本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种芝麻糊,尤其涉及一种食用菌芝麻糊及其制备方法。
背景技术
芝麻糊是以芝麻为原料调制而成,是一种常见的食品,广受人们欢迎。目前,市场上销售的芝麻糊口味单一,且不具功能性保健作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种食用菌芝麻糊及其制备方法,本发明具香郁可口,营养健康的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种食用菌芝麻糊,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
芝麻60-65、脱脂乳粉4-5、蜂巢8-10、猴头菇10-11、松口蘑7-8、香菇12-14、芦荟汁21-22、甘蔗汁18-22、柠檬叶3-4、草豆蔻4-6、青钱柳2-3、金银花2-4.5、香果2-3、珠芽蓼1-2、虎掌草2-3、米醋30-35。
所述的食用菌芝麻糊的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将猴头菇、松口蘑、香菇加一倍的水打浆,过滤分离得到食用菌汁和食用菌渣;将食用菌渣置于米醋中密封浸泡22-24小时,过滤除渣得到食用菌醋;
(2)在蜂巢中加入芦荟汁、甘蔗汁,小火熬至蜂巢融化,加入食用菌醋继续煮制5-7分钟;
(3)将柠檬叶、草豆蔻、青钱柳、金银花、香果、珠芽蓼、虎掌草加水煎煮,经过滤除渣、喷雾干燥制成中药粉末;
(4)将芝麻、脱脂乳粉、中药粉末混合,小火翻炒5-7分钟后出料,加步骤(2)所得物料研磨匀质,小火熬至粘稠,经冷冻干燥、磨粉,即得。
本发明的有益效果为:

具体实施方式
一种食用菌芝麻糊,其特征在于由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
芝麻60、脱脂乳粉5、蜂巢10、猴头菇11、松口蘑8、香菇12、芦荟汁22、甘蔗汁18、柠檬叶4、草豆蔻6、青钱柳2、金银花4.5、香果3、珠芽蓼2、虎掌草3、米醋30。
所述的食用菌芝麻糊的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将猴头菇、松口蘑、香菇加一倍的水打浆,过滤分离得到食用菌汁和食用菌渣;将食用菌渣置于米醋中密封浸泡22-24小时,过滤除渣得到食用菌醋;
(2)在蜂巢中加入芦荟汁、甘蔗汁,小火熬至蜂巢融化,加入食用菌醋继续煮制5-7分钟;
(3)将柠檬叶、草豆蔻、青钱柳、金银花、香果、珠芽蓼、虎掌草加水煎煮,经过滤除渣、喷雾干燥制成中药粉末;
(4)将芝麻、脱脂乳粉、中药粉末混合,小火翻炒5-7分钟后出料,加步骤(2)所得物料研磨匀质,小火熬至粘稠,经冷冻干燥、磨粉,即得。

1.一种食用菌芝麻糊,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
芝麻60-65、脱脂乳粉4-5、蜂巢8-10、猴头菇10-11、松口蘑7-8、香菇12-14、芦荟汁21-22、甘蔗汁18-22、柠檬叶3-4、草豆蔻4-6、青钱柳2-3、金银花2-4.5、香果2-3、珠芽蓼1-2、虎掌草2-3、米醋30-35。
2.根据权利要求1所述的食用菌芝麻糊的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将猴头菇、松口蘑、香菇加一倍的水打浆,过滤分离得到食用菌汁和食用菌渣;将食用菌渣置于米醋中密封浸泡22-24小时,过滤除渣得到食用菌醋;
在蜂巢中加入芦荟汁、甘蔗汁,小火熬至蜂巢融化,加入食用菌醋继续煮制5-7分钟;
将柠檬叶、草豆蔻、青钱柳、金银花、香果、珠芽蓼、虎掌草加水煎煮,经过滤除渣、喷雾干燥制成中药粉末;
将芝麻、脱脂乳粉、中药粉末混合,小火翻炒5-7分钟后出料,加步骤(2)所得物料研磨匀质,小火熬至粘稠,经冷冻干燥、磨粉,即得。
