本发明公开的一种补钙保健牡丹油,涉及生物医药技术领域,是由下列原料制备而成:牡丹油、牡丹籽、茶油、鳗鱼骨粉、柠檬酸钙、松仁、牡蛎壳粉、鲍鱼果仁和无花果;其制备方法为:A、鳗鱼骨粉预处理;B、牡蛎壳粉预处理;C、无花果的处理;D、压榨;E、提取;F、混合;G、水洗;H、碱洗;I、脱色;J、二次水洗;K、精滤;L、总混;具有营养全面、能够补充钙质等特点,作为食用油脂,既适合缺钙人群食用,也适合儿童食用,还适合老年人食用。

技术领域
本发明涉及生物医药技术领域,特别是一种补钙保健牡丹油。
背景技术
钙是人体最重要的元素之一,参与一切生命活动,有专家说“钙是生命之源,钙是健康之本,钙是长寿之基”。人体中的钙主要是从膳食中补充,当膳食中钙的摄入不足时,体内就会缺钙,缺钙可引起失眠、手足麻木、牙齿松动和老化等症状。目前市场上的补钙保健品种类繁多,如各种钙片等,为临床和患者提供了较多的选择,但由于市场上销售的补钙制品大多不易被人体吸收,造成缺钙人群患结石的几率大大增加。近些年来,出现一些具有补钙功效的食用油脂,如中国专利(申请号为02109203.6)“大豆、花生高钙组合组织蛋白及组合高钙油的生产方法”,其配方如下:大豆20%-80%,花生20%-80%,虾皮3%-10%,骨块0.5%-5%。本发明的工艺过程如下:精选花生仁,脱红衣,精选大豆,精选干虾皮,鲜骨熬制,骨块干燥破碎,组合脱脂脱腥增钙,高钙组合蛋白组织化,液态部分经板框压滤机过滤制成组合高钙食用油;用该发明制成的组合组织蛋白和组合高钙食用油不含黄曲霉素和化学溶剂等任何有害物质,蛋白组织亦未遭高温破坏,可制成营养丰富的素肉食品和口味香纯的食用油,不仅可以满足人们食用和补钙的需求,亦可为人们提供一种组合高钙新型食品。还有中国专利(申请号为201210158389.3)“一种补钙保健茶油”,是由茶油、虾皮和碳酸钙制成,其具体制备方法为:辅料预处理、辅料再处理、辅料混合、混合辅料处理、提取、纯化和过滤;具有营养全面、能够补充钙质等特点,既可适合缺钙人群食用,也可适合儿童食用,还可适合老年人食用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种营养全面、能够补充钙质的牡丹油。
本发明所采取的技术方案是发明一种补钙保健牡丹油,是由下列原料按重量份的原料制备而成:
牡丹油25-40 牡丹籽15-25 茶油5-10
鳗鱼骨粉5-10 柠檬酸钙5-10 松仁3-6
牡蛎壳粉2-6 鲍鱼果仁2-5 无花果5-10;
其制备方法如下:
A、鳗鱼骨粉预处理:
将上述重量份的鳗鱼骨粉投入炒锅中,加入占其重量20-35%、体积浓度为15-20%的食醋,在50-60℃下炒35-50min,降至常温后,阴干至水分≤8.0%,得处理鳗鱼骨粉,备用;
B、牡蛎壳粉预处理:
向上述重量份的牡蛎壳粉中加入占其重量3.0-5.5%的角质蛋白酶,并用浓度为5.0-10.0%的碳酸氢钠水溶液调节其Ph值至7.5-8.5,在30-45℃下酶解5.0-8.0小时,再用浓度为10-15%的盐酸溶液调节其Ph值至4.0-5.5后,投入炒锅中,在50-60℃下炒5-10min,静置、冷却后,用沸水洗涤1-2次,再转入烘箱中,在60-70℃下烘干至水分≤5.0%,得处理牡蛎壳粉,备用;
C、无花果的处理:
将上述重量份的无花果去除果皮,将果肉投入打浆机中,同时加入占其重量10-20%的清水,一起打成浆料;再将浆料在常温下密封放置4-7小时;然后,加热至70-85℃,同时用碳酸氢钠水溶液调节Ph至8.0-9.0,放置1.0-1.5小时;再经挤压机处理,收集滤出的物料,投入到同等重量、体积浓度为70-85%的乙醇中,在常温下浸泡0.5-1.5小时,过滤,转入烘箱中,在60-70℃下烘干至水分≤5.0%,得处理无花果,备用;
D、压榨:
将上述重量份的牡丹籽、松仁、鲍鱼果仁和备用的处理无花果,混合均匀,在0-10℃经冷压榨处理,收集压榨出的油液,得油液一,备用;
