Abstract
本发明以创造出能够对预成型件的瓶身部的壁厚的上限所存在的限制进行充分补充的双轴延伸吹塑成型方法为课题,进而其目的在于提供一种双轴延伸吹塑成型瓶体,该瓶体为细口且为能够使瓶身部充分鼓出的形状,用于解决该问题的本发明的主要方法为,在上端部立起设置圆筒状的口筒部,该口筒部作为产品的瓶体的口筒部,注塑成型具有比该瓶体大的高度尺寸的试管状的预成型件,使该预成型件的除口筒部以外的部分的高度尺寸加热收缩到比瓶体的除口筒部以外的部分的高度尺寸小的高度尺寸,将该加热收缩后的预成型件置于吹塑模具上,并进行双轴延伸吹塑成型。

技术领域
本发明涉及合成树脂制瓶体,尤其涉及用于睫毛膏、眼线液等的化妆材料容器所使用的、通过双轴延伸吹塑成型而形成的小型细口瓶体及其成形方法。
背景技术
在专利文献1中记载了涉及聚丙烯树脂制成的双轴延伸吹塑瓶的发明及其成形方法。
专利文献1:日本特开平9-52278号公报
近年来,在用于睫毛膏及眼线液等的化妆材料所使用的小型细口瓶体中,使用双轴延伸吹塑瓶,这种细口瓶体的口筒部的内径是10mm以下左右的小直径。而通过双轴延伸吹塑成型时所使用的注塑成型而形成的预成型件的形状,是在上端部具有与成为产品的瓶体相同形状的口筒部的试管状,由于注塑成型用模具结构的限制,瓶身部的外周面成为大致平直的筒状,其外径被限制成比口筒部的外径稍大的程度。
另外,由于在注塑成型用模具的芯模具中有冷却水通过,因此,在减小芯模具的直径方面存在局限,在减小预成型件的瓶身部的内径并增大其壁厚的方面也存在局限。
如上所述,由于预成型件的形状方面的限制,对预成型件的瓶身部的壁的壁厚的设定受到限制,尤其在瓶体是瓶身部的遍及整体高度范围或一部分较大地鼓出的形状的瓶体的情况下,无法使鼓出部分的壁厚充分,若用指尖等按压瓶身部的鼓出部附近,则瓶身壁会轻易地凹陷,不仅会出现内容物意外喷出到外部等、使作为瓶体的功能受到损害情况,还会对手感和高级感等商品性造成影响。
发明内容
本发明是为解决上述现有技术的问题点而作出的,其以制造出能够对预成型件的瓶身部的壁厚的上限所存在的限制进行充分补充的双轴延伸吹塑成型方法为课题,进而其目的在于提供一种细口且使瓶身部充分鼓出的形状的双轴延伸吹塑成型瓶体。
下面,对本发明的利用双轴延伸吹塑成型的合成树脂制瓶体的成形方法和合成树脂制瓶体进行说明。
首先,对本发明的利用双轴延伸吹塑成型的合成树脂制瓶体的成形方法进行说明。
用于解决本发明的课题的主要的成形方法为:
在上端部立起设置圆筒状的口筒部,该口筒部作为产品的瓶体的口筒部,并注塑成型具有比该瓶体大的高度尺寸的试管状的预成型件,
将该预成型件的除口筒部以外的部分的高度尺寸加热收缩成比瓶体的除口筒部以外的部分的高度尺寸小的高度尺寸,
将该加热收缩后的预成型件置于吹塑模具中进行双轴延伸吹塑成型。
能够将双轴延伸吹塑成型后的瓶体的瓶身部的壁厚形成为何种程度的壁厚,是由能够使预成型件的除口筒部以外的部分的重量为何种程度所决定的,本发明的上述成形方法,将预成型件的高度尺寸预先注塑成型得比瓶体大,增大了该重量。
而且,使该高度尺寸大的预成型件的高度加热收缩,使预成型件的除口筒部以外的部分的高度尺寸加热收缩成比瓶体的除口筒部以外的部分的高度尺寸小的高度尺寸,由此,能够将该预成型件置于双轴延伸吹塑成型用的分割模具中进行双轴延伸吹塑成型。
而且,原先的预成型件的高度尺寸大出的量能够增加重量,即使瓶体是瓶身部具有比较大的鼓出部的形状的细口瓶体,也能够确保其瓶身部的壁的充分的壁厚。
另外,只要增大热收缩量就能够使双轴延伸吹塑成型中的纵延伸倍率增大相应的量,向横向的延伸效果也相辅相成,从而能够进一步提高瓶体的刚性。
