本发明公开了一种杂粮复合米及其制备方法,是由粳米、糯米、黑米、糙米、大麦、高粱、荞麦、洋葱、番茄、蕨菜、白果、柿子椒、柚子皮等原料组成。本发明有益效果为:用糙米和普通粳米配合制作出的米饭,既符合现代快节奏的生活,又增加了营养、保健功能。本品具有健胃、降血压、降血脂、抗肿瘤、提高机体免疫力等功效。且制作方法简单、成本低廉、具有较好的市场前景。

本发明涉及保健食品领域,更确切地说是涉及一种复合保健米及其制备方法。
背景技术
现代化的快节奏生活使得人们更容易产生机体疲劳、心神倦怠,从而导致免疫力的减弱,体质较差。我们现在所面临的一个问题就是如何增强体质来应对日常的学习、工作、生活。由于大米口感好、易消化,长久以来都是人们的主食。随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对食品营养价值的要求也越来越高。虽然粗粮营养丰富,含有丰富的纤维素、维生素、矿物质的营养成分,但因其口感较粗糙,且不易被消化,因此难以得到更广泛的应用。因此,粗粮应细作,以满足人们对丰富营养的追求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种杂粮复合米及其制备方法。
为解决这一问题,本发明所采取的技术方案为:杂粮复合米由以下重量份的原料组成:粳米200-210、糯米100-105、黑米80-85、糙米60-62、大麦40-42、高粱30-32、荞麦25-26、洋葱18-20、番茄18-20、蕨菜10-12、白果3-4、柿子椒5-6、柚子皮2-3中药添加剂4-5、水适量。
所述的中药添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:炒大麦粉30-40、生姜12-14、石榴籽油3-4、陈皮9-11、大麦苗粉1-2、三七花5-6、炒麦芽20-23、竹叶兰4-5、蜜桶花5-6、鱼腥草5-6、苹果6-8、大蓟3-4、薏仁油1-2、糙米汤10-12、水适量;制备方法是将石榴籽油烧热,将生姜切成末,放入热油中炸熟,滤出热石榴籽油;将苹果榨汁;将陈皮、三七花、炒麦芽、竹叶兰、蜜桶花、鱼腥草、大蓟加适量水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;将其它剩余成分与所得的热石榴籽油、苹果汁、煎煮液混合,继续小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
本发明的杂粮复合米制备过程按以下步骤进行:
(1)粳米、糯米、黑米、糙米、大麦、高粱、白果、荞麦洗净晾干,磨粉过40目筛,得料a;
(2)洋葱、番茄、蕨菜、柿子椒择洗干净后加适量水打磨成浆,得料b;
(3)柚子皮烘干后进行超微粉碎;
(4)将料a、料b、步骤(3)柚子皮超微粉与剩余其它成分加水混合均匀,送入螺杆制粒机中糊化、制粒,烘干、筛分。
本发明的有益效果:糙米具有降血糖、降血脂、辅助治疗糖尿病、预防心血管疾病等功能。用糙米和普通粳米配合制作出的米饭,既符合现代快节奏的生活,又增加了营养、保健功能。本品具有健胃、降血压、降血脂、抗肿瘤、提高机体免疫力等功效。且制作方法简单、成本低廉、具有较好的市场前景。
具体实施方式
杂粮复合米,由以下重量份(kg)的原料组成:
粳米200、糯米100、黑米85、糙米60、大麦40、高粱32、荞麦25、洋葱20、番茄18、蕨菜12、白果4、柿子椒5、柚子皮3、中药添加剂4、水适量。
所述的中药添加剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:炒大麦粉30、生姜12、石榴籽油3、陈皮9、大麦苗粉1、三七花5、炒麦芽23、竹叶兰5、蜜桶花5、鱼腥草5、苹果8、大蓟3、薏仁油2、糙米汤10、水适量;制备方法是将石榴籽油烧热,将生姜切成末,放入热油中炸熟,滤出热石榴籽油;将苹果榨汁;将陈皮、三七花、炒麦芽、竹叶兰、蜜桶花、鱼腥草、大蓟加适量水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;将其它剩余成分与所得的热石榴籽油、苹果汁、煎煮液混合,继续小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
制备方法,包括如下步骤:

1.一种杂粮复合米,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:粳米200-210、糯米100-105、黑米80-85、糙米60-62、大麦40-42、高粱30-32、荞麦25-26、洋葱18-20、番茄18-20、蕨菜10-12、白果3-4、柿子椒5-6、柚子皮2-3、中药添加剂4-5、水适量;
