本发明公开了一种果味玉米须饮料,它是由下列重量份的原料制成:玉米须汁60~80份、鲜橙汁15~30份、水果粒1~10份、中药浓缩液0.5~5份、甜叶菊1~8份、柠檬酸0.1~2份、纯净水适量。本发明以玉米须汁为主要原料,加入营养丰富、味道香甜的鲜橙汁和水果粒,配以具有清热降脂的中药浓缩液和绿色天然的甜叶菊,制得的玉米须饮料不仅有玉米须的香味,还有浓郁的水果味,味道香甜、独特,是很好的养生保健饮料,且原料来源广、生产成本低廉,具有广阔的市场前景。

技术领域
本发明属于饮料加工领域,特别涉及一种果味玉米须饮料。
背景技术
玉米须为禾本科植物玉蜀黍ZeamaysL.的花柱和柱头,是我国历史悠久的中药材之一,其性平、味甘,可用于治疗肾炎、、黄疸、麻疹、血尿、胆结石和糖尿病等。现代药理研究也证实,玉米须安全无毒,有降血糖、抗癌、抑菌、增强免疫功能、利尿、降血压等作用。民间常将玉米须煎煮成汁液来饮用或当做茶开泡饮,作为糖尿病、高血压的辅助治疗药物。我国玉米产量居世界第二位,估算每年玉米须的产量为750万吨以上。作为玉米副产物的玉米须资源十分丰富,但除少量入药外,大部分被白白丢弃,造成较大的资源浪费,如能被开发利用,前景相当广阔。目前也出现了以玉米须为原料制成的保健饮料,如申请号为201210022797.6的中国发明专利公开了一种玉米须降血糖饮料及其制备方法,它是由干燥粉碎后的玉米须1~2份、水40~50份、木糖醇1~2份、蛋白糖0.01~0.02份、0.015~0.025份制成,其制备方法包括去除杂质、烘干、粉碎、提取须液、混合调配、离心分离、加热分装等七个步骤。该种玉米饮料有玉米须的香味,但其味道较单一、不能满足现代人们多元化的需求。
发明内容
针对上述的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种既有玉米须的香味,又有水果味清甜的果味玉米须饮料。
为解决上述问题,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种果味玉米须饮料,由下列重量份的原料制成:
玉米须汁60~80份、鲜橙汁15~30份、水果粒1~10份、中药浓缩液0.5~5份、甜叶菊1~8份、柠檬酸0.1~2份、纯净水适量。
上述方案中,所述的果味玉米须饮料由下列重量份的原料制成:玉米须汁72份、鲜橙汁25份、水果粒7份、中药浓缩液3份、甜叶菊6份、柠檬酸1份、纯净水适量。
进一步地,所述中药浓缩液由葛根1~8份、荷叶5~12份、菊花2~10份、辛夷花1~8份、玉竹1~5份、黄芪3~10份、鸡内金2~8份、山楂5~10份、麦芽3~12份、甘草5~15份制成。
优选地,所述水果粒为苹果粒、哈密瓜粒或猕猴桃粒中的任意一种。
本发明的有益效果为:
