本发明公开了一种减肥瘦身保健米的及其制备方法,是由大米、魔芋精粉、土豆粉、红薯粉、芸芥15-16、海带、费菜、牛蒡、苦菜、山楂、陈皮、稻米油、等原料组成。本发明有益效果为:添加有魔芋精粉,膨胀率大,与其它辅料粘合紧密稳定、不断裂,且食用后极易产生饱腹感。具有稻米所不具有的多种保健功能,集主食,保健食疗为一体,既节约主粮,又充分发挥杂粮的有效作用。

本发明涉及保健食品领域,更确切地说是涉及一种复合保健米及其制备方法。
背景技术
现代化的快节奏生活使得人们更容易产生机体疲劳、心神倦怠,从而导致免疫力的减弱,体质较差。我们现在所面临的一个问题就是如何增强体质来应对日常的学习、工作、生活。由于大米口感好、易消化,长久以来都是人们的主食。随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对食品营养价值的要求也越来越高。虽然粗粮营养丰富,含有丰富的纤维素、维生素、矿物质的营养成分,但因其口感较粗糙,且不易被消化,因此难以得到更广泛的应用。因此,粗粮应细作,以满足人们对丰富营养的追求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种减肥瘦身保健米及其制备方法。
为解决这一问题,本发明所采取的技术方案为:减肥瘦身保健米由以下重量份的原料组成:大米400-410、魔芋精粉100-110、土豆粉75-80、红薯粉75-80、芸芥15-16、海带15-16、费菜10-12、牛蒡10-12、苦菜13-14、山楂5-6、陈皮5-6、稻米油5-6、中药添加剂4-5、水适量。
所述的中药添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:玉米粉30-40、覆盆子15-18、党参4-5、丁癸草6-8、大麦苗粉1-2、山楂叶6-8、牛肉冻干粉13-16、三七粉1-2、哈密瓜20-23、炒大麦粉12-15、葡萄汁12-14、糙米汤10-12、薏仁油1-2;制备方法是将哈密瓜去皮取肉,切成小丁,与炒大麦粉、葡萄汁、糙米汤及适量水混合,小火煮沸10-15分钟,冷却后打成糊状;将覆盆子、党参、丁癸草、山楂叶加适量水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;将其它剩余成分与所得的糊状物、煎煮液混合,继续小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
本发明的减肥瘦身保健米制备过程按以下步骤进行:
(1)大米淘洗干净晾干,磨粉后过20目筛;
(2)牛蒡去皮,与芸芥、海带、费菜、牛蒡、苦菜洗净,加适量水打磨至浓浆状;
(3)山楂、陈皮加水熬煮2-3小时,提取浸液;
(4)将步骤(1)米粉、步骤(2)蔬菜浓浆、步骤(3)中药提取液与剩余其它成分加水混合均匀,送入螺杆制粒机中糊化、制粒,烘干、筛分。

具体实施方式
减肥瘦身保健米,由以下重量份(kg)的原料组成:
大米400、魔芋精粉110、土豆粉80、红薯粉75、芸芥15、海带16、费菜10、牛蒡12、苦菜14、山楂5、陈皮5、稻米油6、中药添加剂4、水适量。
所述的中药添加剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:玉米粉30、覆盆子15、党参4、丁癸草8、大麦苗粉1、山楂叶8、牛肉冻干粉16、三七粉2、哈密瓜20、炒大麦粉15、葡萄汁14、糙米汤12、薏仁油2;制备方法是将哈密瓜去皮取肉,切成小丁,与炒大麦粉、葡萄汁、糙米汤及适量水混合,小火煮沸10-15分钟,冷却后打成糊状;将覆盆子、党参、丁癸草、山楂叶加适量水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;将其它剩余成分与所得的糊状物、煎煮液混合,继续小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。

1.一种减肥瘦身保健米,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:大米400-410、魔芋精粉100-110、土豆粉75-80、红薯粉75-80、芸芥15-16、海带15-16、费菜10-12、牛蒡10-12、苦菜13-14、山楂5-6、陈皮5-6、稻米油5-6、中药添加剂4-5、水适量;

2.根据权利要求l所述的减肥瘦身保健米的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