E、提取:
将上述重量份的柠檬酸钙以及备用的处理鳗鱼骨粉、处理牡蛎壳粉一起投入耐高温的振荡器中,并加入上述重量份牡丹油的一半,按5-10℃/min的加热速度加热至60-70℃,同时开启振荡器,控制频率为80-100Hz/min,保持20-30min;接着,按照2-5℃/min的升温速度加热至90-110℃,频率控制为120-150Hz/min,保持10-20min,趁热过滤,得油液二,备用;
F、混合:
将备用的油液一与油液二,一起投入混合器中,混匀,得混合油液,备用;
G、水洗:
将备用的混合油液用2-3倍重量的沸水搅拌洗涤,静置15-25min,分离,反复3次,收集上层水洗油液,备用;
H、碱洗:
将备用的水洗油液投入到2-6倍量、浓度为1.5-4.5%的氢氧化钠水溶液中,搅拌均匀,静置30-60min,分离,收集上层碱洗油液,备用;
I、脱色:
将备用的碱洗油液投入浸提罐中,按1-4℃/min的升温速度加热至40-65℃,再加入占其重量10-16%的中性活性炭,搅拌处理30-60min,过滤,如此处理3次,得处理油液,再经10000-15000转/min的高速离心机离心,收集脱色油液,备用;
J、二次水洗:
将备用的脱色油液用2-3倍重量的沸水搅拌洗涤,静置15-25min,分离,收集上层的再次水洗油液,备用;
K、精滤:
将备用的再次水洗油液,在0.25-1.25MPa压力下经超滤膜装置过滤(超滤膜的膜孔孔径为1-8nm),收集滤出的精滤油液,备用;
L、总混:
将备用的精滤油液以及上述重量份的茶油与上述重量份牡丹油剩下的一半,一起放入混合器中混合均匀,即得补钙保健牡丹油。
本发明的补钙保健牡丹油,采用牡丹油(包括牡丹籽)为主要原料,辅以茶油、鳗鱼骨粉、柠檬酸钙、松仁、牡蛎壳粉、鲍鱼果仁和无花果。牡丹油(Peony Seed Oil)中含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸,占比高达91.60%,其中:α-亚麻酸的含量高达66.85%;α-亚麻酸是人类生命进化过程中最基本、最核心的物质,是合成细胞膜的主要元素,对人体健康和智力水平起决定性作用;牡丹油还富含多种维生素、酶、糖类和黄酮及人体必需的8种氨基酸,7种常量元素和8种微量元素,并具有防癌降血脂等作用。茶油(Camellia oleifera Abel)中含有丰富的单不饱和脂肪酸和不饱和脂肪酸,其单不饱和脂肪酸能提高血液抗氧化能力,降低胆固醇,防止心脑血管疾病的发生,还能降低诸如胰岛素拮抗性糖尿病之类因代谢失调而引起的疾病的出现机率,其不饱和脂肪酸具有“不聚脂”特性,不仅自身不在内脏及皮下沉积,而且能够阻止脂肪沉积等功效。鳗鱼骨粉(eel)是由鳗鱼脊椎骨制成,鳗鱼脊椎骨几乎具备了完美钙源所需的一切,由此为国内外科学家所尊崇,被公认为“理想的天然生物钙源”、“人类钙质的天然供给者”;鳗鱼脊椎骨钙磷比例接近2:1,与母乳天然吻合,是国际公认的钙质吸收最佳比例,所含钙质的生物利用率极高。柠檬酸钙(分子式:C12H10Ca3O14)是食品钙强化剂,其吸收效果优于无机钙。松仁(Pinuspinea)中富含不饱和脂肪酸,如亚油酸、亚麻油酸等,能降低血脂,预防心血管疾病;还含大量矿物质如钙、铁、钾等,能给机体组织提供丰富的营养成分,强壮筋骨,消除疲劳,对老年人保健有极大的益处;所含的维生素E高达30%,有很好的软化血管、延缓衰老的作用,是中老年人的理想保健食物,也是女士们润肤美容的理想食物;松仁中的脂肪成分是油酸、亚油酸等不饱和脂肪酸,有很好的软化血管的作用,是中老年人的理想保健食物;松仁中的磷和锰的含量丰富,对大脑和神经有补益作用,是学生和脑力劳动者的健脑佳品,对老年痴呆也有很好的预防作用。牡蛎壳粉(ostrea gigas thunberg)不仅含有大量碳酸钙,而且还含有动物体内必需的微量元素,如铜、镁、钾、钼、磷、锰、铁、锌等,此外,还含有多种氨基酸成分。