本发明涉及生物医药技术领域,特别是一种补钙保健山桐子油。
背景技术
钙是人体最重要的元素之一,参与一切生命活动,有专家说“钙是生命之源,钙是健康之本,钙是长寿之基”。人体中的钙主要是从膳食中补充,当膳食中钙的摄入不足时,体内就会缺钙,缺钙可引起失眠、手足麻木、牙齿松动和老化等症状。目前市场上的补钙保健品种类繁多,如各种钙片等,为临床和患者提供了较多的选择,但由于市场上销售的补钙制品大多不易被人体吸收,造成缺钙人群患结石的几率大大增加。近些年来,出现一些具有补钙功效的食用油脂,如中国专利(申请号为02109203.6)“大豆、花生高钙组合组织蛋白及组合高钙油的生产方法”,其配方如下:大豆20%-80%,花生20%-80%,虾皮3%-10%,骨块0.5%-5%。本发明的工艺过程如下:精选花生仁,脱红衣,精选大豆,精选干虾皮,鲜骨熬制,骨块干燥破碎,组合脱脂脱腥增钙,高钙组合蛋白组织化,液态部分经板框压滤机过滤制成组合高钙食用油;用该发明制成的组合组织蛋白和组合高钙食用油不含黄曲霉素和化学溶剂等任何有害物质,蛋白组织亦未遭高温破坏,可制成营养丰富的素肉食品和口味香纯的食用油,不仅可以满足人们食用和补钙的需求,亦可为人们提供一种组合高钙新型食品。还有中国专利(申请号为201210158389.3)“一种补钙保健茶油”,是由茶油、虾皮和碳酸钙制成,其具体制备方法为:辅料预处理、辅料再处理、辅料混合、混合辅料处理、提取、纯化和过滤;具有营养全面、能够补充钙质等特点,既可适合缺钙人群食用,也可适合儿童食用,还可适合老年人食用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种营养全面、能够补充钙质的山桐子油。
本发明所采取的技术方案是发明一种补钙保健山桐子油,是由下列原料按重量份的原料制备而成:
山桐子油25-35 山桐子籽20-30 茶油5-10
花生仁4-7 海蜇皮5-9 鱼松5-9
绿豆3-6 竹笋3-5 鱼骨5-10;
其制备方法如下:
A、海蜇皮预处理:
将上述重量份的海蜇皮,先用熟石灰来回揉搓15-30min,接着将其用2-3倍重量的黄酒(其酒精浓度为30-45%)在常温下浸泡30-40in,过滤;然后,将其平铺在木炭颗粒上(其细度为过40-80目筛),在40-50℃放置1-3天;其后,将其投入2-4倍重量的水中,同时加入占其重量5-10%的干香蕉皮、10-15%的干柑橘皮、5-10%的干柚子皮,一起煮沸提取1-3小时,过滤;再用清水洗涤处理过的海蜇皮2-4次,然后切成片状,在60-70℃干燥至水分≤8.0%,得处理海蜇皮,备用;
B、鱼松预处理:
向上述重量份的鱼松中加入1-1.5倍重量、体积浓度为25-35%的乙醇水溶液,经打浆机处理成浆料;然后,调节浆料中乙醇的体积浓度至60-75%,浸泡3-6小时,滤出乙醇水溶液;再加入同等重量、浓度为12-15%的碳酸钠水溶液,在常温常压下浸泡2-5小时,滤出碳酸钠水溶液;再加入2-3倍重量的清水,煮沸提取25-35min,过滤;再经挤压机处理,收集滤出的物料,在55-65℃干燥至水分≤10.0%,得处理鱼松,备用;
C、绿豆预处理:
将上述重量份的绿豆用2-3倍重量、浓度为15-25%的食盐水浸泡至绿豆膨胀,然后去除表皮,得绿豆肉,再将绿豆肉处理成50-80目的浆料;接着,将浆料用同等重量的乙酸乙酯浸泡1-3小时,滤出乙酸乙酯,再加入占浆料重量2-3倍的清水,煮沸提取0.5-1.0小时,过滤,在65-85℃下干燥至水分≤5.0%,得处理绿豆,备用;
D、竹笋预处理:
将上述重量份的竹笋切成薄片,用浓度为40-60%的食醋溶液,在常温常压下浸泡2-5小时;然后,加水调节食醋的浓度为5-10%,再煮沸提取30-50min,过滤;再将处理过的竹笋薄片用清水洗涤2-4次,在60-70℃下干燥至水分≤8.0%,得处理竹笋,备用;
E、鱼骨预处理:
