本发明公开了桑树种子浸种液,是由按照重量份计的以下原料制备得到的:沼气发酵液35‑50份、八角茴香25‑35份、红豆蔻25‑35份、冰片20‑25份、党参15‑18份、甘草10‑16份、杜仲叶10‑16份、刘寄奴8‑12份、桃仁4‑6份、车前草4‑6份;并提供了其制备方法。本发明的有益效果为:本发明提供的桑树种子浸种液及其制备方法,能够有效提高桑树种子的出芽率,经过对比验证,比不浸种的出芽率提高了20%以上,比市售同类产品也提高了近10%,市场前景良好。

技术领域
本发明涉及桑树种子浸种液及其制备方法。
背景技术
桑(学名:Morus alba L.):桑科桑属 落叶乔木或灌木,高可达15米。树体富含乳浆,树皮黄褐色。叶卵形至广卵形,叶端尖,叶基圆形或浅心脏形,边缘有粗锯齿,有时有不规则的分裂。叶面无毛,有光泽,叶背脉上有疏毛。雌雄异株,5月开花,葇荑花序。果熟期6-7月,聚花果卵圆形或圆柱形,黑紫色或白色。喜光,幼时稍耐阴。喜温暖湿润气候,耐寒。耐干旱,耐水湿能力极强。叶为桑蚕饲料。木材可制器具,枝条可编箩筐,桑皮可作造纸原料,桑椹可供食用、酿酒,叶、果和根皮可入药。但桑树种子出芽率低一直是困扰本行业的难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术中的缺陷,提供了桑树种子浸种液及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案为:桑树种子浸种液,是由按照重量份计的以下原料制备得到的:
沼气发酵液35-50份、八角茴香25-35份、红豆蔻25-35份、冰片20-25份、党参15-18份、甘草10-16份、杜仲叶10-16份、刘寄奴8-12份、桃仁4-6份、车前草4-6份。
进一步的,上述的桑树种子浸种液,是由按照重量份计的以下原料制备得到的:
沼气发酵液40份、八角茴香30份、红豆蔻30份、冰片22份、党参16份、甘草14份、杜仲叶14份、刘寄奴10份、桃仁5份、车前草5份。
本发明的第二个目的是提供了上述桑树种子浸种液的制备方法,是将各组分充分混合后,加入总重量4-5倍量的水,并加热至80℃,持续30-60分钟,晾至28-35℃,即可得到所述浸种液。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明提供的桑树种子浸种液及其制备方法,能够有效提高桑树种子的出芽率,经过对比验证,比不浸种的出芽率提高了20%以上,比市售同类产品也提高了近10%,市场前景良好。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
桑树种子浸种液,是由按照重量kg计的以下原料制备得到的:
沼气发酵液35-50kg、八角茴香25-35kg、红豆蔻25-35kg、冰片20-25kg、党参15-18kg、甘草10-16kg、杜仲叶10-16kg、刘寄奴8-12kg、桃仁4-6kg、车前草4-6kg。
上述桑树种子浸种液的制备方法,是将各组分充分混合后,加入总重量4-5倍量的水,并加热至80℃,持续30-60分钟,晾至28-35℃,即可得到所述浸种液。
实施例2:
桑树种子浸种液,是由按照重量kg计的以下原料制备得到的:
沼气发酵液40kg、八角茴香30kg、红豆蔻30kg、冰片22kg、党参16kg、甘草14kg、杜仲叶14kg、刘寄奴10kg、桃仁5kg、车前草5kg。
上述桑树种子浸种液的制备方法,是将各组分充分混合后,加入总重量4-5倍量的水,并加热至80℃,持续30-60分钟,晾至28-35℃,即可得到所述浸种液。

2.根据权利要求1所述的桑树种子浸种液,其特征在于,是由按照重量份计的以下原料制备得到的:
沼气发酵液40份、八角茴香30份、红豆蔻30份、冰片22份、党参16份、甘草14份、杜仲叶14份、刘寄奴10份、桃仁5份、车前草5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的桑树种子浸种液的制备方法,其特征在于,是将各组分充分混合后,加入总重量4-5倍量的水,并加热至80℃,持续30-60分钟,晾至28-35℃,即可得到所述浸种液。
