背景技术
板鸭是以鸭子为原料的腌腊食品。国家农业部对中国四大板鸭做出了官方认定:全国有四大品牌板鸭分别是江苏南京板鸭、福建建瓯板鸭、江西南安板鸭、四川建昌板鸭。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种保健荷香板鸭
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种保健荷香板鸭,其特征在于:制备方法为:
包括以下步骤:
(1)、取脱毛后的鸭子,均匀涂抹相当于鸭子重量6-8%的食盐、2-4%的白砂糖、1-2%的红茶粉,用荷叶包裹,室温下腌制12-24小时后,得腌制好的鸭子;
(2)、将腌制好的鸭子洗干净,备用;
(3)、按重量份取山药1-2,黑皮根2-4,荷叶4-5,地黄花1-2,糯稻根须1-2,刺五加1-2,黄瓜花1-2,红酒8-10,混匀后,加入相当于上述物料总重量3-5倍的水,煎煮4-8小时后,再放入洗干净的鸭子浸泡2-4小时后,再用50-60℃的温开水清洗鸭子,再日晒5-7小时;
(4)日晒后的鸭子于45-50℃下烘烤1-2小时后取出,放入底部铺有干荷叶的盆中盖上布,白天让鸭不晒日光让鸭子阴干,晚上打开布让鸭子风干,7-9天时间后,即得。

具体实施方式
一种保健荷香板鸭,制备方法为:
包括以下步骤:
(1)、取脱毛后的鸭子,均匀涂抹相当于鸭子重量8%的食盐、4%的白砂糖、2%的红茶粉,用荷叶包裹,室温下腌制20小时后,得腌制好的鸭子;
(2)、将腌制好的鸭子洗干净,备用;
(3)、按重量份(kg)取山药2,黑皮根4,荷叶4,地黄花1,糯稻根须2,刺五加1,黄瓜花1,红酒10,混匀后,加入相当于上述物料总重量3倍的水,100℃下煎煮8小时后,再放入洗干净的鸭子浸泡4小时后,再用60℃的温开水清洗鸭子,再日晒5-7小时;
(4)日晒后的鸭子于50℃下烘烤2小时后取出,放入底部铺有干荷叶的盆中盖上布,白天让鸭不晒日光让鸭子阴干,晚上打开布让鸭子风干,8天时间后,即得。

1.一种保健荷香板鸭,其特征在于:制备方法为:
包括以下步骤:
(1)、取脱毛后的鸭子,均匀涂抹相当于鸭子重量6-8%的食盐、2-4%的白砂糖、1-2%的红茶粉,用荷叶包裹,室温下腌制12-24小时后,得腌制好的鸭子;
(2)、将腌制好的鸭子洗干净,备用;
(3)、按重量份取山药1-2,黑皮根2-4,荷叶4-5,地黄花1-2,糯稻根须1-2,刺五加1-2,黄瓜花1-2,红酒8-10,混匀后,加入相当于上述物料总重量3-5倍的水,煎煮4-8小时后,再放入洗干净的鸭子浸泡2-4小时后,再用50-60℃的温开水清洗鸭子,再日晒5-7小时;
