功效:玉竹有滋养、镇静及强心作用,适用于治疗心悸、心绞痛;玉竹有降低血脂和血糖作用,对肾上腺素引起的高血糖有显著抑制作用,可用于糖尿病;玉竹中有抗氧化作用的成分,可调节人体免疫力,抑制肿瘤的生长。常服玉竹可抗衰老,延年益寿。 玉竹的作用:有滋阴润肺、生津养胃的功效,临床常用于肺胃阴伤、燥热咳嗽、咽干口渴、内热消渴,常与麦冬、沙参等配伍煎服。玉竹具有较好的强心作用,是一味养阴生津的良药。
桔梗,味苦、辛,性平;归肺经。桔梗的功效:宣肺,祛痰,利咽,排脓。桔梗的作用与功效:1.辛散苦泄,宣开肺气,祛痰,无论寒热皆可应用,若治痰滞胸痞,常配枳壳用。2.咽喉肿痛,失音。能宣肺泄邪以利咽开音。凡外邪犯肺,咽痛失音者,常配甘草、牛蒡子等用,治咽喉肿痛,热毒盛者,可配射干、马勃、板蓝根等以清热解毒利咽。3.肺痈吐脓,性散上行,能利肺气以排壅肺之脓痰,治肺痈咳嗽胸痛,咯痰腥臭者,可配甘草用之;临床上可再配鱼腥草、冬瓜仁等以加强清肺排脓之效。
核桃,味甘,性温;归肾、肺、大肠经。核桃可防止细胞老化,能分健脑、增强记忆力及延缓衰老。核桃中还含有特殊的维生素成分,不但不升高胆固醇,还能减少肠道对胆固醇的吸收,适合动脉硬化、高血压和冠心病人食用。经常食用核桃有润肌肤、乌须发,可防治头发过早变白和脱落,有顺气补血,止咳化痰,润肺补肾等功能。
杏仁,味苦,性温;归肺、大肠经。杏仁含有丰富的单不饱和脂肪酸,有益于心脏健康;含有维生素E等抗氧化物质,能预防疾病和早衰。杏仁中含蛋白质27%、脂肪53%、碳水化合物11%,每百克杏仁中含钙111毫克,磷385毫克,铁70毫克,还含有一定量的胡萝卜素,抗坏血酸及苦杏仁甙等。
无花果,味甘;性凉。归经:肺;胃;大肠经。功能主治:清热生津,健脾开胃,解毒消肿。主咽喉肿痛,燥咳声嘶,乳汁稀少,肠热便秘,食欲不振,消化不良,泄泻痢疾,痈肿,癣疾。
菠萝,味甘、微酸,性微寒;归脾,胃经。海南菠萝的功用主治:清热解暑、生津止渴、利小便。用于伤暑、身热烦渴、腹中痞闷、消化不良、消渴、小便不利、头昏目花等。用鲜菠萝汁加入凉开水服,清热除烦、生津止渴颇有良效;用于伤暑或热病烦渴。
柠檬,味酸,性平;归肺、脾、胃、肝经。有化痰止咳,生津,健脾的功效。主治支气管炎、百日咳、维生素C缺乏症、中暑烦渴、食欲不振、怀孕妇女胃气不和、纳减、噫气、呕哕少食、痰热咳嗽等。
苹果,味甘、酸,性平;归脾、肺经。苹果的性味温和,含有丰富的碳水化合物、维生素和微量元素,有糖类、有机酸、果胶、蛋白质、钙、磷、钾、铁、维生素A、维生素B、维生素C和膳食纤维,另含有苹果酸,酒石酸,胡萝卜素,是所有蔬果中营养价值最接近完美的一个。

1. 本发明的富有机铬营养保健饼干在饼干中添加几种中草药成分:木香,抑菌护肝,健脾消滞;富铬山稔子,补肝肾,除风湿,健腰脚;富铬桔梗,清热化痰,润肺止咳;灵芝,平衡血压、促进代谢;白薇,清热解毒,活血化瘀;玉竹,可降低血压血糖;桔梗,祛痰利咽;通过上述各中草药之间的相互作用,使其性状更加温和,非常利于人体吸收,各成分相互配合共奏活血降压、清热解毒、行气和胃、健脾补肾之功效。
2. 本发明的富有机铬营养保健饼干以小麦粉、魔芋粉、玉米粉为主要原料,几种杂粮添加在一起赋予饼干更优良的口感,还加入了核桃、杏仁,有健胃养神、补充脑蛋白的作用,核桃杏仁与几种杂粮通过相互配合和促进,对人体有益的成分和功效大大提高,相对于单纯采用单种成分达到的效果要好两倍,可达到促进肠胃蠕动,帮助消化和加强记忆力等功效。
3. 本发明的富有机铬营养保健饼干添加有水果,以水果和麦芽糖醇代替白糖,使人体吸收到的糖分和热量低,有益健康,水果中的大量的维生素赋予饼干丰富的营养,另外,几种水果的添加使饼具有香甜的口感,以及诱人的香气,食用后不会觉得腻。
4. 本发明的富有机铬营养保健饼干制作方法简单易学,在制作过程不添加任何对人体有害的添加剂,绿色环保,安全健康,符合国家的生态经济产业政策,适用人群广泛,易于推广,极具市场前景。

下面的实施例可以帮助本领域的技术人员更全面地理解本发明,但不可以以任何方式限制本发明。
实施例1
