技术领域
本发明涉及一种粉状方便食品,尤其涉及一种调理脾胃的花生土豆粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
土豆营养丰富、食用价值高、食疗效果好,深受消费者的青睐,但土豆长期放置容易发芽导致不能食用;近年来随着生活节奏的加快,越来越多的人们开始追求方便食品,本发明将土豆制成一种花生土豆粉,延长了土豆的保质期。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种调理脾胃的花生土豆粉及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种调理脾胃的花生土豆粉,是由下述重量份的原料制成:
土豆70-80、花生仁30-33、白芝麻12-15、制香附1-2、白术2-3、茯苓2-3、苍术1-2、鸡内金1-2、陈皮3-4、五味子2-3、麦芽2-3、藿香1-2、黄柏2-3、酒黄连1-2、雪梨10-12、蜂蜜4-5、食盐1-2、米酒适量。
一种调理脾胃的花生土豆粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)选用无病虫害、未出芽和未受冻的土豆,去皮洗净,切成4-6mm的土豆片,浸泡在适量米酒中,4-5小时后取出,在50-60℃下缓慢烘干,磨成粉,过70-80目筛,得到土豆粉;
(2)将雪梨去皮去核切成丁,加入2-3倍水煮熟,冷却后打浆,加入浆重1-2%的果胶酶,在35-40℃下酶解2-3小时,离心分离去渣,清液与蜂蜜混合均匀,得到酶解液;
(3)将花生仁、白芝麻晒干,送入锅中,武火炒热后加入上述酶解液,文火炒干,磨粉,过80-100目筛,得到粉料;
(4)将制香附、白术、茯苓等中药原料混合粉碎,加入8-10倍清水,文火煎煮50-60分钟,过60-80目滤网,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药颗粒;
(5)将上述土豆粉、粉料、中药颗粒和食盐混合均匀,灭菌包装即可。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种调理脾胃的花生土豆粉,是由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:
土豆70、花生仁30、白芝麻12、制香附1、白术2、茯苓2、苍术1、鸡内金1、陈皮4、五味子2、麦芽2、藿香1、黄柏2、酒黄连1、雪梨10、蜂蜜4、食盐1、米酒适量。
一种调理脾胃的花生土豆粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)选用无病虫害、未出芽和未受冻的土豆,去皮洗净,切成5mm的土豆片,浸泡在适量米酒中,4小时后取出,在60℃下缓慢烘干,磨成粉,过80目筛,得到土豆粉;
(2)将雪梨去皮去核切成丁,加入3倍水煮熟,冷却后打浆,加入浆重1%的果胶酶,在35℃下酶解3小时,离心分离去渣,清液与蜂蜜混合均匀,得到酶解液;
(3)将花生仁、白芝麻晒干,送入锅中,武火炒热后加入上述酶解液,文火炒干,磨粉,过100目筛,得到粉料;
(4)将制香附、白术、茯苓等中药原料混合粉碎,加入10倍清水,文火煎煮60分钟,过80目滤网,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药颗粒;
(5)将上述土豆粉、粉料、中药颗粒和食盐混合均匀,灭菌包装即可。

1.一种调理脾胃的花生土豆粉,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:土豆70-80、花生仁30-33、白芝麻12-15、制香附1-2、白术2-3、茯苓2-3、苍术1-2、鸡内金1-2、陈皮3-4、五味子2-3、麦芽2-3、藿香1-2、黄柏2-3、酒黄连1-2、雪梨10-12、蜂蜜4-5、食盐1-2、米酒适量。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的调理脾胃的花生土豆粉制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:(1)选用无病虫害、未出芽和未受冻的土豆,去皮洗净,切成4-6mm的土豆片,浸泡在适量米酒中,4-5小时后取出,在50-60℃下缓慢烘干,磨成粉,过70-80目筛,得到土豆粉;(2)将雪梨去皮去核切成丁,加入2-3倍水煮熟,冷却后打浆,加入浆重1-2%的果胶酶,在35-40℃下酶解2-3小时,离心分离去渣,清液与蜂蜜混合均匀,得到酶解液;(3)将花生仁、白芝麻晒干,送入锅中,武火炒热后加入上述酶解液,文火炒干,磨粉,过80-100目筛,得到粉料;(4)将制香附、白术、茯苓、苍术、鸡内金、陈皮、五味子、麦芽、藿香、黄柏、酒黄连混合粉碎,加入8-10倍清水,文火煎煮50-60分钟,过60-80目滤网,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药颗粒;(5)将上述土豆粉、粉料、中药颗粒和食盐混合均匀,灭菌包装即可。
