Abstract

背景技术
机动车通常配备有各种用户可启动的开关,例如,用于操作包括电动车窗、头灯、风挡雨刷器、天窗、内部照明、收音机和信息娱乐设备以及各种其他设备的开关。通常,这些类型的开关需要由用户启动,以便起动或关闭设备,或执行某类控制功能。接近开关,例如电容开关,利用一个或多个接近传感器生成感应启动场,并且感应指示用户启动开关的启动场的变化,通常这是由用户的手指靠近传感器或与传感器接触引起的。电容开关通常配置用于基于感应启动场与阈值的比较检测用户对开关的启动。

发明内容
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种启动接近开关总成的方法。该方法包括感应一个或多个接近开关的启动以及检测其中一个接近开关的允许的启动的步骤。该方法还包括响应于所检测的允许的启动执行动作以及检测不允许的一个或多个接近开关的试图启动的步骤。该方法还包括生成指示不允许的启动的用户感知的反馈的步骤。

参考图4,表示根据一个实施例的接近开关总成20。所示多个接近开关22向控制器24提供输入。控制器24可以包括控制电路,例如微处理器26和存储器28。控制电路可以包括处理启动场的感应控制电路,以便通过比较启动场和阈值来感应开关的用户启动。应当理解,其他的模拟和/或数字控制电路也可以用于处理启动场、确定用户启动、开始动作并生成用户感知的反馈。控制器24向一个或多个配置成响应于正确的接近开关启动执行专用动作的设备提供输出信号。例如,一个或多个设备可以包括具有使天窗面板在打开和关闭和倾斜位置之间移动的电机的天窗16、在打开和关闭位置之间移动的天窗罩18和可以打开和关闭的灯装置34。可以控制其他设备,例如用于执行打开和关闭功能、音量控制、扫描的收音机,和用于执行其他专用功能的其他类型设备。接近开关22中的一个可以专用于启动天窗关闭,另一接近开关22可以专用于启动天窗打开,并且另一开关22可以专用于启动天窗至倾斜位置,所有这些将使电机将天窗移动至所需位置。天窗罩18可以响应于一个接近开关22打开,并且响应于另一接近开关22关闭。
控制器20向一个或多个用户感知反馈设备30提供输出信号,以生成用户感知的反馈。根据一个实施例,用户感知反馈设备30可以包括可听音频发生器36,例如,扬声器,用于生成声音信号。根据另一实施例,一个或多个用户反馈设备30可以包括触觉震动发生器40,用于生成接近开关衬垫或一些其他设备或表面的震动,例如,方向盘或扶手或用户落座的座椅上。根据其他实施例,反馈设备30包括一个或多个指示灯42,用于提供光输出。另外,反馈设备30可以利用视觉显示器38以显示文本或符号形式的反馈信息。用户感知反馈设备30响应于一个或多个接近开关的启动,向用户提供可听到的音频、震动、光或视觉显示。
当用户试图以错误触摸状态启动开关时,生成第一或错误触摸反馈,以指示用户错误地启动开关。根据一个实施例,错误触摸启动可以包括同时启动两个开关。在启动的动作已经完成动作时,用户感知反馈设备30可以向用户生成第二或动作完成反馈。当检测到接近开关的允许的启动时,可以生成第三或正确的触摸反馈。
控制器42基于一个或多个接近开关22的启动处理包括程序100的一个或多个程序,生成用户感知的反馈。控制器监控用于一个或多个接近开关的启动的接近开关,并在检测到正确的触摸启动时执行专属动作。当正确地检测到启动时,可以由任何反馈设备30提供正确的触摸反馈。控制器42还监控接近传感器22存在接近传感器总成的错误触摸启动,并且响应其生成错误触摸反馈。错误触摸状态可以由不明确的输入引起,例如同时启动两个或多个开关,或者可以是用于不能执行动作的开关的启动。用于错误触摸生成的反馈不同于用于正确触摸生成的反馈,因此,用户可以辨别接近开关总成20的错误触摸和正确触摸启动。控制器42还确定何时完成由接近开关的启动而驱动的动作,并且响应其通过一个或多个反馈设备30提供动作完成反馈。动作完成反馈不同于错误触摸反馈和正确触摸反馈,这样使用户可以辨别其中的差异。