一种富有机铬营养保健饼干,主要由如下重量份的原料制备而成:小麦粉400份,魔芋粉300份,玉米粉200份,木香10份,富铬山稔子10份,富铬桔梗15份,灵芝20份,白薇10份,玉竹15份,桔梗15份,核桃30份,杏仁15份,无花果15份,菠萝30份,柠檬15份,苹果30份,黄油200份,木糖醇20份,水适量。
应用上述原料制备一种富有机铬营养保健饼干,具体步骤如下:
(1)提取中药浓缩液:将木香,富铬山稔子,富铬桔梗,灵芝,白薇,玉竹,桔梗混合,进行水提取得到中药提取液待用;所述木香,富铬山稔子,富铬桔梗,灵芝,白薇,玉竹,桔梗均为干料;
提取中药浓缩液的方法具体为:
a.预处理:木香,富铬山稔子,富铬桔梗,灵芝,白薇,玉竹,桔梗洗净混合,得到混合中草药;
b.一次提取:将混合中草药放入纱布袋,投入到中药提取罐内,往提取罐内注入混合中草药重量10倍的水,提取2小时,提取温度为70℃,提取完后,将罐内的混合物料固液分离,排出一次提取液;
c.二次提取:将一次提取后得到的固态混合物料放入提取罐内,再往提取罐中注入固态混合物料重量2倍的水,提取1小时,提取温度为70℃,提取完后,将罐内的混合物料固液分离,得到二次提取液;
d.浓缩:将一次提取液和二次提取液合并,过滤去除杂质后进行浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;
(2)制备营养粉:将核桃,杏仁用打粉机粉碎至过100目筛,得到营养粉待用;
(3)制备水果汁:将无花果、菠萝、柠檬、苹果洗净剥皮,放入榨汁机内压榨成汁,得到水果汁待用;
(4)和面:将黄油融化,然后将小麦粉、魔芋粉、玉米粉、木糖醇、适量水混合,加入融化好的黄油和步骤(1)所得中药提取液,步骤(2)所得营养粉,步骤(3)所得水果汁,混合揉成光滑面团,覆盖一层保鲜膜,松弛20分钟;
(5)制作饼干坯:将经过步骤(4)所得面团擀成5mm厚的片,然后用饼干模具压块,得到饼干坯待用;
(6)烘烤:取出事先准备好的烤盘,在烤盘上刷少许油,将饼干坯摆放在烤盘上,然后用牙签在饼干坯上扎孔,将烤箱温度调至110℃预热4分钟,再把烤盘放入烤箱中于180℃烘烤20分钟,即可制得富有机铬营养保健饼干。
实施例2
一种富有机铬营养保健饼干,主要由如下重量份的原料制备而成:小麦粉500份,魔芋粉350份,玉米粉300份,木香15份,富铬山稔子15份,富铬桔梗25份,灵芝25份,白薇15份,玉竹22份,桔梗25份,核桃45份,杏仁30份,无花果25份,菠萝40份,柠檬20份,苹果45份,黄油250份,木糖醇25份,水适量。
应用上述原料制备一种富有机铬营养保健饼干,具体步骤如下:
(1)提取中药浓缩液:将木香,富铬山稔子,富铬桔梗,灵芝,白薇,玉竹,桔梗混合,进行水提取得到中药提取液待用;所述木香,富铬山稔子,富铬桔梗,灵芝,白薇,玉竹,桔梗均为干料;
提取中药浓缩液的方法具体为:
a.预处理:木香,富铬山稔子,富铬桔梗,灵芝,白薇,玉竹,桔梗洗净混合,得到混合中草药;
b.一次提取:将混合中草药放入纱布袋,投入到中药提取罐内,往提取罐内注入混合中草药重量12倍的水,提取2.5小时,提取温度为75℃,提取完后,将罐内的混合物料固液分离,排出一次提取液;
c.二次提取:将一次提取后得到的固态混合物料放入提取罐内,再往提取罐中注入固态混合物料重量3倍的水,提取1.5小时,提取温度为75℃,提取完后,将罐内的混合物料固液分离,得到二次提取液;
d.浓缩:将一次提取液和二次提取液合并,过滤去除杂质后进行浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;
(2)制备营养粉:将核桃,杏仁用打粉机粉碎至过100目筛,得到营养粉待用;
(3)制备水果汁:将无花果、菠萝、柠檬、苹果洗净剥皮,放入榨汁机内压榨成汁,得到水果汁待用;
(4)和面:将黄油融化,然后将小麦粉、魔芋粉、玉米粉、木糖醇、适量水混合,加入融化好的黄油和步骤(1)所得中药提取液,步骤(2)所得营养粉,步骤(3)所得水果汁,混合揉成光滑面团,覆盖一层保鲜膜,松弛30分钟;
(5)制作饼干坯:将经过步骤(4)所得面团擀成7mm厚的片,然后用饼干模具压块,得到饼干坯待用;