将上述重量份的鱼骨粉碎成60-80目的鱼骨粉,再加入占其重量3.0-5.0%的角质蛋白酶,在30-45℃下酶解5.0-8.0小时;接着,加入与鱼骨粉同等重量的食醋(一般采用市售的食用粮白醋),混匀,用浓度20-25%的稀盐酸溶液调节Ph值为5.0-6.5,再投入炒锅中,用温火炒15-20min(控制温度在45-60℃);降至常温后,用清水漂洗1-2次,在60-70℃下干燥至水分≤5.0%,得处理鱼骨,备用;
F、压榨:
a、将上述重量份山桐子籽的1/2与备用的处理海蜇皮、处理鱼骨混合均匀,在0-10℃经冷压榨处理,收集压榨出的油液,得油液一,备用;
b、将上述重量份山桐子籽的1/2和上述重量份的花生仁以及备用的处理竹笋混合均匀,在0-10℃经冷压榨处理,收集压榨出的油液,得油液二,备用;
G、提取:
将上述重量份山桐子油的1/2和备用的处理鱼松、处理绿豆,一起投入耐高温的振荡器中,按5-10℃/min的升温速度加热至60-70℃后,开启振荡器,控制频率为80-100Hz/min,保持20-30min;接着,按3-6℃/min的升温速度加热至90-110℃,控制频率为120-150Hz/min,保持10-20min,趁热过滤,得油液三,备用;
H、初处理:
将备用的油液三,在0.5-1.0Mpa压力下,过由石英砂:中性氧化铝:粘土按1:1.5:0.15的比例组成的混合柱,收集油液,再经5000-10000转/min的高速离心机离心,得离心后的初处理油液三,备用;
I、混合:
将备用的油液一、油液二和初处理油液三,一起投入混合器中,混匀,得混合油液,备用;
J、脱色:
将备用的混合油液投入浸提罐中,加热至40-65℃,再加入占其重量10-16%的中性活性炭,搅拌处理30-60min,过滤,反复2-3次,得处理油液,再经10000-15000转/min的高速离心机离心,得脱色油液,备用;
K、水洗:
将备用的脱色油液用2-3倍重量的沸水搅拌洗涤,静置15-25min,分离,反复2-3次,收集上层的水洗油液,备用;
L、碱洗:
将备用的水洗油液投入到2-6倍量、浓度为1.5-4.5%的氢氧化钠水溶液中,搅拌均匀,静置30-60min,分离,收集上层的碱洗油液,备用;
M、精滤:
将备用的碱洗油液,在0.25-1.25MPa压力下经超滤膜装置过滤(超滤膜的膜孔孔径范围为1-8nm),收集滤出的精滤油液,备用;
N、总混:
将备用的精滤油液与上述重量份山桐子油的1/2以及上述重量份的茶油,一起放入混合器中混合均匀,即得补钙保健山桐子油。
本发明的补钙保健山桐子油,采用山桐子油(包括山桐子籽)为主要原料,辅以茶油、花生仁、海蜇皮、鱼松、绿豆、竹笋和鱼骨。山桐子油(Idesia polycarpa Maxim.)中亚油酸含量高达58-81%,营养价值大于大多数高端木本食用油,其价值功效主要有:增强人体的抗氧化能力和免疫能力,促进生长发育,调节血液胆固醇和甘油三酸脂水平。防止动脉粥样硬化,促进脂肪氧化分解,促进人体蛋白合成,对人体进行全面的良性调节作用;能起到防止人体血清胆固醇在血管壁的沉积,有“血管清道夫”的美誉;抗衰老和抗癌,改善脂质代谢。有效减少皱纹的产生,保持青春的容貌;减少细胞耗氧量,使人更有耐久力,有助减轻腿抽筋和手足僵硬的状况。茶油(Camellia oleifera Abel)中含有丰富的单不饱和脂肪酸和不饱和脂肪酸,其单不饱和脂肪酸能提高血液抗氧化能力,降低胆固醇,防止心脑血管疾病的发生,还能降低诸如胰岛素拮抗性糖尿病之类因代谢失调而引起的疾病的出现机率,其不饱和脂肪酸具有“不聚脂”特性,不仅自身不在内脏及皮下沉积,而且能够阻止脂肪沉积等功效。花生仁中含有较多的花生油(peanut oil),花生油的脂肪酸构成较好,易于人体消化吸收,可使人体内胆固醇分解为胆汁酸并排出体外,从而降低血浆中胆固醇的含量;另外上,花生油中还含有甾醇、麦胚酚、磷脂、维生素E、胆碱等对人体有益的物质,经常食用花生油,可以防止皮肤皱裂老化,保护血管壁,防止血栓形成,有助于预防动脉硬化和冠心病;花生油中的胆碱,还可改善人脑的记忆力,延缓脑功能衰退。