本发明公开了一种红色复合保健米及其制备方法,是由小米、血糯米、紫小麦、莜麦、薏米、红米饭草、红苋菜、草莓、昆布、香菇、猴头菌、酸枣仁等原料组成。本发明有益效果为:添加红米饭草、红苋菜,制成的红色复合杂粮米饭特别清香爽口、颜色鲜艳美观、色香独特且营养丰富,具有保健作用。

本发明涉及保健食品领域,更确切地说是涉及一种复合保健米及其制备方法。
背景技术
现代化的快节奏生活使得人们更容易产生机体疲劳、心神倦怠,从而导致免疫力的减弱,体质较差。我们现在所面临的一个问题就是如何增强体质来应对日常的学习、工作、生活。由于大米口感好、易消化,长久以来都是人们的主食。随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对食品营养价值的要求也越来越高。虽然粗粮营养丰富,含有丰富的纤维素、维生素、矿物质的营养成分,但因其口感较粗糙,且不易被消化,因此难以得到更广泛的应用。因此,粗粮应细作,以满足人们对丰富营养的追求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种红色复合保健米及其制备方法。
为解决这一问题,本发明所采取的技术方案为:红色复合保健米由以下重量份的原料组成:小米300-310、血糯米200-205、紫小麦30-32、莜麦40-42、薏米23-25、红米饭草12-14、红苋菜15-16、草莓13-15、昆布8-10、香菇8-10、猴头菌6-8、酸枣仁3-4、中药添加剂4-5、水适量。
所述的中药添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:酸奶40-45、花生油3-4、酸枣仁15-18、红糖4-5、大麦苗粉1-2、三七3-4、丁癸草12-14、蜜桶花5-6、葡萄叶7-8、绿茶12-14、绞股蓝4-5、竹叶兰4-5、炒芝麻粉12-14、葡萄酒20-23、糙米汤10-12、薏仁油1-2;制备方法是将酸枣仁炒熟,研成粉末;将炒芝麻粉、葡萄酒、糙米汤、大麦苗粉、红糖及适量水混合,小火煮沸10-15分钟,冷却后打成糊状;将三七、丁癸草、蜜桶花、葡萄叶、绿茶、绞股蓝、竹叶兰加适量水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;将其它剩余成分与所得的酸枣仁粉、糊状物、煎煮液混合,继续小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
本发明的红色复合保健米制备过程按以下步骤进行:
(1)小米、血糯米、紫小麦、莜麦、薏米、酸枣仁洗净晾干,磨粉过40目筛,得料a;
(2)昆布、香菇、猴头菌洗净后同煮3-4小时,捞出后加适量水打磨成浓浆,得料b;
(3)红米饭草、红苋菜、草莓榨汁后滤去残渣,得料c;
(4)将料a、料b、料c与剩余其它成分加水混合均匀,送入螺杆制粒机中糊化、制粒,烘干、筛分。
本发明的有益效果:添加红米饭草、红苋菜,制成的红色复合杂粮米饭特别清香爽口、颜色鲜艳美观、色香独特且营养丰富,具有保健作用。
具体实施方式
红色复合保健米,由以下重量份(kg)的原料组成:
小米300、血糯米200、紫小麦32、莜麦40、薏米25、红米饭草14、红苋菜16、草莓15、昆布8、香菇10、猴头菌8、酸枣仁3、中药添加剂4、水适量。
所述的中药添加剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:酸奶40、花生油4、酸枣仁15、红糖5、大麦苗粉1、三七4、丁癸草12、蜜桶花5、葡萄叶7、绿茶12、绞股蓝5、竹叶兰4、炒芝麻粉14、葡萄酒20、糙米汤10、薏仁油2;制备方法是将酸枣仁炒熟,研成粉末;将炒芝麻粉、葡萄酒、糙米汤、大麦苗粉、红糖及适量水混合,小火煮沸10-15分钟,冷却后打成糊状;将三七、丁癸草、蜜桶花、葡萄叶、绿茶、绞股蓝、竹叶兰加适量水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;将其它剩余成分与所得的酸枣仁粉、糊状物、煎煮液混合,继续小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
制备方法,包括如下步骤:

Claims (2)
1.一种红色复合保健米,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:小米300-310、血糯米200-205、紫小麦30-32、莜麦40-42、薏米23-25、红米饭草12-14、红苋菜15-16、草莓13-15、昆布8-10、香菇8-10、猴头菌6-8、酸枣仁3-4、中药添加剂4-5、水适量;
所述的中药添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:酸奶40-45、花生油3-4、酸枣仁15-18、红糖4-5、大麦苗粉1-2、三七3-4、丁癸草12-14、蜜桶花5-6、葡萄叶7-8、绿茶12-14、绞股蓝4-5、竹叶兰4-5、炒芝麻粉12-14、葡萄酒20-23、糙米汤10-12、薏仁油1-2;制备方法是将酸枣仁炒熟,研成粉末;将炒芝麻粉、葡萄酒、糙米汤、大麦苗粉、红糖及适量水混合,小火煮沸10-15分钟,冷却后打成糊状;将三七、丁癸草、蜜桶花、葡萄叶、绿茶、绞股蓝、竹叶兰加适量水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;将其它剩余成分与所得的酸枣仁粉、糊状物、煎煮液混合,继续小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
2.根据权利要求l所述的红色复合保健米的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)小米、血糯米、紫小麦、莜麦、薏米、酸枣仁洗净晾干,磨粉过40目筛,得料a;
(2)昆布、香菇、猴头菌洗净后同煮3-4小时,捞出后加适量水打磨成浓浆,得料b;
(3)红米饭草、红苋菜、草莓榨汁后滤去残渣,得料c;
(4)将料a、料b、料c与剩余其它成分加水混合均匀,送入螺杆制粒机中糊化、制粒,烘干、筛分。