(6)烘烤:取出事先准备好的烤盘,在烤盘上刷少许油,将饼干坯摆放在烤盘上,然后用牙签在饼干坯上扎孔,将烤箱温度调至125℃预热5分钟,再把烤盘放入烤箱中于220℃烘烤30分钟,即可制得富有机铬营养保健饼干。
实施例3
一种富有机铬营养保健饼干,主要由如下重量份的原料制备而成:小麦粉600份,魔芋粉450份,玉米粉400份,木香20份,富铬山稔子20,富铬桔梗30份,灵芝30份,白薇20份,玉竹30份,桔梗45份,核桃60份,杏仁45份,无花果30份,菠萝60份,柠檬25份,苹果65份,黄油300份,木糖醇40份,水适量。
应用上述原料制备一种富有机铬营养保健饼干,具体步骤如下:
(1)提取中药浓缩液:将木香,富铬山稔子,富铬桔梗,灵芝,白薇,玉竹,桔梗混合,进行水提取得到中药提取液待用;所述木香,富铬山稔子,富铬桔梗,灵芝,白薇,玉竹,桔梗均为干料;
提取中药浓缩液的方法具体为:
a.预处理:木香,富铬山稔子,富铬桔梗,灵芝,白薇,玉竹,桔梗洗净混合,得到混合中草药;
b.一次提取:将混合中草药放入纱布袋,投入到中药提取罐内,往提取罐内注入混合中草药重量15倍的水,提取3小时,提取温度为80℃,提取完后,将罐内的混合物料固液分离,排出一次提取液;
c.二次提取:将一次提取后得到的固态混合物料放入提取罐内,再往提取罐中注入固态混合物料重量5倍的水,提取2小时,提取温度为80℃,提取完后,将罐内的混合物料固液分离,得到二次提取液;
d.浓缩:将一次提取液和二次提取液合并,过滤去除杂质后进行浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;
(2)制备营养粉:将核桃,杏仁用打粉机粉碎至过100目筛,得到营养粉待用;
(3)制备水果汁:将无花果、菠萝、柠檬、苹果洗净剥皮,放入榨汁机内压榨成汁,得到水果汁待用;
(4)和面:将黄油融化,然后将小麦粉、魔芋粉、玉米粉、木糖醇、适量水混合,加入融化好的黄油和步骤(1)所得中药提取液,步骤(2)所得营养粉,步骤(3)所得水果汁,混合揉成光滑面团,覆盖一层保鲜膜,松弛40分钟;
(5)制作饼干坯:将经过步骤(4)所得面团擀成8mm厚的片,然后用饼干模具压块,得到饼干坯待用;
(6)烘烤:取出事先准备好的烤盘,在烤盘上刷少许油,将饼干坯摆放在烤盘上,然后用牙签在饼干坯上扎孔,将烤箱温度调至140℃预热7分钟,再把烤盘放入烤箱中于250℃烘烤35分钟,即可制得富有机铬营养保健饼干。
为了更清楚地说明本发明的特色,本发明选取单个重量为25g的饼干400个为研究试验对象。以下为4组饼干,每组100个,做营养分析对比试验:其中A、B、C 组饼干分别为实施例1-3中的饼干,D组为一般市面上销售的饼干,营养调查结果如表1。

另外,本发明随机选择60位健康状况良好的人士进行试吃体验,分为A1、B1、C1、D1组,每组15人,分别食用A、B、C、D组的饼干10个,根据食用反馈得出结果:A1、B1、C1组人群普遍表示饼干口感佳,咬起来有嚼劲,饼干配合水果的的酸甜味和香味,吃多了也不腻,同时,在食用过后没有出现不良反应;而D1组人群反馈到饼干味道虽然美味,但吃多了腻,且食用过后都出现了轻微或严重的内热上火和肠胃不适现象。
根据结果显示,本发明的饼干含糖量、含脂量均低于市售饼干,且在口感上进行改进,添加水果成分,使得本发明的饼干吃多不腻,添加坚果,使饼干具有健胃养神、补充脑蛋白的作用,添加中草药配方,食用后不易上火,同时具有补肝益肾、清热解毒等功效。
上述说明是针对本发明较佳可行实施例的详细说明,但实施例并非用以限定本发明的专利申请范围,凡本发明所提示的技术精神下所完成的同等变化或修饰变更,均应属于本发明所涵盖专利范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种富有机铬营养保健饼干,其特征在于,所述富有机铬营养保健饼干主要由如下重量份的原料制备而成:小麦粉400-600份,魔芋粉300-450份,玉米粉200-400份,木香10-20份,富铬山稔子10-20份,富铬桔梗15-30份,灵芝20-30份,白薇10-20份,玉竹15-30份,桔梗15-45份,核桃30-60份,杏仁15-45