海蜇皮(Rhopilema esculentaKishinouye或Rhopilema hispidum Vanhoeffen)含有人体需要的多种营养成分,尤其含有人们饮食中所缺的碘;所含类似于乙酰胆碱的物质,能扩张血管,降低血压;所含的甘露多糖胶质对防治动脉粥样硬化有一定功效;还含有丰富的钙、磷、铁、硫胺素、核黄素、尼克酸及碘等对人体有益的物质。鱼松(主要以带鱼、鲱鱼、鲐鱼、黄鱼、鲨鱼、马面钝等为原料制成)含有人体所需的多种必需氨基酸和维生素B1、维生素B2、尼克酸以及钙、磷、铁等无机盐,可溶性蛋白多,脂肪熔点低;容易被人体消化吸收,对儿童和病人的营养摄取很有帮助。绿豆(Vigna radiata)含有蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、钙、磷、铁、钾、镁、锰、锌、铜、维生素A、B1、B2、C、E和胡萝卜素、菸碱酸、叶酸等,所含的蛋白质主要为球蛋白,其组成中富含赖氨酸、亮氨酸、苏氨酸,但蛋氨酸、色氨酸、酪氨酸比较少;具有降血脂、降胆固醇、抗过敏、抗菌、抗肿瘤、增强食欲、保肝护肾等功效。竹笋(Phyllostachy pubescens)含有丰富的蛋白质、氨基酸、脂肪、糖类、钙、磷、铁、胡萝卜素、维生素B1、B2、C,所含的蛋白质比较优越,人体必需的赖氨酸、色氨酸、苏氨酸、苯丙氨酸,以及在蛋白质代谢过程中占有重要地位的谷氨酸和有维持蛋白质构型作用的胱氨酸,都有一定的含量,具有清热化痰、益气和胃、治消渴、利水道、利膈爽胃等功效。鱼骨(一般采用淡水鱼类的骨头)含有胶原蛋白、软骨素、寡聚肽、蛋白质及骨油等,特别是含有能促进人体生长发育的天然优质钙和多种微量元素,如磷、铁、硒等。
本发明的补钙保健山桐子油,以山桐子油为溶媒,吸收上述多种原料中的钙质和其它微量元素以及活性物质,使其含有较多的钙质和对人体有益的微量元素以及其它对人体有益的活性物质,因而,其营养比较全面,不仅具有补充钙质的功效,还具有较好的保健作用。

从上表数据可以看出,本发明的补钙保健山桐子油中,既含有较为丰富的钙质,也含有对人体有益的微量元素以及其它对人体有益的活性物质。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例,对本发明做进一步的说明。下面的说明是以例举的方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此。
本实施例的补钙保健山桐子油,是由下列原料按重量份的原料制备而成:
山桐子油30 山桐子籽25 茶油8
花生仁6 海蜇皮6 鱼松8
绿豆5 竹笋4 鱼骨8;
其制备方法如下:
A、海蜇皮预处理:
将上述重量份的海蜇皮,先用熟石灰来回揉搓25min,接着将其用3倍重量、酒精浓度为30%的黄酒在常温下浸泡35min,过滤;然后,将其平铺在过40目筛的木炭颗粒上,在45℃放置2天;其后,将其投入3倍重量的水中,同时加入占其重量8%的干香蕉皮、12%的干柑橘皮、8%的干柚子皮,一起煮沸提取2小时,过滤;再用清水洗涤处理过的海蜇皮2-4次,然后切成大小均一的片状(一般来说,其长度为1-2cm、宽度为0.2-0.6cm),放入烘箱中,在60-70℃干燥至水分≤8.0%,得处理海蜇皮,备用;
B、鱼松预处理:
向上述重量份的鱼松中加入1.2倍重量、体积浓度为30%的乙醇水溶液,经打浆机处理成浆料;然后,调节浆料中乙醇的体积浓度至70%,浸泡5小时,滤出乙醇水溶液;再加入同等重量、浓度为14%的碳酸钠水溶液,在常温常压下浸泡4小时,滤出碳酸钠水溶液;再加入3倍重量的清水,煮沸提取30min,过滤;再经挤压机处理,收集滤出的物料,置于烘箱中,在55-65℃干燥至水分≤10.0%,得处理鱼松,备用;