本发明的其他的成形方法,是在上述主要的成形方法的基础上,使预成型件的口筒部的内径为10mm以下,另外使瓶体的瓶身部的最大直径部分的横向的延伸倍率为2.0倍以上。
由成为产品的瓶体的口筒部的直径,大致决定预成型件的瓶身部的直径,另外,由该瓶身部的直径和瓶体的瓶身部的最大直径部分的横向的延伸倍率决定瓶身部的最低壁厚,但在本发明的成形方法中,在使预成型件的口筒部的内径为10mm以下、并使瓶体的瓶身部的最大直径部分的横向的延伸倍率为2.0倍以上、使细口且使瓶身部的一部分或大致遍及整体高度范围较大地鼓出的瓶体的双轴延伸吹塑成型中,能够发挥较大的作用效果。
本发明的其他的成形方法,使预成型件的除口筒部以外的部分的加热收缩率在10~50%的范围内。
在加热收缩率不足10%的情况下,无法期待能够实现有效的重量增加,而若超过50%,则由于预成型件加热收缩成歪斜的形状,因而很难通过双轴延伸吹塑成型进行均匀的延伸,因此,加热收缩率优选在10~50%的范围内。
本发明的其他的成形方法,同时实施预成型件的加热收缩和用于双轴延伸吹塑成型的预备加热。
通过同时实施预成型件的加热收缩和用于双轴延伸吹塑成型的预备加热,能够简化成形工序。
当然,在适于加热收缩的温度与适于双轴延伸吹塑成型的温度存在较大差异等的情况下,最好以单独的工序进行实施。
本发明的其他的成形方法,合成树脂是从聚丙烯类树脂、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯类树脂、聚丙烯腈类树脂中选择的合成树脂。
因加热而造成的预成型件的高度方向的收缩量主要由合成树脂的种类、加热温度决定,但是,在双轴延伸吹塑成型中使用的合成树脂中,聚丙烯(PP)类树脂、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEN)类树脂、聚丙烯腈(PAN)类树脂显示出比较大的热收缩量。
接下来说明本发明的合成树脂制瓶体。
本发明的合成树脂制瓶体能够通过上述的本发明的成形方法成形,其主要结构的特征在于,是在瓶身部上立起设置有口筒部的、作为双轴延伸吹塑成型品的合成树脂制瓶体,口筒部的内径为10mm以下,瓶身部的最大外径为该口筒部的内径的2.5倍以上,进而是3.0倍以上。
在口筒部的内径为10mm以下的细口瓶体中,如上所述,在使作为双轴延伸吹塑成型的预成形体而使用的试管状的预成型件的瓶身部的壁厚增厚方面存在局限,
但是,采用上述的本发明的通过双轴延伸吹塑成型的合成树脂制瓶体的成形方法,即,采用对具有比成为产品的瓶体大的高度尺寸的预成型件进行加热收缩的方法,能够对该预成型件的瓶身部的壁厚的上限所存在的限制进行补充,使瓶身部较大地鼓出以使其最大外径为口筒部的内径的2.5倍以上,或根据口筒部的内径的大小及合成树脂的种类进一步成为3.0倍以上,从而能够充分确保其瓶身壁的壁厚,能够提供一种前所未有的、细口且具有较大的鼓出状的瓶身部的通过双轴延伸吹塑成型形成的合成树脂制瓶体。
本发明的合成树脂制瓶体的其他的结构为,在上述主要的结构的基础上,使瓶身部的最大直径部分的最小壁厚为0.45mm以上。
通过使瓶身部的最大直径部分的最小壁厚为0.45mm以上,能够在以指尖等按压瓶身部的鼓出部分附近时使瓶身壁不会轻易地凹陷。
本发明的合成树脂制瓶体的其他的结构为,在瓶身部上经由直筒状的头部立起设置口筒部,使头部的最小外径为口筒部的外径以上且为内径的2.0倍以下。
上述结构是进一步附加称作头部的形状要素的结构。
该头部连结在口筒部上,是与瓶身部同样通过对预成型件的瓶身部进行双轴延伸吹塑而形成的部位,能够借助该头部的长度及直径的大小、或将盖体外装在头部上而使其成为更具有特征的外观。
