背景技术
氧气在参与生命活动的同时,会产生氧自由基,引起细胞损伤,导致各种疾病的发生,是一切氧自由基的来源和引起氧化损伤的物质基础。人类衰老是由自由基(主要为氧自由基)对蛋白质、细胞膜、核酸等细胞成分的有害进攻造成的。维持体内适当的抗氧化剂水平和自由基清除剂水平可以延长寿命和推迟衰老。现在,环境污染日益明显,加上生活节奏加快,生活压力加大,很多人出现亚健康,免疫力下降,提前出现衰老。尤其是白领女性更需要合理保养;需要有抗氧化、增强免疫力的保健食品,该产品性能温和,对人体没有毒副作用,服用方便,以维持健康和美丽。
芦荟含有蒽醌类化合物、芦荟多糖、氨基酸、有机酸、维生素、矿物质、酶等功效成分,可用于食品、药品、化妆品,具有提高免疫力,减肥,美容等保健功效,还有清热通便,健脾益胃,增进食欲,抗菌抗肿瘤等作用。中国专利申请CN101670037,一种复方芦荟胶囊及其制备方法,公布了一种以芦荟、青黛、朱砂和琥珀为原料,分别经炮制加工、提取精制处理后,经过混合、制粒、充填等方法制造的一种硬胶囊中药制剂,具有清肝泻热、润肠通便、宁心安神的功能;所述芦荟是指药典中的药用芦荟,芦荟甙含量大于18%。行业标准QB/T2489-2007 规定了原色全叶芦荟冷冻干燥粉的生产工艺及其质量指标,其中规定了芦荟甙含量和O-乙酰基含量,保留了芦荟的活性成分。张裕民,钟喜光在湖南中医药导报2003,9(9):56公开了一种芦荟(颗粒)胶囊制备工艺研究。
罗汉果是葫芦科多年生草质藤本植物,为卫生部首批公布的药食两用名贵中药材,被人们誉为“神仙果”。罗汉果营养价值很高,含罗汉果甙类,其中罗汉果甙Ⅴ是罗汉果干果的主要成分,约占干果的0.5%。另外含有葡萄糖、果糖、多糖、蛋白质、氨基酸、黄酮甙类、维生素C和多种矿质元素,具有味甘性凉,归肺、大肠经,有润肺止咳,生津止渴的功效,适用于肺热或肺燥咳嗽,百日咳及暑热伤津口渴等,此外还有润肠通便的功效。罗汉果深加工主要是提取罗汉果甙类。中国发明专利申请公开号为CN101007042A,名称为一种脱色、脱苦的罗汉果提取物制备方法,公开了一种脱色、脱苦,含罗汉果甙类的提取物制备方法。
至今还没有报导以原色全叶芦荟冷冻干燥粉和罗汉果提取物为主要原料的复方胶囊产品,该产品具有抗氧化作用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有抗氧化作用的芦荟罗汉果复方胶囊,该胶囊对肠胃作用温和,具有多种营养素。
本发明的技术方案是:一种具有抗氧化作用的芦荟罗汉果复方胶囊,采用符合行业标准QB/T2489-2007 规定的原色全叶芦荟冷冻干燥粉和按中国发明专利申请公开号为CN101007042A的罗汉果提取物为主要原料,添加玉米淀粉、麦芽糊精,微晶纤维素等辅料;经粉碎、过筛、混合、制粒、包衣、填充,铝塑包装,制得成品。
(1) 芦荟罗汉果复方胶囊的配比为,按干基重量%计,
原色全叶芦荟冷冻干燥粉10-15;
罗汉果提取物8-12;
玉米淀粉 40-50;
麦芽糊精20-25;
微晶纤维素10-15;
包衣采用2.0%羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC),包衣液采用60%的乙醇作溶媒,配成浓度为6.0%-8.0%包衣液。
成品中功效成分含量为:每100g产品中,罗汉果甙V大于4000mg ,O-乙酰基大于1000mg。
胶囊的重量是每粒0.3g。正常用量是每日2-3次,每次1-2粒。
先将各原辅料粉碎,过200目到300目的筛,然后采用V混合机混合;制粒选用95%的乙醇制软材,振筛机制粒,包衣,然后在35- 40℃立即减压干燥,以进一步除去乙醇和水分,干燥后物料水分控制在3.0%以下。然后用1#胶囊壳填充成0.3g的硬胶囊。
本发明在保持罗汉果提取物和原色全叶芦荟冷冻干燥粉基本比例的前提下,还可以制成其他口服剂型,比如片剂,颗粒剂。

1、品质好。采用的罗汉果提取物是一种脱色、脱苦,罗汉果甙V含量为50%以上的提取物,色泽好,稳定性好;采用的原色全叶芦荟冷冻干燥粉也是用常温纳滤膜浓缩,冷冻干燥处理得到的干粉,和药典中芦荟相比,干燥方法不一样,保留了芦荟的各种活性成分;除含有较低的芦荟甙以外,还含有芦荟乙酰化多糖、氨基酸、有机酸、维生素、矿物质等成分。将罗汉果提取物和原色全叶芦荟冷冻干燥粉复配制成胶囊,保健作用比单一品种效果好,并且对肠胃的作用性能比药典芦荟要温和。
2、抗氧化作用好。利用邻苯三酚自氧化法来测定产品对抑制邻苯三酚自氧化能力。用0.1mM的邻苯三酚为测活系统,在50mM 、pH=8.2的Tris-HCl缓冲液下,测定4min内325nm的紫外吸光度(每30秒测定一次),绘制线性图,求得线性回归后直线的斜率,将加入原色全叶芦荟冷冻干燥粉和罗汉果提取物后所得直线斜率和邻苯三酚自氧化直线斜率相比较,确定原色全叶芦荟冷冻干燥粉和罗汉果提取物不同比例的相对抗氧化能力。实验数据表明,罗汉果提取物中罗汉果甙V:原色全叶芦荟冷冻干燥粉中芦荟多糖的比例为4:1时效果最好,比单独使用原色全叶芦荟冷冻干燥粉或罗汉果提取物的效果总和还要好,原色全叶芦荟冷冻干燥粉和罗汉果提取物在此配方中互相支持,起增效作用,提高了产品的抗氧化能力。