C、绿豆预处理:
将上述重量份的绿豆用3倍重量、浓度为20%的食盐水浸泡至绿豆膨胀,然后去除表皮,得绿豆肉,再将绿豆肉处理成60目的浆料(采用底网孔径为60目的打浆机处理);接着,将浆料用同等重量的乙酸乙酯浸泡2小时,滤出乙酸乙酯,再加入占浆料重量3倍的清水,煮沸提取0.8小时,过滤,转入烘箱中,在65-85℃下干燥至水分≤5.0%,得处理绿豆,备用;
D、竹笋预处理:
将上述重量份的竹笋切成厚度为0.1-0.25cm的薄片,用浓度为50%的食醋溶液,在常温常压下浸泡4小时;然后,加水调节食醋的浓度为8%,再煮沸提取40min,过滤;再将处理过的竹笋薄片用清水洗涤2-4次,放入烘箱中,在60-70℃下干燥至水分≤8.0%,得处理竹笋,备用;
E、鱼骨预处理:
将上述重量份的鱼骨(采用淡水鱼类:草鱼的骨头)粉碎成70目的鱼骨粉,再加入占其重量4.0%的角质蛋白酶,在40℃下酶解6.0小时;接着,加入与鱼骨粉同等重量的食醋(市售的食用粮白醋),混匀,用浓度22%的稀盐酸溶液调节Ph值为6.0,再投入炒锅中,用温火炒18min(控制温度在50-55℃);降至常温后,用清水漂洗1-2次,放入烘箱中,在60-70℃下干燥至水分≤5.0%,得处理鱼骨,备用;
F、压榨:
a、将上述重量份山桐子籽的1/2与备用的处理海蜇皮、处理鱼骨混合均匀,在5℃经冷压榨处理,收集压榨出的油液,得油液一,备用;
b、将上述重量份山桐子籽的1/2和上述重量份的花生仁以及备用的处理竹笋混合均匀,在5℃经冷压榨处理,收集压榨出的油液,得油液二,备用;
G、提取:
将上述重量份山桐子油的1/2和备用的处理鱼松、处理绿豆,一起投入耐高温的振荡器中,按8℃/min的升温速度加热至65℃后,开启振荡器,控制频率为90Hz/min,保持25min;接着,按3℃/min的升温速度加热至100℃,控制频率为140Hz/min,保持15min,趁热过滤,得油液三,备用;
H、初处理:
将备用的油液三,在0.8Mpa压力下,过由石英砂:中性氧化铝:粘土按1:1.5:0.15的比例组成的混合柱,收集油液,再经5000-10000转/min的高速离心机离心,得离心后的初处理油液三,备用;
I、混合:
将备用的油液一、油液二和初处理油液三,一起投入混合器中,混匀,得混合油液,备用;
J、脱色:
将备用的混合油液投入浸提罐中,加热至55℃,再加入占其重量15%的中性活性炭,搅拌处理45min,过滤,反复2-3次,得处理油液,再经10000-15000转/min的高速离心机离心,得脱色油液,备用;
K、水洗:
将备用的脱色油液用3倍重量的沸水搅拌洗涤,静置20min,分离,反复2-3次,收集上层的水洗油液,备用;
L、碱洗:
将备用的水洗油液投入到4倍量、浓度为3.0%的氢氧化钠水溶液中,搅拌均匀,静置45min,分离,收集上层的碱洗油液,备用;
M、精滤:
将备用的碱洗油液,在1.0MPa压力下经超滤膜装置过滤(超滤膜的膜孔孔径为5nm),收集滤出的精滤油液,备用;
N、总混:
将备用的精滤油液与上述重量份山桐子油的1/2以及上述重量份的茶油,一起放入混合器中混合均匀,即得补钙保健山桐子油。
本发明的补钙保健山桐子油,作为食用油脂,既适合缺钙人群食用,也适合儿童食用,还适合老年人食用。
Claims (1)
1.一种补钙保健山桐子油,其特征在于是由下列重量份的原料制备而成:
山桐子油25-35 山桐子籽20-30 茶油5-10
花生仁4-7 海蜇皮5-9 鱼松5-9
绿豆3-6 竹笋3-5 鱼骨5-10;
其制备方法如下:
A、海蜇皮预处理:
将上述重量份的海蜇皮,先用熟石灰揉搓15-30min,接着将其用2-3倍重量的黄酒在常温下浸泡30-40in,过滤;然后,将其平铺在木炭颗粒上,在40-50℃放置1-3天;其后,将其投入2-4倍重量的水中,同时加入占其重量5-10%的干香蕉皮、10-15%的干柑橘皮、5-10%的干柚子皮,一起煮沸提取1-3小时,过滤;再用清水洗涤处理过的海蜇皮2-4次,然后切成片状,在60-70℃干燥至水分≤8.0%,得处理海蜇皮,备用;
