技术领域
本发明涉及一种饮料的加工方法,尤其是涉及一种桔梗桑叶保健饮料的加工方法。
背景技术
桔梗,别名包袱花、铃铛花、僧帽花,为桔梗科桔梗属植物,生长在中国、朝鲜半岛、日本和西伯利亚东部。根可入药,亦可腌制成咸菜,在中国东北地区称为“狗宝”咸菜。在朝鲜半岛,中国延边地区,桔梗是很有名的泡菜食材。桔梗根部味苦、辛,性微温。入肺经。能祛痰止咳,并有宣肺、排脓作用。其嫩茎叶和根均可供蔬食。主治咳嗽痰多、咽喉肿痛等症状。目前,桔梗的食用一般分两种途径,一是中药处方,二是煲汤,通过熬制将桔梗的药物效果溶于水中,人们再摄入药汁或汤汁达到进步或治疗的目的。此两种食用方式操作繁琐,对于体虚倦怠或希望进补的人群而言,多数人要么对药水或汤汁喝一半倒一半,要么就是只熬炖一次,常常半途而废,导致桔梗药效发挥有限,进补效果欠佳,同时,将桔梗进行熬制,桔梗所富含的营养无法全部进入药汁或汤汁,造成了营养成分的浪费。而桔梗本身味道苦涩,口感较差,人们无法对其进行直接食用。
目前,市场上桔梗深加工的产品不多,用于加工成桔梗桑叶保健饮料可实现对原料的综合利用,食用方便,且便于储存,提高其营养价值及经济价值。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种桔梗营养果脯的制作方法,对桔梗资源的充分开发,同时也为桔梗的深加工提供了一条新的途径。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:
一种桔梗桑叶保健饮料的加工方法,其特征在于:采用选料→提取→过滤→调配→装瓶→成品加工工艺流程,具体操作步骤为:
(1)选料:选用无病虫害的桑叶和桔梗,去除污染、腐败物,洗净备用;
(2)提取:将桑叶、桔梗放入提取容器中,加入12倍的清水,并压住将桑叶、桔梗,在65℃下保持3-5小时,提取两次,将两次提取的汁液合并,待用;
(3)调配:将冰糖、甜菊糖浆用开水溶解,待温度降至45℃时,加入25%土枸杞汁、12%葛仙米粉、8%金银花粉、2%丁香,冷却,过滤;再加入溶解好的柠檬酸、碳酸、蛋白糖、甜蜜素,加水定容;
(4)包装:将调配好的饮料分装于干净的瓶中,密封,即为成品。
有益效果:本发明产品汁液清澈,甜酸适口,具有桔梗特有的清香风味,热量低,富含人体必需的多种氨基酸,本产品营养价值很高,清甜爽口,微带苦味,本产品具有开宣肺气、祛痰排脓的功效,是一种集营养和保健价值与一体的低热量、低脂的绿色饮品。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种桔梗桑叶保健饮料的加工方法,具体操作步骤为:
(1)选料:选用无病虫害的灵芝、和桔梗,去除污染、腐败物,洗净备用;
(2)提取:将灵芝、桔梗放入提取容器中,加入5倍的清水,并压住将灵芝、桔梗,在75℃下保持15分钟,提取两次,将两次提取的汁液合并,待用;
(3)调配:将蔗糖用开水溶解,待温度降至85℃时,加入35%桑叶煎煮汁、2%蜂蜜、1%丁香、0.5%人参提取液,冷却,过滤;再加入溶解好的乳酸、碳酸、蔗糖、甜宝、浓缩苹果汁,加水定容;
(4)包装:将调配好的饮料分装于干净的瓶中,密封,即为成品。
实施例2:
一种桔梗桑叶保健饮料的加工方法,具体操作步骤为:
(1)选料:选用无病虫害的何首乌、地黄、知母、桑叶和桔梗,去除污染、腐败物,洗净备用;
(2)提取:将原料放入提取容器中,加入8倍的清水,并压住原料,在70℃下保持25分钟,提取两次,将两次提取的汁液合并,待用;
(3)调配:将果糖用开水溶解,待温度降至80℃时,加入3%蜂蜜、1%饴糖、2%薄荷粉,冷却,过滤;再加入溶解好的柠檬酸、碳酸、果糖、甜蜜素、林檎浓缩汁,加水定容;
(4)包装:将调配好的饮料分装于干净的瓶中,密封,即为成品。

1.一种桔梗桑叶保健饮料的加工方法,其特征在于:采用选料→提取→过滤→调配→装瓶→成品加工工艺流程,具体操作步骤为:
(1)选料:选用无病虫害的桑叶和桔梗,去除污染、腐败物,洗净备用;
(2)提取:将桑叶、桔梗放入提取容器中,加入12倍的清水,并压住将桑叶、桔梗,在65℃下保持3-5小时,提取两次,将两次提取的汁液合并,待用;
(3)调配:将冰糖、甜菊糖浆用开水溶解,待温度降至45℃时,加入25%土枸杞汁、12%葛仙米粉、8%金银花粉、2%丁香,冷却,过滤;再加入溶解好的柠檬酸、碳酸、蛋白糖、甜蜜素,加水定容;
(4)包装:将调配好的饮料分装于干净的瓶中,密封,即为成品。