另外,在用于睫毛膏或眼线液等的化妆材料容器中,在头部的成形时,能够利用悬伸状地形成在口筒部内周面的下端部的内圆周台阶部来附设刮片。
如上述结构那样,在像使头部的最小外径为口筒部的内径的2.0倍以下那样使其与瓶身部的最大直径相比相当小的情况下,若考虑到为了避免在该头部上成形的预成型件的瓶身部的上端部在双轴延伸吹塑成型时向横向的延伸以及由于吹塑分割模具造成的粘型等不良情况,在增大预成型件的瓶身部的外径方面受到的限制变得更强,与口筒部的内径小到10mm以下程度相叠加,预成型件的瓶身部的壁厚的上限进一步受到限制。
但是,通过本发明的成形方法能够对预成型件的瓶身部的壁厚的上限存在的限制进行补充,能够提供上述结构的瓶体。
此外,该头部除直圆筒状外还可以是直椭圆筒状、直长圆筒状、直棱柱状等形状。而且,在这种非圆筒状的形状的情况下,直径沿周方向而不同,但由于因最小外径使预成型件的瓶身部的外径增大受到限制,因此,在上述结构中记载有“使头部的最小外径为口筒部的外径以上,且为内径的2.0倍以下”的技术特征。
本发明的合成树脂制瓶体的其他的结构为,在口筒部的外周面上附设有螺条,将有顶筒状的盖体螺合在口筒部上,并使其宽松地外嵌在头部上进行使用。
根据上述结构,能够将头部的形状、瓶身部的鼓出状的形状和盖体进行组合从而成为具有特征外观的容器。
本发明的合成树脂制瓶体的其他的结构为,作为用于睫毛膏或眼线液的化妆材料容器的容器主体进行使用。
本发明的瓶体是细口且使瓶身部较大地鼓出的瓶体,另外,能够附设较细的头部,将盖体和涂布体进行组合能够得到前所未有的具有特征形状的睫毛膏或眼线液化妆材料容器,能够使其与其他产品区别开来。
本发明的合成树脂制瓶体的其他的结构为,使合成树脂为聚丙烯(以下,简称为PP)类树脂。
PP类树脂是这样一种材料,属于结晶性的树脂,且在双轴延伸吹塑成型中延伸性的温度依存性较大,存在瓶身壁的壁厚的不均匀变大的倾向,较难通过双轴延伸吹塑成型而形成细口且瓶身部较大地鼓出的形状的瓶体,但另一方面,PP类树脂是能够使由加热引起的预成型件的高度方向的收缩量变大的材料,采用本发明的成形方法,能够对预成型件的瓶身部的壁厚的上限存在的限制进行充分补充。即,通过本发明的方法,能够使壁厚的平均值充分大,以补充其不均匀性,能够提供一种PP类树脂制的、细口且使瓶身部较大地鼓出的形状的、前所未有的瓶体。
本发明的合成树脂制瓶体的其他的结构为,合成树脂是从聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯类树脂、聚丙烯腈类树脂中选择的合成树脂。
聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEN)类树脂、聚丙烯腈(PAN)虽为非晶性树脂,但是,玻璃转移温度较高,也存在着在双轴延伸吹塑成型中的延伸性的温度依存性较大、瓶身壁的壁厚的不均匀变大的倾向,能够与PP类树脂同样地增大通过加热产生的预成型件的高度方向的收缩量,从而能够提供一种细口且瓶身部较大地鼓出的形状的瓶体。
(发明的效果)
本发明的利用双轴延伸吹塑成型的成形方法及合成树脂制瓶体的结构是以上所述的成形方法和结构,能够产生以下所示的效果。
首先,本发明的成形方法中,能够与原先的预成型件的高度尺寸增大的量相应地增大预成型件的重量,即使瓶体是在瓶身部上具有较大的鼓出部的形状的细口瓶体,也能够确保其瓶身部的壁的充分的壁厚。
另外,只要使热收缩量增大,就能够使双轴延伸吹塑成型中的纵延伸倍率增大相应多的量,横向的延伸也相辅相成从而能够进一步提高瓶体的刚性。
