本发明涉及一种面粉,尤其是辣味鲜香面粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
面粉是我国北方地区人群的主食,需求量大。现在的面粉属于中筋粉,要求有较好的抗张阻力和延伸性。但这些面粉在营养方面其营养素不能满足人体需要,产品比较单一,随着人们生活水平的提高,以及保健意识的加强,具有保健功能的面粉越来越受人们的欢迎,这也是我国改善公众健康水平的主要途径之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种辣味鲜香面粉及其制备方法,该面粉具有清热解毒、健身强体的功效,同时具有辣味,能增加人的食欲,有益人体健康。
本发明的技术方案为:
一种辣味鲜香面粉,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:面粉300-350、红辣椒15-20、蚕豆30-40、栗米30-40、绞股蓝3-5、马齿苋3-5、荷叶2-3、莱菔子2-4、菊苣3-5、马蹄叶2-3、蜜桶花2-3、食用油适量。
所述的辣味鲜香面粉,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)、绞股蓝、马齿苋、荷叶、莱菔子、菊苣、马蹄叶、蜜桶花加水煎煮,得到提取液,然后,喷雾干燥,得到提取粉末;
(2)、食用油放入锅中烧热,加入蚕豆、红辣椒、栗米爆炒熟后,取出烘干粉碎得粉末;
(3)、将面粉与步骤(1)、(2)所得粉末混合,即得。
本发明中红辣椒能健脾开胃,增加人的食欲,绞股蓝、马齿苋能清热解毒、莱菔子能消食,本发明能预防疾病,增加体质长期食用,能增加免疫力,有益健康,延年益寿。
具体实施方式
一种辣味鲜香面粉,由下列原料重量份(公斤)制成:面粉300、红辣椒15、蚕豆30、栗米40、绞股蓝3、马齿苋5、荷叶3、莱菔子4、菊苣5、马蹄叶3、蜜桶花2、食用油适量。
所述的辣味鲜香面粉,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)、绞股蓝、马齿苋、荷叶、莱菔子、菊苣、马蹄叶、蜜桶花加水煎煮,得到提取液,然后,喷雾干燥,得到提取粉末;
(2)、食用油放入锅中烧热,加入蚕豆、红辣椒、栗米爆炒熟后,取出烘干粉碎得粉末;
(3)、将面粉与步骤(1)、(2)所得粉末混合,即得。

1.一种辣味鲜香面粉,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:面粉300-350、红辣椒15-20、蚕豆30-40、栗米30-40、绞股蓝3-5、马齿苋3-5、荷叶2-3、莱菔子2-4、菊苣3-5、马蹄叶2-3、蜜桶花2-3、食用油适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的辣味鲜香面粉,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)、绞股蓝、马齿苋、荷叶、莱菔子、菊苣、马蹄叶、蜜桶花加水煎煮,得到提取液,然后,喷雾干燥,得到提取粉末;
(2)、食用油放入锅中烧热,加入蚕豆、红辣椒、栗米爆炒熟后,取出烘干粉碎得粉末;
(3)、将面粉与步骤(1)、(2)所得粉末混合,即得。
