本发明涉及中药领域,尤其涉及一种半夏曲的制备方法。
背景技术
半夏曲性辛、甘温,具有化痰止咳、平喘降逆、和胃止呕、消痞散结的功效,用于治疗风寒咳嗽、喘息气急、湿疾冷饮、胸脘满闷、久咳不愈、顽疾不化等症状。本发明将多种具有保健作用的成分加入到半夏曲中,增加半夏曲的功效。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种半夏曲的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种半夏曲的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取下述重量份的原料:法半夏粉30-40、小麦粉20-25、紫米粉10-15、黄豆粉2-3、麸皮50-60、苦杏仁1-2、酸枣仁1-2、猴头菇1-2、玉米芯1-2、山楂核1-2、辣蓼草1-2、青蒿1-2、绞股蓝1-2、罗布麻叶1-2;
(2)将苦杏仁、酸枣仁送入锅中,加入少量椰子汁闷润30-40分钟,取出晒干,磨成粉,过100-120目筛,得到果仁粉;
(3)将猴头菇切片、晒干,玉米芯研碎、晒干,一起送入锅中,小火翻炒至有香味,冷却磨粉,过80-100目筛,得到玉米菇粉;
(4)将山楂核、辣蓼草、青蒿、绞股蓝、罗布麻叶粉碎,加12-14倍水回流提取2次,每次提取40-50分钟,过滤,合并滤液,得到提取液;
(5)将法半夏粉、小麦粉、紫米粉、黄豆粉、麸皮混合,加入提取液搅拌均匀,静置25-35分钟,加入上述果仁粉、玉米菇粉,搅拌均匀成糊状物;
(6)将上述糊状物摊成厚度为18-22mm的饼状,在温度为30-36℃、湿度为70-80%的条件下发酵,3-4天后结束发酵,取出;
(7)将上述发酵好的料饼粉碎成3-4mm的颗粒,在55-60℃下干燥,冷却后定量包装,得到成品。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种半夏曲的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取下述重量份(斤)的原料:法半夏粉30、小麦粉20、紫米粉10、黄豆粉2、麸皮50、苦杏仁1、酸枣仁1、猴头菇1、玉米芯1、山楂核1、辣蓼草1、青蒿1、绞股蓝1、罗布麻叶1;
(2)将苦杏仁、酸枣仁送入锅中,加入少量椰子汁闷润30分钟,取出晒干,磨成粉,过100目筛,得到果仁粉;
(3)将猴头菇切片、晒干,玉米芯研碎、晒干,一起送入锅中,小火翻炒至有香味,冷却磨粉,过80目筛,得到玉米菇粉;
(4)将山楂核、辣蓼草、青蒿、绞股蓝、罗布麻叶粉碎,加14倍水回流提取2次,每次提取40分钟,过滤,合并滤液,得到提取液;
(5)将法半夏粉、小麦粉、紫米粉、黄豆粉、麸皮混合,加入提取液搅拌均匀,静置30分钟,加入上述果仁粉、玉米菇粉,搅拌均匀成糊状物;
(6)将上述糊状物摊成厚度为20mm的饼状,在温度为35℃、湿度为75%的条件下发酵,3天后结束发酵,取出;
(7)将上述发酵好的料饼粉碎成3mm的颗粒,在55℃下干燥,冷却后定量包装,得到成品。
Claims (1)
1.一种半夏曲的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)称取下述重量份的原料:法半夏粉30-40、小麦粉20-25、紫米粉10-15、黄豆粉2-3、麸皮50-60、苦杏仁1-2、酸枣仁1-2、猴头菇1-2、玉米芯1-2、山楂核1-2、辣蓼草1-2、青蒿1-2、绞股蓝1-2、罗布麻叶1-2;
(2)将苦杏仁、酸枣仁送入锅中,加入少量椰子汁闷润30-40分钟,取出晒干,磨成粉,过100-120目筛,得到果仁粉;
(3)将猴头菇切片、晒干,玉米芯研碎、晒干,一起送入锅中,小火翻炒至有香味,冷却磨粉,过80-100目筛,得到玉米菇粉;
(4)将山楂核、辣蓼草、青蒿、绞股蓝、罗布麻叶粉碎,加12-14倍水回流提取2次,每次提取40-50分钟,过滤,合并滤液,得到提取液;