在使预成型件的口筒部的内径为10mm以下,另外使瓶体的瓶身部的最大直径部分的横向的延伸倍率为2倍以上的情况下,在本发明的成形方法中能够发挥较大的作用效果。
另外,在使预成型件的除口筒部以外的部分的加热收缩率在10~50%的范围内的情况下,能够有效地实现预成型件的增重。
另外,在同时实施预成型件的加热收缩和用于双轴延伸吹塑成型的预备加热的情况下,能够简化成形工序。
另外,在合成树脂是从聚丙烯类树脂、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯类树脂、聚丙烯腈类树脂中选择使用的合成树脂的情况下,通过加热收缩能够得到较大的热收缩量,能够容易地实现预成型件的增重。
本发明的合成树脂制瓶体的结构能够通过本发明的与双轴延伸吹塑成型相关的成形方法实现,作为通过双轴延伸吹塑成型形成的细口的合成树脂制细口瓶体具有前所未有的、如下所示的特征结构。
(1)口筒部的内径为10mm以下,瓶身部的最大外径为该口筒部的内径的2.5倍以上,或3.0倍以上,能够提供一种细口且使瓶身部充分大地鼓出的形状的瓶体。
(2)通过使瓶身部的最大直径部分的最小壁厚为0.45mm以上,能够确保瓶身部周壁的充分的强度。
(3)通过附加称为头部的形状要素,能够进一步形成特征外观,而且,使其与盖体进行组合能够使外观进一步富于变化。另外,在用于睫毛膏或眼线液等的化妆材料容器中,能够利用在头部的形成时在口筒部内周面的下端部形成的悬伸状的内圆周台阶部附设刮片。
(4)即使采用难以较均匀地延伸的PP类树脂等合成树脂,也能够提供细口且使瓶身部充分鼓出的形状的瓶体。
而且,上述的本发明的合成树脂制瓶体的特征形状为细口且使瓶身部较大地鼓出的形状,而且,可能附设较细的头部,作为用于睫毛膏或眼线液等化妆材料容器的容器主体进行使用,能够获得以前所未有的特征形状实现与其他产品的区别化的产品。

具体实施方式
以下,根据实施例并参照附图对本发明的实施方式进行说明。图1是用于说明本发明的双轴延伸吹塑成型的成形方法的一个实施例的图,为了易于判断其尺寸关系,图1中,将通过注塑成型而形成的预成型件1(局部纵剖的主视图)和瓶体11(由双点划线表示的主视图)以将其各自的口筒部2和口筒部12的位置叠加的状态进行重叠表示。
另外,图2、图3分别是表示以图1所示的成形方法成形的本发明的合成树脂制瓶体的一个实施例的半纵剖主视图和俯视图。
另外,图4是表示利用该瓶体作为容器主体的睫毛膏化妆材料容器的例子的半纵剖主视图。
预成型件1为聚丙烯树脂制,其尺寸如下。
·整体高度:69.8mm
·除口筒部2以外的高度尺寸H1:62.1mm
·口筒部2的内径D1a:8.3mm
·口筒部2的外径D1b:9.9mm
·瓶身部3的平均外径:11.6mm

通过对上述预成型件1进行双轴延伸吹塑成型而得到的如图2所示的瓶体11,具有通过吹塑成型而形成的比口筒部12稍扩径的圆筒状的头部15,在其下方具有经由水平状的圆周台阶部16被吹塑成型成较大鼓出状的瓶身部13。
该瓶体11的尺寸如下。
·口筒部12的内径D1a8.3mm
·口筒部12的外径D1b:9.9mm
·整体高度尺寸:65.0mm
·除口筒部12以外的高度尺寸H3:57.3mm
·头部15的外径D2b:14.0mm
在本实施例中,头部为正圆筒状,外径D2b与最小外径一致。
·瓶身部13的最大外径D3bx:27.0mm
·瓶身部13的最大直径部分13f的最小壁厚(n=6)0.55~0.61mm
根据上述尺寸,瓶身部13的最大外径D3bx为口筒部12的内径D1a的3.3倍,头部15的(最小)外径Db2为口筒部12的外径D1b以上,且为口筒部12的内径D1a的1.7倍。