B、鱼松预处理:
向上述重量份的鱼松中加入1-1.5倍重量、体积浓度为25-35%的乙醇水溶液,经打浆机处理成浆料;然后,调节浆料中乙醇的体积浓度至60-75%,浸泡3-6小时,滤出乙醇水溶液;再加入同等重量、浓度为12-15%的碳酸钠水溶液,在常温常压下浸泡2-5小时,滤出碳酸钠水溶液;再加入2-3倍重量的清水,煮沸提取25-35min,过滤;再经挤压机处理,收集滤出的物料,在55-65℃干燥至水分≤10.0%,得处理鱼松,备用;
C、绿豆预处理:
将上述重量份的绿豆用2-3倍重量、浓度为15-25%的食盐水浸泡至绿豆膨胀,然后去除表皮,得绿豆肉,再将绿豆肉处理成50-80目的浆料;接着,将浆料用同等重量的乙酸乙酯浸泡1-3小时,滤出乙酸乙酯,再加入占浆料重量2-3倍的清水,煮沸提取0.5-1.0小时,过滤,在65-85℃下干燥至水分≤5.0%,得处理绿豆,备用;
D、竹笋预处理:
将上述重量份的竹笋切成薄片,用浓度为40-60%的食醋溶液,在常温常压下浸泡2-5小时;然后,加水调节食醋的浓度为5-10%,再煮沸提取30-50min,过滤;再将处理过的竹笋薄片用清水洗涤2-4次,在60-70℃下干燥至水分≤8.0%,得处理竹笋,备用;
E、鱼骨预处理:
将上述重量份的鱼骨粉碎成60-80目的鱼骨粉,再加入占其重量3.0-5.0%的角质蛋白酶,在30-45℃下酶解5.0-8.0小时;接着,加入与鱼骨粉同等重量的食醋,混匀,用浓度20-25%的稀盐酸溶液调节Ph值为5.0-6.5,再投入炒锅中,用温火炒15-20min;降至常温后,用清水漂洗1-2次,在60-70℃下干燥至水分≤5.0%,得处理鱼骨,备用;
F、压榨:
a、将上述重量份山桐子籽的1/2与备用的处理海蜇皮、处理鱼骨混合均匀,在0-10℃经冷压榨处理,收集压榨出的油液,得油液一,备用;
b、将上述重量份山桐子籽的1/2和上述重量份的花生仁以及备用的处理竹笋混合均匀,在0-10℃经冷压榨处理,收集压榨出的油液,得油液二,备用;
G、提取:
将上述重量份山桐子油的1/2和备用的处理鱼松、处理绿豆,一起投入耐高温的振荡器中,按5-10℃/min的升温速度加热至60-70℃后,开启振荡器,控制频率为80-100Hz/min,保持20-30min;接着,按3-6℃/min的升温速度加热至90-110℃,控制频率为120-150Hz/min,保持10-20min,趁热过滤,得油液三,备用;
H、初处理:
将备用的油液三,在0.5-1.0Mpa压力下,过由石英砂:中性氧化铝:粘土按1:1.5:0.15的比例组成的混合柱,收集油液,再经5000-10000转/min的高速离心机离心,得离心后的初处理油液三,备用;
I、混合:
将备用的油液一、油液二和初处理油液三,一起投入混合器中,混匀,得混合油液,备用;
J、脱色:
将备用的混合油液投入浸提罐中,加热至40-65℃,再加入占其重量10-16%的中性活性炭,搅拌处理30-60min,过滤,反复2-3次,得处理油液,再经10000-15000转/min的高速离心机离心,得脱色油液,备用;
K、水洗:
将备用的脱色油液用2-3倍重量的沸水搅拌洗涤,静置15-25min,分离,反复2-3次,收集上层的水洗油液,备用;
L、碱洗:
将备用的水洗油液投入到2-6倍量、浓度为1.5-4.5%的氢氧化钠水溶液中,搅拌均匀,静置30-60min,分离,收集上层的碱洗油液,备用;
M、精滤:
将备用的碱洗油液,在0.25-1.25MPa压力下经超滤膜装置过滤,收集滤出的精滤油液,备用;
N、总混:
将备用的精滤油液与上述重量份山桐子油的1/2以及上述重量份的茶油,一起放入混合器中混合均匀,即得补钙保健山桐子油。