参考图5,表示根据一个实施例的控制程序100。程序100在步骤102处开始,进行至步骤104,以监控用于每个开关的接近传感器的输出。之后,在决策步骤106处,程序100检测一个或多个接近开关的启动,如果未检测到起动,则返回步骤104。如果检测到一个或多个接近开关启动,程序100进行至决策步骤108,以寻找不明确的输入。不明确的输入可以包括试图同时启动两个或多个接近开关。如果检测到不明确的输入,程序100在步骤110处生成错误的触摸反馈,并返回至步骤122。如果未检测到不明确的输入,程序100进行至决策步骤112,以确定是否允许专用于该启动的接近开关的动作,如果否,在步骤110处生成错误的触摸反馈,之后返回步骤122。因此,不明确的输入或启动或者用于不允许的动作的开关被认为是动作不能执行的错误的触摸启动。对其作出响应,一个或多个反馈设备生成错误的触摸反馈,该反馈设备包括可听音频发生器36、视觉显示器38、震动发生器40和指示灯42。错误的触摸反馈可以是用户感知的警告类型的反馈,用户将该反馈感知为接近开关总成20的不正确的启动。
如果不存在错误触摸启动,程序100进行至步骤114处,以生成正确的触摸反馈。正确的触摸反馈可以使用任何一个或多个反馈设备生成,以提供用户可辨认的第二个更令人满意的反馈,作为可以执行动作的接近开关的适当启动。在步骤116处,执行响应于开关启动的动作。之后,程序100进行至步骤118,确定动作是否完成,如果否,返回步骤122。如果动作完成,则程序100通过一个或多个反馈设备30生成动作完成反馈。动作完成反馈是用户可辨认的第三个更令人满意的音频反馈,作为响应于接近开关启动的动作完成。
根据另一实施例,可以生成正确的触摸反馈,以提供多个水平的反馈,例如,累进的反馈。例如,当用于邻近的电容开关的两个信号通道处于实质相似的信号水平时,可以在第一水平处提供错误的触摸反馈,然而,当一个通道显著大于另一通道时,错误触摸反馈可能处在相对于第一反馈较低的第二水平处。这可以在一个信号通道实质上大于另一个指示实质上启动正确信号的信号通道时向操作者指示错误触摸不严重或不显著。这可以有助于向用户提供反馈,使用户可以理解为何认为输入错误以及如何改变手势以得到正确辨认的动作。根据另一示例,对于不允许的动作,可以提供多个水平的累进反馈,例如,当在车辆在洗车处时用户试图打开天窗时,提供第一较高的反馈,以及当用户试图关闭已经关闭的天窗时,提供第二较低的反馈。
因此,接近开关设置20有优势地向用户提供增强的用户交互和用户感知反馈,以指示接近开关是否已经适当地启动以执行可用的动作。开关总成20允许用户用反馈训练开关设置的使用。另外,通过向用户提供感知的反馈,开关设置可以是比较不分散注意力的,这在汽车应用中特别有优势。
应当理解,可以对上述结构做出改变和修改,而不偏离本发明的概念,并且还应当理解,这种概念应由权利要求覆盖,除非权利要求的文字明确地另外指明。
Claims (16)
1.一种启动接近开关总成的方法,其特征在于,包括:
感应一个或多个接近开关的启动;
检测接近开关中的一个的允许的启动;
响应于检测到的允许的启动,执行动作;
检测不允许的一个或多个接近开关的试图启动;
生成指示不允许的启动的第一用户感知的反馈;以及
生成不同的指示动作完成的第二用户感知的反馈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括生成不同的指示检测到允许的开关启动的第三用户感知的反馈的步骤。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,用户感知的反馈包括可听到的音频。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,用户感知的反馈包括触觉震动感受。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,用户感知的反馈包括光。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,通过显示器提供用户感知的反馈。

11.一种接近开关总成,其特征在于,所述总成包括:
多个接近开关,每个接近开关提供感应启动场;
处理每个接近开关的启动场以感应启动的控制电路,所述控制电路检测其中一个接近开关的允许的启动,并且还检测不允许的试图启动;
与设备相连的输出,以便在检测到允许的启动时执行功能;以及
用于在检测到不允许的试图启动时生成第一用户感知的反馈的反馈设备,其中反馈设备生成指示动作完成的第二不同的用户感知的反馈。
12.根据权利要求11所述的开关总成,其特征在于,反馈设备生成指示检测到开关的允许启动的不同的第三用户感知的反馈。
13.根据权利要求11所述的开关总成,其特征在于,反馈设备包括用于在检测到不允许的启动时生成第一可听到的音频的可听音频发生器。