份,无花果15-30份,菠萝30-60份,柠檬15-25份,苹果30-65份,黄油200-300份,木糖醇20-40份,水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种富有机铬营养保健饼干,其特征在于,所述富有机铬营养保健饼干主要由如下重量份的原料制备而成:小麦粉450-550份,魔芋粉300-400份,玉米粉220-280份,木香12-16份,富铬山稔子12-16份,富铬桔梗20-25份,灵芝22-28份,白薇12-18份,玉竹20-25份,桔梗25-30份,核桃40-50份,杏仁20-40份,无花果20-28份,菠萝40-50份,柠檬18-22份,苹果40-55份,黄油220-280份,木糖醇25-35份,水适量。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种富有机铬营养保健饼干,其特征在于,所述富有机铬营养保健饼干主要由如下重量份的原料制备而成:小麦粉500份,魔芋粉350份,玉米粉250份,木香14份,富铬山稔子14份,富铬桔梗22份,灵芝25份,白薇15份,玉竹22份,桔梗28份,核桃45份,杏仁30份,无花果25份,菠萝45份,柠檬20份,苹果50份,黄油250份,木糖醇30份,水适量。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种富有机铬营养保健饼干,其特征在于,所述木香,富铬山稔子,富铬桔梗,灵芝,白薇,玉竹,桔梗均为干料。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一所述富有机铬营养保健饼干的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)提取中药浓缩液:将木香,富铬山稔子,富铬桔梗,灵芝,白薇,玉竹,桔梗混合,进行水提取得到中药提取液待用;
(2)制备营养粉:将核桃,杏仁用打粉机粉碎至过100目筛,得到营养粉待用;
(3)制备水果汁:将无花果、菠萝、柠檬、苹果洗净剥皮,放入榨汁机内压榨成汁,得到水果汁待用;
(4)和面:将黄油融化,然后将小麦粉、魔芋粉、玉米粉、木糖醇、适量水混合,加入融化好的黄油和步骤(1)所得中药提取液,步骤(2)所得营养粉,步骤(3)所得水果汁,混合揉成光滑面团,覆盖一层保鲜膜,松弛20-40分钟;
(5)制作饼干坯:将经过步骤(4)所得面团擀成5-8mm厚的片,然后用饼干模具压块,得到饼干坯待用;
(6)烘烤:取出事先准备好的烤盘,在烤盘上刷少许油,将饼干坯摆放在烤盘上,然后用牙签在饼干坯上扎孔,再放入烤箱中于180-250℃烘烤20-35分钟,即可制得富有机铬营养保健饼干。
6.根据权利要求4所述富有机铬营养保健饼干的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)所述提取中药浓缩液的方法具体为:
a.预处理:木香,富铬山稔子,富铬桔梗,灵芝,白薇,玉竹,桔梗洗净混合,得到混合中草药;
b.一次提取:将混合中草药放入纱布袋,投入到中药提取罐内,往提取罐内注入混合中草药重量10-15倍的水,提取2-3小时,提取温度为70-80℃,提取完后,将罐内的混合物料固液分离,排出一次提取液;
c.二次提取:将一次提取后得到的固态混合物料放入提取罐内,再往提取罐中注入固态混合物料重量2-5倍的水,提取1-2小时,提取温度为70-80℃,提取完后,将罐内的混合物料固液分离,得到二次提取液;
d.浓缩:将一次提取液和二次提取液合并,过滤去除杂质后进行浓缩,得到中药浓缩液。
7.根据权利要求4所述富有机铬营养保健饼干的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(6)在将饼干放入烤箱烘烤前需将烤箱温度调至110-140℃预热4-7分钟。
8.根据权利要求4所述富有机铬营养保健饼干的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(6)制得的成品质量为20-30g。