在此,由于在注塑成型模具的芯模具中有冷却水通过,因此,在减小芯模具的直径方面存在局限,预成型件1的瓶身部3的内径由该芯模具的直径决定。而且,在如上述瓶体11那样具有细长圆筒状的头部15的形状的瓶体中,若考虑到在吹塑分割模具中的形成该头部15的腔体附近发生的粘型(在如本实施例的瓶体11那样存在水平状的圆周台阶部16的情况下,更易发生粘型)、以及在吹塑成型中为形成头部15的向横向的吹塑比,则预成型件1的瓶身部3的外径的上限被限制在比口筒部2的外径D1b大2mm左右,如本实施例这样,在预成型件1的内径D1a为10mm以下左右时,预成型件1的瓶身部3的壁厚的上限为3mm左右。
接下来,从预成型件1形成瓶体11的成形方法包括以下的(1)、(2)、(3)的工序。
(1)在加热炉中将预成型件1的除口筒部2以外的瓶身部3和底部4加热到120~130℃,使除口筒部2以外的部分的高度尺寸H1收缩。
另外,该加热工序还兼作为双轴延伸吹塑成型所需的预备加热,为了增大加热收缩量,使其达到比作为预备加热的标准温度的110℃左右高的高温,为120~130℃。
通过该加热收缩,底部4的高度位置成为由双点划线表示的底部4S的高度位置(参照图1),除口筒部12以外的高度尺寸H2收缩到46mm左右,通过((H1-H2)/H1)×100计算得到的收缩率为26%左右。
(2)将在(1)中发生了热收缩的预成型件1从加热炉中取出,并将其置入吹塑分割模具。
(3)通过双轴延伸吹塑成型法来成形瓶体11。
如上所述,由于通过(1)的加热收缩,高度尺寸H2变成46mm左右,因此,能够使瓶体11的高度尺寸H3更充分地变小,能够将其顺利地置入吹塑成型用的分割模具。另外,双轴延伸吹塑成型过程中的纵方向的延伸倍率通过H3/H2进行计算,为1.25倍左右。
此外,瓶体11的瓶身部13的最大直径部分13f的横延伸倍率为2.3倍左右,该部分中的周壁的最小壁厚为0.55~0.61mm左右,在通常的使用时,瓶身部3不会凹陷,且具有足够的刚性感。
此外,由于通过注塑成型而形成的预成型件的高度尺寸H1不像以往那样以热收缩为前提,另外,在纵延伸倍率以1.25倍为前提、注塑成型为46mm的情况下,其重量的局限为3.4g左右,最大直径部分的周壁的最小壁厚为0.4~0.45左右,因此可以确认,与以往相比,在本发明的成形方法的上述实施例中,能够将瓶体11的瓶身部13的最大直径部分13f的最小壁厚增大1.4倍左右。
接下来说明本实施例的瓶体11的使用例。
图4是表示利用图2的瓶体11作为容器主体的睫毛膏化妆材料容器的例子的半纵剖主视图。
该容器是以瓶体11和螺合在该瓶体11的口筒部12上的有顶圆筒状的盖体21为主要部件的容器,该盖体21宽松地外嵌在头部15上,并外装到头部15的下端部。
另外,从盖体21的顶壁,以下垂状配置有涂布体22,该涂布体22在轴棒22a的顶端固定有刷部22b。
另外,将弹性树脂制成的圆筒状的嵌入筒片23嵌入固定在从口筒部12的上端到头部15的上端部的部分上,在该嵌入筒片23上绕设有刮片23a,通过该刮片23a,能够发挥将附着在刷部22b上的多余的化妆材料刮掉的作用。
此外,在瓶体11的内周面的口筒部12和头部15的分界部分上伴随着吹塑成型而形成悬伸状的内圆周台阶部17,利用该内圆周台阶部17形成卡定部,能够可靠地防止嵌入筒片23从口筒部12中拔出。
以上,通过实施例说明了本发明的实施方式,但本发明不限于上述实施例。
作为合成树脂,除PP类树脂外,可以使用一直以来使用于双轴延伸吹塑成型的、注塑成型预成型件的高度尺寸加热收缩较大的、例如PEN类树脂、PAN类树脂等合成树脂。
