背景技术
一些常见的水果及食物如柿子、菠萝、竹笋、海参、白酒等,刚采摘下来食用时,都会有股涩味,因此,如果有适当的除涩剂处理一下,则可以增加这些食物的口感。
现在常用的食品除涩剂适用范围都具有一定的局限性,能广泛适用于各种食品、水果及酒类等的除涩剂比较少见。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种食品除涩剂。
为达到上述目的,本发明采取了如下的技术方案:
一种食品除涩剂,其特征在于,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:
果糖磷酸钠:2~6,柠檬酸钾:1~3,木糖醇:3~8,
乙酸乙酯:10~20,食用香精:0.5~0.8,水:800~1000。
上述技术方案中,所述的食品除涩剂的制备方法为:按配比,将各组分混合,搅拌分散均匀后即可得成品。

(1)适用范围广,能广泛地适用于各种水果、食品、酒类等,除涩效果良好,对人体无毒无害;
