发明内容  本发明的目的是提供一种苋菜葫芦。 
方案是:山药7.5-8千克、麦芽糖2-3千克、红苋菜500-600克。 
制备方法:山药去皮洗净,注意要选取粗一些的山药,这样制作的山药球会大一点,整根的蒸熟,用钢挖勺将山药挖成小球形,用竹签穿好备用,将苋菜洗净,用少量水汆熟,捞出苋菜,留下红色的苋菜水,将麦芽糖倒入苋菜水里,熬煮5分钟,煮出水份,边煮边搅拌,当麦芽糖变成鲜艳的均匀的苋菜红时即可,将穿好的山药球在红的麦芽糖中打个滚,冷却后用米纸包好即可。