3、配比简单,使用方便,采用制粒包衣技术,保质期长,样品已试生产。适合工业化大生产。
具体实施方式
以下所述实例详细地说明了本发明。在实例中,除另有说明外,所有份数和百分比均按重量计。
实施例1
1、将符合要求的罗汉果提取物、原色全叶芦荟冷冻干燥粉,用气流粉碎机分别粉碎,过200目筛,得到合格的罗汉果提取物和原色全叶芦荟冷冻干燥粉,备用;玉米淀粉,麦芽糊精,微晶纤维素分别用万能粉碎机粉碎,过200目筛,备用。
2、称取粉碎好的玉米淀粉5.0kg,罗汉果提取物0.8kg,原色全叶芦荟冷冻干燥粉1.0kg,麦芽糊精2.0kg,微晶纤维素1.2kg。依次投入V混合机内,充分混合,得到10kg混合物。
3、将混合物用95%的乙醇制软材,振动筛制粒。
4、包衣。称取羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)200g,用60%的乙醇配成8%的包衣液,包衣控制包衣锅内温度在35 - 40℃,控制转速在30 -35转/min,用高压喷枪均匀喷人包衣液,并不断翻动颗粒。直至包衣液包完。取出,减压(不加热)干燥2h,得到合格的颗粒。
5、将合格的颗粒用1#胶囊壳在胶囊填充机填充成0.3g每粒的硬胶囊,抛光,然后制成铝塑板,装盒,制成成品。检测该成品:其中罗汉果甙V 含量为4100mg/100g,O-乙酰基含量为1200mg/100g。
实施例2
1、将符合要求的罗汉果提取物,原色全叶芦荟冷冻干燥粉,用气流粉碎机分别粉碎,过300目筛,得到合格的罗汉果提取物粉和原色全叶芦荟冷冻干燥粉,备用;玉米淀粉,麦芽糊精,微晶纤维素分别用万能粉碎机粉碎,过300目筛,备用。
2、称取粉碎好的玉米淀粉45kg,罗汉果提取物粉10kg,原色全叶芦荟冷冻干燥粉12kg,麦芽糊精20kg,微晶纤维素13kg。依次投入V混合机内,充分混合,得到混合物100kg。
3、将混合物用95%的乙醇制软材,振动筛制粒。
4、包衣。称取羟丙基甲基纤维素2kg,用60%的乙醇配成6%的包衣液,包衣控制包衣锅内温度在35-40℃,控制转速在30-35转/min,用高压喷枪均匀喷人包衣液,并不断翻动颗粒。直至包衣液包完。取出,减压干燥2h,得到合格的颗粒。
5、将合格的颗粒用1#胶囊壳在胶囊填充机填充成0.3g每粒的硬胶囊,抛光,然后制成铝塑板,装盒,制成成品。该成品中,罗汉果甙V 6000mg/100g,O-乙酰基1500mg/100g。
实施例3
1、将符合要求的罗汉果提取物,原色全叶芦荟冷冻干燥粉,用气流粉碎机分别粉碎,过200目筛,得到合格的罗汉果提取物粉和原色全叶芦荟冷冻干燥粉,备用;玉米淀粉,麦芽糊精,微晶纤维素分别用万能粉碎机粉碎,过200目筛,备用。
2、称取粉碎好的玉米淀粉4.0kg,罗汉果提取物粉1.2kg,原色全叶芦荟冷冻干燥粉1.5kg,麦芽糊精2.3kg,微晶纤维素1.0kg。依次投入V混合机内,充分混合,得到混合物。
3、将混合物用95%的乙醇制软材,摇摆制粒,整粒,减压干燥,颗粒的水分为2.8%,得到合格的颗粒。
4、将合格的颗粒用压片机压成每片为0.3g的片剂;
5、将片剂采用薄膜包衣:称取羟丙基甲基纤维素0.2kg,用60%的乙醇配成7%的包衣液,包衣控制包衣锅内温度在35-40℃,控制转速在30-35转/min,用高压喷枪均匀喷人包衣液,并不断翻动。直至包衣液包完。取出,减压干燥2h,得到合格的片剂。
6、制成铝塑板,装盒,制成成品;或者直接装入塑料瓶,即得成品。该成品中罗汉果甙V 5300mg/100g,O-乙酰基1400mg/100g。
Claims (3)
1.一种具有抗氧化作用的芦荟罗汉果复方胶囊,其特征在于:按干基重量%计,配比为:包括
原色全叶芦荟冷冻干燥粉10-15;
罗汉果提取物8-12;
玉米淀粉 40-50;
麦芽糊精20-25;
微晶纤维素10-15;
成品中功效成分含量为:每100g产品中,罗汉果甙V大于4000mg ,O-乙酰基大于1000mg。
2.根据权利要求1所述的芦荟罗汉果复方胶囊,其特征在于:所述胶囊的重量是每粒0.3g;正常用量是每日2-3次,每次1-2粒。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的芦荟罗汉果复方胶囊,其特征在于:所述罗汉果提取物是采用发明专利申请公开号为CN101007042A的方法制取的;所述原色全叶芦荟冷冻干燥粉是符合行业标准QB/T2489-2007 规定。