鲍鱼果仁(Bertholletia excelsa H.B.K.)营养丰富,除含有蛋白质、脂肪、胡萝卜素外,维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素E含量也非常丰富;鲍鱼果仁中还含有人体所需的8种氨基酸,其中钙、磷、铁含量也高于其他坚果;最重要的是,鲍鱼果仁中的镁、硒含量远高于一般食品。无花果(Ficus carica Linn)中含有大量葡萄糖和果糖,还含有蛋白质、各种维生素(如维生素A、C、D等)以及30多种脂类物质,且大部份为中性脂和糖脂;所含脂肪酸中68%为不饱和脂肪酸以及少量人体必需的亚油酸;还富含膳食纤维、钙、铜、镁、锰、钾、维生素K等多种有益人体的物质和多种抗氧化剂、黄酮和多酚。
本发明的补钙保健牡丹油,以牡丹油为溶媒,吸收上述多种原料中的钙质和其它微量元素以及活性物质,使其含有较多的钙质和对人体有益的微量元素以及其它对人体有益的活性物质,因而,其营养比较全面,不仅具有补充钙质的功效,还具有较好的保健作用。
下表是本发明的补钙保健牡丹油(100克)的成份检测数据:
从上表数据可以看出,本发明的补钙保健牡丹油中,既含有较为丰富的钙质,也含有对人体有益的微量元素以及其它对人体有益的活性物质。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例,对本发明做进一步的说明。下面的说明是以例举的方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此。
本实施例的补钙保健牡丹油,是由下列原料按重量份的原料制备而成:
牡丹油35 牡丹籽20 茶油8
鳗鱼骨粉8 柠檬酸钙8 松仁4
牡蛎壳粉5 鲍鱼果仁4 无花果8;
其制备方法如下:
A、鳗鱼骨粉预处理:
将上述重量份的鳗鱼骨粉投入炒锅中,加入占其重量30%、体积浓度为20%的食醋,在50℃下炒40min,降至常温后,阴干至水分≤8.0%,得处理鳗鱼骨粉,备用;
B、牡蛎壳粉预处理:
向上述重量份的牡蛎壳粉中加入占其重量4.0%的角质蛋白酶,并用浓度为3.0%的碳酸氢钠水溶液调节其Ph值至8.0,在40℃下酶解7.0小时,再用浓度为12%的盐酸溶液调节其Ph值至5.0后,投入炒锅中,在50℃下炒8min,静置、冷却后,用沸水洗涤1-2次,再转入烘箱中,在65℃下烘干至水分≤5.0%,得处理牡蛎壳粉,备用;
C、无花果的处理:
将上述重量份的无花果去除果皮,将果肉投入打浆机中,同时加入占其重量15%的清水,一起打成浆料;再将浆料在常温下密封放置6小时;然后,加热至80℃,同时用碳酸氢钠水溶液调节Ph至8.5,放置1.2小时;再经挤压机处理,收集滤出的物料,投入到同等重量、体积浓度为80%的乙醇中,在常温下浸泡1.0小时,过滤,转入烘箱中,在65℃下烘干至水分≤5.0%,得处理无花果,备用;
D、压榨:
将上述重量份的牡丹籽、松仁、鲍鱼果仁和备用的处理无花果,混合均匀,在5℃经冷压榨处理,收集压榨出的油液,得油液一,备用;
E、提取:
将上述重量份的柠檬酸钙以及备用的处理鳗鱼骨粉、处理牡蛎壳粉一起投入耐高温的振荡器中,并加入上述重量份牡丹油的一半,按8℃/min的加热速度加热至65℃,同时开启振荡器,控制频率为90Hz/min,保持25min;接着,按照5℃/min的升温速度加热至100℃,频率控制为140Hz/min,保持15min,趁热过滤,得油液二,备用;
F、混合:
将备用的油液一与油液二,一起投入混合器中,混匀,得混合油液,备用;
G、水洗:
将备用的混合油液用3倍重量的沸水搅拌洗涤,静置20min,分离,反复3次,收集上层水洗油液,备用;
H、碱洗:
将备用的水洗油液投入到4倍量、浓度为3.0%的氢氧化钠水溶液中,搅拌均匀,静置45min,分离,收集上层碱洗油液,备用;
I、脱色:
将备用的碱洗油液投入浸提罐中,按3℃/min的升温速度加热至55℃,再加入占其重量15%的中性活性炭,搅拌处理45min,过滤,如此处理3次,得处理油液,再经10000-15000转/min的高速离心机离心,收集脱色油液,备用;
J、二次水洗:
将备用的脱色油液用3倍重量的沸水搅拌洗涤,静置20min,分离,收集上层的再次水洗油液,备用;
K、精滤:
将备用的再次水洗油液,在1.0MPa压力下经超滤膜装置过滤(超滤膜的膜孔孔径为5nm),收集滤出的精滤油液,备用;
L、总混:
将备用的精滤油液以及上述重量份的茶油与上述重量份牡丹油剩下的一半,一起放入混合器中混合均匀,即得补钙保健牡丹油。
本发明的补钙保健牡丹油,作为食用油脂,既适合缺钙人群食用,也适合儿童食用,还适合老年人食用。
Claims (1)
1.一种补钙保健牡丹油,其特征在于是由下列原料按重量份的原料制备而成:
牡丹油25-40 牡丹籽15-25 茶油5-10
鳗鱼骨粉5-10 柠檬酸钙5-10 松仁3-6
牡蛎壳粉2-6 鲍鱼果仁2-5 无花果5-10;
其制备方法如下:
A、鳗鱼骨粉预处理:
将上述重量份的鳗鱼骨粉投入炒锅中,加入占其重量20-35%、体积浓度为15-20%的食醋,在50-60℃下炒35-50min,降至常温后,阴干至水分≤8.0%,得处理鳗鱼骨粉,备用;
B、牡蛎壳粉预处理:
向上述重量份的牡蛎壳粉中加入占其重量3.0-5.5%的角质蛋白酶,并用浓度为1.0-5.0%的碳酸氢钠水溶液调节其Ph值至7.5-8.5,在30-45℃下酶解5.0-8.0小时,再用浓度为0.5-1.5%的盐酸溶液调节其Ph值至4.0-5.5后,投入炒锅中,在50-60℃下炒5-10min,静置、冷却后,用沸水洗涤1-2次,再转入烘箱中,在60-70℃下烘干至水分≤5.0%,得处理牡蛎壳粉,备用;
C、无花果的处理:
将上述重量份的无花果去除果皮,将果肉投入打浆机中,同时加入占其重量10-20%的清水,一起打成浆料;再将浆料在常温下密封放置4-7小时;然后,加热至70-85℃,同时用碳酸氢钠水溶液调节Ph至8.0-9.0,放置1.0-1.5小时;再经挤压机处理,收集滤出的物料,投入到同等重量、体积浓度为70-85%的乙醇中,在常温下浸泡0.5-1.5小时,过滤,转入烘箱中,在60-70℃下烘干至水分≤5.0%,得处理无花果,备用;
D、压榨:
将上述重量份的牡丹籽、松仁、鲍鱼果仁和备用的处理无花果,混合均匀,在0-10℃经冷压榨处理,收集压榨出的油液,得油液一,备用;
E、提取:
将上述重量份的柠檬酸钙以及备用的处理鳗鱼骨粉、处理牡蛎壳粉一起投入耐高温的振荡器中,并加入上述重量份牡丹油的一半,按5-10℃/min的加热速度加热至60-70℃,同时开启振荡器,控制频率为80-100Hz/min,保持20-30min;接着,按照2-5℃/min的升温速度加热至90-110℃,频率控制为120-150Hz/min,保持10-20min,趁热过滤,得油液二,备用;
F、混合:

H、碱洗:
将备用的水洗油液投入到2-6倍量、浓度为1.5-4.5%的氢氧化钠水溶液中,搅拌均匀,静置30-60min,分离,收集上层碱洗油液,备用;
I、脱色:
将备用的碱洗油液投入浸提罐中,按1-4℃/min的升温速度加热至40-65℃,再加入占其重量10-16%的中性活性炭,搅拌处理30-60min,过滤,如此处理3次,得处理油液,再经10000-15000转/min的高速离心机离心,收集脱色油液,备用;
J、二次水洗:
将备用的脱色油液用2-3倍重量的沸水搅拌洗涤,静置15-25min,分离,收集上层的再次水洗油液,备用;
K、精滤:
将备用的再次水洗油液,在0.25-1.25MPa压力下经超滤膜装置过滤,收集滤出的精滤油液,备用;
L、总混:
将备用的精滤油液以及上述重量份的茶油与上述重量份牡丹油剩下的一半,一起放入混合器中混合均匀,即得补钙保健牡丹油。
