1、将老鸭取出内脏后洗净,老姜拍烂待用;
2、将老鸭砍块后入开水锅中川到半熟待用;
3、饭店里厨师们将鸭肉砍块用白果;
4、将鸭块连同汤水倒入高压锅煮制。
注:经典一些的做法是用炖锅慢火煨上一两个小时,这里为节约时间用高压锅煮制。

赤芝是灵芝的红色品种,又名丹芝,俗称“灵芝草,是灵芝的代表种。以生长在安徽霍山的人工生态培植或半野生状态为最优,是灵芝中药效最好的种类之一。《本草纲目》里记载:“能治愈百症,其功能应验,灵通神效,故名神芝,又名“神庐赤芝”《本草纲目》里记载“赤芝生霍山。”即当今安徽霍山县境内大别山最高峰脚下。

本发明的药理:老鸭具有清热解毒,滋阴降火,滋阴补虚,止血痢,利尿消肿之功效,对心肌梗塞等心脏病有保护任用,可抗脚气,神经炎和多种炎症,健脾,大便秘结,贫血,肺结核,慢性肾炎等症。
肉苁蓉的补益功效良佳的补药之一,《中华本草》记载:治男绝阳不兴,女绝阴不产,润五脏,长肌肉,暖腰膝。

1)原料选材:,选上好的一年半以上老鸭,一只约1500-2000克;
2)宰杀:宰杀留血,掏内脏时从鸭屁股开刀,洗净后,整鸭选用;
3)配料:按重量份称好原料,其中赤芝、肉苁蓉、老姜切片待用,北沙参切粒待用,葱整条打结待用;
4)熬制:将步骤2)所述的整老鸭放到沸水锅,水到达至老鸭表面,熬至到半熟;
5)高汤的熬制:用鸡骨架一副和猪同骨一副加老姜熬二到三小时如奶白状即为高汤;
6)炖煮:将熬至到半熟的老鸭放入砂罐中,锅底用一张干荷叶垫底,依次放入老鸭、姜片、葱结、灵芝片、苁蓉片、北沙参,加入高汤,料酒,用旺火烧开后1小时左右,再改用文火煲2.5小时,加入盐、胡椒粉,将老鸭炖至肉烂,即可食用。

Claims (4)
1.一种药膳灵芝苁蓉老鸭,其特征是:其配方是由以下重量份的原料药组成,老鸭1500-2000份 赤芝8-10份 肉苁蓉8-10份 北沙参5.5-7.5份 老姜5-8份 葱整条3-5条 食盐2-4份 胡椒0.5-0.6份,高汤2-3份,料酒0.3-0.6 份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的 一种药膳灵芝苁蓉老鸭,其特征是:其配方是由以下优选重量份的原料药组成,老鸭1700份 赤芝9份 肉苁蓉9份 北沙参6.5份 老姜7份 葱整条3-5条 食盐3份 胡椒0.5份,高汤 2份,料酒0.4份。
3.一种药膳灵芝苁蓉老鸭的制作方法,其特征是包括以下步骤:
1)原料选材:,选上好的一年半以上老鸭;
2)宰杀:宰杀留血,掏内脏时从鸭屁股开刀,洗净后,整鸭选用;
3)配料:按重量份称好原料,其中赤芝、肉苁蓉、老姜切片待用,北沙参切粒待用,葱整条打结待用;
4)熬制:将步骤2)所述的整老鸭放到沸水锅,水到达至老鸭表面,熬至到半熟;