另外,在与上述成形方法相关的实施例中,是使预成型件1的加热收缩过程兼作为预备加热过程来实施的,但也可以将该加热收缩过程和预备加热过程各自作为单独的工序。
另外,本发明的瓶体用途不限于上述实施例中那样的用于睫毛膏、眼线液等的化妆材料容器的容器主体。
(工业实用性)
如以上说明的那样,本发明的成形方法能够对预成型件的瓶身部的壁厚的上限所存在的限制进行充分补充,能够形成细口且使瓶身部充分鼓出的瓶体形状,而且,能够配置细长的头部,通过该特征形状,在用于睫毛膏及眼线液等的细口瓶体的领域中,能够期待其广泛的使用前景。

1.一种合成树脂制瓶体,是双轴延伸吹塑成型品,所述合成树脂制瓶体(11)使用具有圆筒状的瓶身部(3)且基于注塑成型的试管状的预成型件(1),该预成型件(1)在上端部立起设置圆筒状的口筒部(2),该口筒部(2)作为所成型的瓶体的口筒部(12),其特征在于,
在所述合成树脂制瓶体(11)的瓶身部(13)之上经由直筒状的头部(15)立起设置所述合成树脂制瓶体(11)的口筒部(12),该头部(15)是对所述预成型件(1)的瓶身部(3)的上端部进行双轴延伸吹塑而形成的,
所述合成树脂制瓶体(11)的该口筒部(12)的内径(D1a)为10mm以下,

2.如权利要求1所述的合成树脂制瓶体,其特征在于,所述合成树脂制瓶体(11)的瓶身部(13)的最大外径(D3bx)为所述合成树脂制瓶体(11)的口筒部(12)的内径(D1a)的3.0倍以上。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的合成树脂制瓶体,其特征在于,在所述合成树脂制瓶体(11)的口筒部(12)的外周面上附设螺条,使有顶筒状的盖体(21)螺合在所述合成树脂制瓶体(11)的所述口筒部(12)上,并使其宽松地外嵌在头部(15)上进行使用。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的合成树脂制瓶体,其特征在于,作为用于睫毛膏或眼线液的化妆材料容器的容器主体进行使用。
5.如权利要求3所述的合成树脂制瓶体,其特征在于,作为用于睫毛膏或眼线液的化妆材料容器的容器主体进行使用。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的合成树脂制瓶体,其特征在于,合成树脂为聚丙烯类树脂。
7.如权利要求3所述的合成树脂制瓶体,其特征在于,合成树脂为聚丙烯类树脂。
8.如权利要求4所述的合成树脂制瓶体,其特征在于,合成树脂为聚丙烯类树脂。
9.如权利要求5所述的合成树脂制瓶体,其特征在于,合成树脂为聚丙烯类树脂。
10.如权利要求1或2所述的合成树脂制瓶体,其特征在于,合成树脂是从聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯类树脂和聚丙烯腈类树脂中选择的合成树脂。
11.如权利要求3所述的合成树脂制瓶体,其特征在于,合成树脂是从聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯类树脂和聚丙烯腈类树脂中选择的合成树脂。
12.如权利要求4所述的合成树脂制瓶体,其特征在于,合成树脂是从聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯类树脂和聚丙烯腈类树脂中选择的合成树脂。
13.如权利要求5所述的合成树脂制瓶体,其特征在于,合成树脂是从聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯类树脂和聚丙烯腈类树脂中选择的合成树脂。
