本发明公开了用于提高桑树种子出芽率的浸种液,是由按照重量份计的以下原料制备得到的:芸苔素内酯35‑50份、附子25‑35份、山奈25‑35份、安息香20‑25份、桑葚15‑18份、白芍10‑16份、续断10‑16份、鸡血藤8‑12份、凌霄花4‑6份、海金沙4‑6份;并提供了其制备方法。本发明的有益效果为:本发明提供的用于提高桑树种子出芽率的浸种液及其制备方法,能够有效提高桑树种子的出芽率,经过对比验证,比不浸种的出芽率提高了20%以上,比市售同类产品也提高了近10%,市场前景良好。

用于提高桑树种子出芽率的浸种液及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及用于提高桑树种子出芽率的浸种液及其制备方法。
背景技术
桑(学名:Morus alba L.):桑科桑属 落叶乔木或灌木,高可达15米。树体富含乳浆,树皮黄褐色。叶卵形至广卵形,叶端尖,叶基圆形或浅心脏形,边缘有粗锯齿,有时有不规则的分裂。叶面无毛,有光泽,叶背脉上有疏毛。雌雄异株,5月开花,葇荑花序。果熟期6-7月,聚花果卵圆形或圆柱形,黑紫色或白色。喜光,幼时稍耐阴。喜温暖湿润气候,耐寒。耐干旱,耐水湿能力极强。叶为桑蚕饲料。木材可制器具,枝条可编箩筐,桑皮可作造纸原料,桑椹可供食用、酿酒,叶、果和根皮可入药。但桑树种子出芽率低一直是困扰本行业的难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术中的缺陷,提供了用于提高桑树种子出芽率的浸种液及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案为:用于提高桑树种子出芽率的浸种液,是由按照重量份计的以下原料制备得到的:
芸苔素内酯35-50份、附子25-35份、山奈25-35份、安息香20-25份、桑葚15-18份、白芍10-16份、续断10-16份、鸡血藤8-12份、凌霄花4-6份、海金沙4-6份。
进一步的,上述的用于提高桑树种子出芽率的浸种液,是由按照重量份计的以下原料制备得到的:
芸苔素内酯40份、附子30份、山奈30份、安息香22份、桑葚16份、白芍14份、续断14份、鸡血藤10份、凌霄花5份、海金沙5份。
本发明的第二个目的是提供了上述用于提高桑树种子出芽率的浸种液的制备方法,是将各组分充分混合后,加入总重量4-5倍量的水,并加热至80℃,持续30-60分钟,晾至28-35℃,即可得到所述浸种液。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明提供的用于提高桑树种子出芽率的浸种液及其制备方法,能够有效提高桑树种子的出芽率,经过对比验证,比不浸种的出芽率提高了20%以上,比市售同类产品也提高了近10%,市场前景良好。

实施例1:

上述用于提高桑树种子出芽率的浸种液的制备方法,是将各组分充分混合后,加入总重量4-5倍量的水,并加热至80℃,持续30-60分钟,晾至28-35℃,即可得到所述浸种液。
