黑花生是彩色花生的一种。黑花生,也被称作富硒黑花生,黑粒花生。黑花生是内含钙、钾、铜、锌、铁、硒、锰和8种维生素及1 9种人体所需的氨基酸等营养成分,还富含硒、铁、锌等微量元素和黑色素的新品种。黑花生与红花生相比,粗蛋白质含量高5%,精氨酸含量高 23.9%,钾含量高l9%,锌含量高48%,硒含量高101%。
米粉是人们日常生活中的常见食品,现有米粉营养单一,缺乏食疗保健作用。

所述的一种养生黑花生黑糖米粉,其特征在于:
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份取三七、蜜桶花、淫羊藿、山楂、无花果、黄花菜、冰草、红景天混匀后,打碎,再按重量份加入黑糖,以及适量水,80-90℃熬煮10-15分钟后,即得混合养生汤汁备用;
(2)将养生汤汁与鲜牛奶混匀,均质,再加入酸牛奶,于20-25℃发酵6-8小时,再经0-4℃冷藏12-24小时,得复合酸奶备用;
(3)按重量份取黑花生、黄豆、南瓜用米酒浸泡10-15小时,取出,洗净,混匀后,打浆,得混合豆浆备用;
(4)将鸡蛋搅拌均匀后,与复合酸奶、混合豆浆以及其余原料混匀称糊状,再放入椰子壳中,上炉蒸2-4小时,研磨1-2小时,烘干后,即得。

大米10,血糯米20,薏米8,小米15,黄米20,鸡蛋2,南瓜16,黑花生9,黄豆10,黑糖2,海参粉10、蓝莓粉1,三七2、蜜桶花2,淫羊藿2、山楂6,无花果4,黄花菜2,冰草2,红景天0.2,大豆卵磷脂0.2,鲜牛奶50,酸牛奶25。
所述的一种养生黑花生黑糖米粉,制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份取三七、蜜桶花、淫羊藿、山楂、无花果、黄花菜、冰草、红景天混匀后,打碎,再按重量份加入黑糖,以及适量水,90℃熬煮15分钟后,即得混合养生汤汁备用;
(2)将养生汤汁与鲜牛奶混匀,均质,再加入酸牛奶,于25℃发酵8小时,再经4℃冷藏12小时,得复合酸奶备用;
(3)按重量份取黑花生、黄豆、南瓜用米酒浸泡15小时,取出,洗净,混匀后,打浆,得混合豆浆备用;
(4)将鸡蛋搅拌均匀后,与复合酸奶、混合豆浆以及其余原料混匀称糊状,再放入椰子壳中,上炉蒸4小时,研磨2小时,烘干后,即得。

制备方法包括以下步骤:
