本发明涉及一种滚动装置,其具有:内圈;外圈;以及配置在上述内圈和上述外圈之间,能够自由滚动的多个滚动体,上述滚动装置含有胶凝剂,且填充有工作锥入度与非工作锥入度之差为40~130的润滑剂组合物,其扭矩低、恢复性和耐热性优良、无润滑剂泄漏、寿命长。

滚动装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种封入了含有胶凝剂的润滑剂组合物的滚动装置。
背景技术
各种产业机械、车辆、电机设备、各种电动机和汽车部件等所使用的滚动轴承中,为赋予其润滑性,目前均封入有润滑剂组合物。另外,近些年,以装置和设备的小型轻量化、高速化和节能化等为目的,还要求低扭矩化。特别是在车辆用滚动轴承的情况下,还要求低温下的起动性。
为了实现低扭矩化,考虑过充入以胶凝剂对基础油进行了增稠的润滑剂组合物(例如,专利文献1~6)。例如,为实现工作锥入度No.3的硬度,普通增稠剂必须使用大约10~30质量%,但如果使用增稠效果优异的氨基酸类胶凝剂或山梨糖醇类胶凝剂,4~5质量%的使用量即可实现。润滑剂组合物中,由于增稠剂的量越多搅拌阻力越高,会成为高扭矩,所以通过使用胶凝剂减少普通增稠剂的使用量,以达成低扭矩。
本申请人在专利文献3中记载了通过并用氨基酸类胶凝剂和苄叉山梨醇类胶凝剂,能够进一步减少使用量,用3质量%即可实现工作锥入度No.3的硬度。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
润滑剂组合物中通常会添加各种添加剂,但添加剂会使得利用胶凝剂的网状结构(交联网状结构)的再形成花费较多时间,会出现粘性不能尽早恢复、容易泄漏、不能长期维持稳定的润滑的情况。
另外,在现有的使用了胶凝剂的润滑剂组合物中,尽管在约为100℃的环境下能显示出良好的复原性,但特别是在达到150℃以上的高温后,会发生胶凝剂的凝聚而变得容易软化。软化了的润滑剂组合物尽管在施加了剪切力后会如油状般流动,但因胶凝剂的凝聚而难以再度形成网状结构,其剪切力消失后迅速恢复到胶体状态的作用(恢复性)下降。
况且,在反复承载急剧剪切力变化的情况下,复原也会花费较多时间,还会引起润滑剂泄漏。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种滚动装置,其解决了含有胶凝剂的润滑剂组合物的上述问题,能够提供扭矩低、恢复性和耐热性优异、抑制了润滑剂泄漏的长使用寿命的滚动装置。
解决课题的手段
为达成上述目的,本发明提供以下的滚动装置。
(1)一种滚动装置,其特征在于,具有:内圈;外圈;以及配置在上述内圈和上述外圈之间,能够自由滚动的多个滚动体,填充有含有胶凝剂、且工作锥入度与非工作锥入度之差为40~130的润滑剂组合物。
(2)上述(1)中所述的滚动装置,其特征在于,润滑剂组合物的剪切速率为1000/s时的表观粘度在5Pa·s以下,剪切速率为1/s时的表观粘度在500Pa·s以上。
(3)上述(2)中所述的滚动装置,其特征在于,润滑剂组合物含有增稠剂,并且胶凝剂是氨基酸类胶凝剂和/或苄叉山梨醇类胶凝剂,上述胶凝剂与上述增稠剂的混合比以质量比计为:胶凝剂︰增稠剂=50~80︰50~20,并且,胶凝剂与增稠剂的合计量为润滑剂组合物总量的1~10质量%。
(4)上述(3)中所述的滚动装置,其特征在于,润滑剂组合物含有1000Hz时的相对介电常数在1000以上的防锈剂和/或抗磨剂。
(5)上述(4)中所述的滚动装置,其特征在于,润滑剂组合物含有1000Hz时的相对介电常数在1000以上的防锈剂和/或抗磨剂,以及1000Hz时的相对介电常数小于1000的防锈剂和/或抗磨剂的混合物。
(6)上述(5)中所述的滚动装置,其特征在于,润滑剂组合物的基础油中,含有比例为基础油总量的10~50质量%的醚油,并且,胶凝剂为以质量比计,氨基酸类胶凝剂︰苄叉山梨醇类胶凝剂=50~85︰50~15的混合物。
(7)上述(2)~(6)中任一项所述的滚动装置,其特征在于,润滑剂组合物含有BET比表面积在300m2/g以上的无机类颗粒。
发明效果
本发明所用的润滑剂组合物,锥入度的变化大且提高了流动性,并且因含有胶凝剂而成为低扭矩,同时恢复性优异,因而泄漏少。因此,填充了这样的润滑剂组合物的滚动轴承的扭矩低、润滑剂泄漏少、寿命长。

具体实施方式
以下,对本发明进行详细说明。
[工作锥入度与非工作锥入度之差为40~130]
本发明所用的润滑剂组合物含有胶凝剂,优选为胶凝剂与增稠剂并用,将基础油增稠的润滑剂组合物,工作锥入度与非工作锥入度之差为40~130,优选为80~110。如果工作锥入度与非工作锥入度之差在该范围内,则锥入度变化大、流动性提高、成为低扭矩。当工作锥入度与非工作锥入度之差小于40时,不能实现低扭矩;当大于130时,则恢复性恶化,变得容易泄漏。此外,工作锥入度及非工作锥入度为JIS K2220中所规定的数值。
[剪切速率为1000/s时的表观粘度为5Pa·s以下,剪切速率为1/s时的表观粘度为500Pa·s以上。]
另外,润滑剂组合物优选为剪切速率为1000/s时的表观粘度在5Pa·s以下,剪切速率为1/s时的表观粘度在500Pa·s以上。当高剪切速率条件下(1000/s)的表观粘度为5Pa·s以下时,则受到剪切时,润滑剂组合物的表观粘度低、流动性好,因此能够实现低扭矩。另一方面,当低剪切速率下(1/s)的表观粘度为500Pa·s以上时,则润滑剂组合物中受到较弱剪切的部分的粘性增高,实现低泄漏。此外,优选为剪切速率1000/s时的表观粘度为3Pa·s以下,剪切速率1/s时的表观粘度为700Pa·s以上。
[润滑剂组合物的组成]
(胶凝剂)
只要能够对基础油进行增稠并且能够满足上述锥入度差及表观粘度,则对胶凝剂没有限制,优选为至少是氨基酸类胶凝剂及苄叉山梨醇类胶凝剂的其中之一,更优选为并用氨基酸类胶凝剂与苄叉山梨醇类胶凝剂。氨基酸类胶凝剂及苄叉山梨醇类胶凝剂中,网状结构的形成要素是氢键,由于氢键是弱键,因此一旦被施加剪切力,键易于被断开,使得胶凝剂分散到基础油中,大大降低粘性。另外,剪切消失后,在点与点之间形成氢键,并迅速再次形成网状结构,使粘性恢复。这样,氨基酸类胶凝剂及苄叉山梨醇类胶凝剂是低扭矩及恢复性优异的胶凝剂。
作为氨基酸类胶凝剂,只要是分散在基础油中能够形成凝胶即可,除此无特别限制,但因为与苄叉山梨醇类胶凝剂的协同效应高,适合采用N-2-乙基己酰基-L-谷氨酸二丁胺(N-2-ethylhexanoyl-L-glutaminedibutyl amide)、N-月桂酰-L-谷氨酸-α、γ-二正丁胺(N-lauroyl-L-glutamine-α、γ-n-dibutyl amide)。另外,它们也可并用。
另外,作为苄叉山梨醇类胶凝剂,只要是分散在基础油中能够形成凝胶即可,除此无特别限制,但因为与氨基酸类胶凝剂的协同效应高,适合采用苄叉山梨糖醇、二苯亚甲基山梨糖醇(ditolylidenesorbitol)、非对称二烷基苄叉山梨糖醇。另外,也可将它们并用。
氨基酸类胶凝剂与苄叉山梨醇类胶凝剂并用的情况下,优选为,以质量比计氨基酸类胶凝剂︰苄叉山梨醇类胶凝剂=20~85︰80~15,更优选为40~60︰60~40,特别优选为等量的50︰50。通过并用氨基酸类胶凝剂及苄叉山梨醇类胶凝剂而实现协同效应,能够获得更低的扭矩和更好的复原性。
另外,作为后述的基础油,在所含醚油的比例为基础油总量的10~50质量%的情况下,优选为氨基酸类胶凝剂︰苄叉山梨醇类胶凝剂=50~85︰50~15,更优选为60~75︰40~25。
(增稠剂)
作为能够与胶凝剂并用的增稠剂,可使用有机系和无机系增稠剂。优选为根据基础油可使用锂皂(12-羟基硬脂酸锂、硬脂酸锂等)、钙皂、镁皂、钠皂等金属皂化物或这些皂化物的复合皂化物;尿素化合物(urea compound)(芳香族、脂环族、脂肪族);膨润土等粘土矿物;硅石;炭黑;PTFE(聚四氟乙烯)等。其中,适合使用锂皂和尿素化合物,在超过140℃的高温环境下使用时,优选使用尿素化合物。
与胶凝剂的配合比例以质量比计为:胶凝剂︰增稠剂=50~80︰50~20。在增稠剂低于20质量%时,当反复受到剪切力时,会因恢复性不足使得防泄漏效果不足。而当增稠剂超过50质量%时,则会对剪切所引起的粘性变化产生抑制,不能充分实现对于降低扭矩和提高噪声寿命(sound of life)的效果。
另外,增稠剂和胶凝剂的合计量(增粘剂总量)相对于润滑剂组合物总量为1~10%,优选为2~10%。当增稠剂总量为小于1质量%时,基础油的增稠效果不足,一开始就过于柔软,容易从滚动轴承等的施用部位泄漏。另外,当增稠剂总量超过10质量%时,初始锥入度变得过硬,不便于供油,即使施加剪切力,也无法大幅降低粘性,在降低扭矩和提高噪声寿命方面达不到充分效果。
(基础油)
基础油只要是利用胶凝剂以及增稠剂进行了胶凝化的润滑油即可,除此无特别限制,可根据目的选择矿物油类、合成油类或者天然油类等各种润滑油。具体而言,作为矿物油类润滑油,优选是将减压蒸馏、油剂脱沥青、溶剂萃取、氢化裂解、溶剂脱蜡、硫酸洗涤、粘土精制、氢化精制等适当组合进行精制而得的制品。作为合成油类润滑油,可举出烃油、芳香族类油、酯油以及醚油等。作为天然油类润滑油,可举出牛油、猪油、大豆油、菜籽油、米糠油、椰子油、棕榈油、棕榈籽油等油脂类油或其氢化物。这些基础油可单独使用,也可两种以上混合来使用。
另外,从耐热性和复原性的角度,优选为醚油、酯油,特别优选为所含醚油为基础油总量的10~50质量%、更优选为20~40质量%的基础油。此外,作为醚油,可以举出聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇、聚乙二醇单醚以及聚丙二醇单醚等的聚二醇,单烷基三苯基醚、烷基二苯基醚、二烷基二苯基醚、五苯基醚、四苯基醚、单烷基四苯基醚、二烷基四苯基醚等苯基醚油等。
考虑到润滑性和低扭矩,基础油的运动粘度优选为10~400mm2/s(40℃),更优选为20~250mm2/s(40℃),特别优选为20~200mm2/s(40℃)。
(添加剂)
在本发明的润滑剂组合物中,为进一步提高其各种性能,可以根据需求混合各种添加剂。其中,优选为1000Hz时的相对介电常数为1000以上的防锈剂和抗磨剂。具体而言,作为抗磨剂,可以举出膦酸二苯酯(diphenyl hydrogen phosphite)、磷酸单正辛酯,作为防锈剂,可以举出磷酰基乙酸二乙酯和丁二酸二烷基酯磺酸钠。这些防锈剂和抗磨剂可以分别单独使用,也可以两者并用。
防锈剂和抗磨剂多为化学结构上除了极性部位以外,具有多个非极性部位的化合物。而且,当有胶凝剂存在时,防锈剂和抗磨剂成为吸附于胶凝剂的状态,此时,其吸附状态为极性部位朝向胶凝剂侧,非极性部位朝向基础油侧。因此,胶凝剂的表面为被防锈剂和抗磨剂的非极性部位所包围的形状,难以形成氢键力,被剪切分散的胶凝剂再次形成网状结构时需要花费时间,粘性的恢复性下降。与此相对,1000Hz时的相对介电常数为1000以上的防锈剂和抗磨剂,尽管吸附在胶凝剂上,但在未吸附的部位具有多个极性部位,这些极性部位形成氢键,从而再次形成网状结构,能尽早恢复粘性。
并且,也可将上述1000Hz时的相对介电常数为1000以上的防锈剂和抗磨剂(高相对介电常数物质)与1000Hz时的相对介电常数小于1000的防锈剂和抗磨剂(高相对介电常数物质)并用。作为低相对介电常数物质,可以举出失水山梨糖醇单油酸酯、三油酸山梨坦、油酰肌氨酸、磷酸三油醇酯(trioleyl phosphite)以及聚氧乙烯十二烷基醚等。
高相对介电常数物质在基础油中的分散性不佳,有时不能表现出充分的防锈效果和防磨效果。因此,与低相对介电常数物质并用来补偿防锈效果和防磨效果。因此,通过将高相对介电常数物质与低相对介电常数物质逐步少量按照当量混合,从而能够显现粘性的尽早恢复与防锈效果及防磨效果的良好平衡。
此外,只要在无损于本发明目的的程度下,这些防锈剂和抗磨剂的添加量则无限定。
并且,作为添加剂,可以添加BET比表面积在300m2/g以上、优选为500m2/g以上的无机类颗粒。这样的无机类颗粒具有抑制胶凝剂因高温凝聚而软化以致难以再次形成网状结构的情况的效果。作为这样的无机类颗粒,适于采用科琴黑、矾土、硅石、沸石等,其中优选为科琴黑和沸石。另外,也可将两种以上的无机类颗粒并用。
另外,无机类颗粒的含有量优选为润滑剂组合物总量的0.5~5质量%、更优选为1~3质量%。无机类颗粒的含量小于0.5质量%时,不能充分实现抑制高温下的胶凝剂的凝聚的效果。超过5质量%的情况下,初始锥入度过硬而使操作性变差,并且即使施加剪切力也不能如油状般流动,润滑性也变差。
润滑剂组合物中还可单独或两种以上混合添加胺系、酚系、硫磺系、二硫代磷酸锌、二硫代氨基甲酸锌等抗氧化剂,磺酸金属盐、酯系、胺系、环烷酸金属盐、琥珀酸衍生物等防锈剂,磷系、二硫代磷酸锌、有机钼等高压润滑油添加剂,脂肪酸、动植物油等增油剂,苯并三唑等金属钝化剂等润滑用途中所使用的各种添加剂。此外,这些添加剂的添加量只要在无损于本发明目的的程度,则没有特别限定。
(制造方法)
在润滑剂组合物的制造中,在基础油中分别以规定量加入胶凝剂以及添加剂,加热搅拌直到胶凝剂溶解。在完全溶解后,使上述润滑剂组合物流入预先水冷的铝桶(vat)中,用冷水将铝桶冷却,得到胶体状物质。然后,将胶体状物质由三辊磨机进行加工。
此外,将金属皂化物作为增稠剂并用的情况下,在基础油中分别加入规定量的金属皂、胶凝剂、以及添加剂,并加热搅拌直到金属皂和胶凝剂溶解,以后进行与上述同样的操作。另外,将尿素化合物作为增稠剂并用的情况下,在基础油中使胺与异氰酸盐进行反应,合成尿素化合物。在其中分别加入规定量的胶凝剂、添加剂,进行充分搅拌,升温到胶凝剂的溶解温度,以后进行与上述同样的操作。
[滚动装置]
本发明的滚动装置是填充了上述润滑剂组合物的装置,例如可以图1所示的滚动轴承1为例说明。如图所示,通过保持架12将多个滚珠13把持在内圈10和外圈11之间,使其能够自由滚动,在由内圈10、外圈11及滚珠13形成的轴承空间S中填充上述润滑剂组合物(未图示),用密封构件14、14密封而形成滚动轴承1。这样的滚动轴承1其扭矩低、无润滑剂泄漏、寿命长。
另外,作为滚动装置,除了滚动轴承之外,还可举出直线导轨、滚珠丝杠及直动轴承(linear bearing),通过填充上述润滑剂组合物能够实现低扭矩、无润滑剂泄漏、长寿命。
实施例
以下,通过实施例和比较例作具体的进一步说明,但本发明不因此受任何限定。
(实施例1~17、比较例1~3)
如表1、表2所示,使用基础油(多元醇酯油:33mm2/s40℃、醚油:32.4mm2/s40℃)、增稠剂、胶凝剂(氨基酸类胶凝剂:N-2-乙基己酰基-L-谷氨酸二丁胺,苄叉山梨醇类胶凝剂:二苄叉山梨糖醇)及添加剂调制出润滑剂组合物。然后,将各润滑剂组合物用于下述测量及试验。
(1)非工作锥入度及工作锥入度
依照JISK2220进行了测量。
(2)剪切速率1000/s时的表观粘度及剪切速率1/s时的表观粘度的测量
利用流变仪,将润滑剂组合物以平行板夹持,在间隔:0.1mm、温度:30℃、振动方式:应力扫描、频率:10Hz的条件下进行了测量。
(3)轴承扭矩试验
在下述条件下,将旋转开始后295秒~305秒之间的扭矩的平均值作为扭矩值,求出了相对于比较例3的扭矩值的相对扭矩。

(4)轴承泄漏试验
对于实施例4~8、17及比较例1~3,在下述条件下,使其连续运转20小时,根据运转前后的重量差测量出泄漏率,求出了相对于比较例2的泄漏率的相对值。
轴承:日本精工(株)制造的滚动轴承“6305”(内径25mm、外径62mm、宽度17mm)

(5)粘性恢复率
对于实施例13~16,求出了弹性恢复率。即,对于各润滑剂组合物,测量了施加剪切力之前的非工作锥入度(剪切前的非工作锥入度)。另外,对各润滑剂组合物,由自转-公转式搅拌机在自转1370r/min、公转1370r/min下进行3分钟搅拌,施加剪切力,然后,对非工作锥入度(剪切力施加后的非工作锥入度)进行了测量。进而,在施加剪切后,在40℃下放置1小时后,测量了非工作锥入度(放置后非工作锥入度)。然后,从下述公式求出了粘性恢复率。该粘性恢复率是表示施加剪切1小时后时粘性恢复到了百分之几的数值,该数值越高,表明该润滑剂组合物越容易恢复粘性。粘性恢复率为100%则表示1小时的时刻恢复到了施加剪切前的锥入度。

(6)高温放置试验及流动-复原可逆性试验
对实施例16,在培养皿中称量10g润滑剂组合物,在150℃的恒温槽中放置50小时后,从恒温槽中取出并冷却到室温,测量了非工作锥入度。表1中表示为“高温放置后非工作锥入度”,当该数值在与通常所用润滑脂有同等硬度的220~295的范围内时,则可判断其热稳定性良好。
另外,使用自转-公转式搅拌机,对上述高温放置后的润滑剂组合物在自转1370r/min、公转1370r/min的条件下进行3分钟搅拌,施加剪切力,然后,对非工作锥入度进行了测量。表1中表示为“施加剪切后非工作锥入度*”,当该数值为360以上,则可判断其通过剪切所达到的流动性良好。
另外,施加剪切后,在40℃下放置3小时后,再次测量了非工作锥入度。表1中表示为“流动-复原可逆性试验后非工作锥入度”,当该数值在与通常所用润滑脂有同等硬度的220~295的范围内时,则可判断其恢复性良好。另外,可以说“施加剪切后非工作锥入度”与“流动-复原可逆性试验后非工作锥入”之差越大,则流动-恢复可逆性越优异。
表1及图2~4表示了该结果,工作锥入度与非工作锥入度之差为40~130的润滑剂组合物满足剪切速率为1000/s时的表观粘度在5Pa·s以下、剪切速率为1/s时的表观粘度在500Pa·s以上。而且,在各评价项目上均都得到优选结果。
另外,如图2所示,尽管是相同的增稠剂量,氨基酸类胶凝剂与苄叉山梨醇类胶凝剂以等量逐次少量(氨基酸类胶凝剂的配合比例为50质量%)时,相对扭矩也为最小,随着某一方的配合比例增多,相对扭矩上升。另外,当作为氨基酸类胶凝剂的配合比例(苄叉山梨醇类胶凝剂也同样)为20~80质量%,能够实现令人满意的低扭矩化。
进而,如图3所示,当增稠剂与胶凝剂的合计量中的胶凝剂的配合比例为50质量%以上时,能够实现低扭矩化,如图4所示,当胶凝剂的配合比例为80质量%以下时,则能够抑制泄漏。从该结果可知,优选为胶凝剂︰增稠剂=50~80︰50~20。

(实施例18~31)
在此,对于1000Hz时的相对介电常数为1000以上的防锈剂或者抗磨剂、或1000Hz时的相对介电常数为1000以上的防锈剂或者抗磨剂与1000Hz时的相对介电常数小于1000的防锈剂或者抗磨剂并用添加的情况下的效果进行了验证。
如表2所示,使用多元醇酯油(33mm2/s40℃)、胶凝剂(氨基酸类胶凝剂:N-2-乙基己酰基-L-谷氨酸二丁胺,苄叉山梨醇类胶凝剂:二苄叉山梨糖醇)及添加剂调制了润滑剂组合物。然后,与上述同样,对非工作锥入度、工作锥入度、剪切速率为1000/s时的表观粘度、剪切速率为1/s时的表观粘度、施加剪切后非工作锥入度及粘性恢复率进行了测量。
表2及图5表示了该结果,由此可知:优选为通过将1000Hz时的相对介电常数为1000以上的防锈剂或抗磨剂、或者1000Hz时的相对介电常数为1000以上的防锈剂或抗磨剂与1000Hz时的相对介电常数小于1000的防锈剂或者抗磨剂并用添加,粘性恢复率几乎为100%,粘性恢复变快。特别是,也可以说优选为氨基酸类胶凝剂与苄叉山梨醇类胶凝剂的并用。

(实施例32~37、比较例4~6)
在此,对含有醚油的基础油的效果进行验证。
如表3所示,使用基础油(多元醇酯油:33mm2/s40℃、醚油:32.4mm2/s40℃)、增稠剂、胶凝剂(氨基酸类胶凝剂:N-2-乙基己酰基-L-谷氨酸二丁胺,苄叉山梨醇类胶凝剂:二苄叉山梨糖醇)及添加剂调制出润滑剂组合物。然后,与上述同样,对非工作锥入度、工作锥入度、剪切速率为1000/s时的表观粘度、剪切速率为1/s时的表观粘度、高温放置后的非工作锥入度,施加剪切后的非工作锥入度及流动-复原可逆性试验后非工作锥入度进行了测量。
表3表示了该结果,通过使基础油中含有醚油,提高了热稳定性和复原性,因而可以说是优选。

(实施例38~43、比较例7)
在此,对添加了无机类颗粒的情况的效果进行验证。
如图4所示,使用基础油(多元醇酯油:33mm2/s40℃)、增稠剂、胶凝剂(氨基酸类胶凝剂:N-2-乙基己酰基-L-谷氨酸二丁胺,苄叉山梨醇类胶凝剂:二苄叉山梨糖醇)及无机类颗粒(种类及BET比表面积如表中所记)调制出润滑剂组合物。然后,与上述同样,对非工作锥入度、工作锥入度、剪切速率为1000/s时的表观粘度、剪切速率为1/s时的表观粘度、高温放置后的非工作锥入度、施加剪切后的非工作锥入度及粘性恢复率进行了测量。
另外,使用日本精工(株)制造的滚动轴承“6305”(内径25mm、外径62mm、宽度17mm、非接触式橡胶密封),在轴向负载98N、径向负载29.4N、室温下以转速3000/min使其旋转,测量旋转开始后1200~1800秒之间的平均扭矩,进行轴承扭矩试验。以比较例7的平均扭矩作为1,以相对于其的相对值表示结果。
进而,轴承烧结试验,在日本精工(株)制造的深沟球轴承“6305”(内径25mm、外径62mm、宽度17mm、非接触式橡胶密封)中封入试样,制作试验轴承。然后,在轴向负载98N、径向负载98N、空气温度为140℃下以转速5000/min使其旋转,求出了直至烧伤的时间(烧结寿命)。以比较例7的烧结寿命作为1,以相对于其的相对值表示结果。
表4及图6~7表示了该结果,通过含有BET比表面积为300m2/g以上的无机类颗粒,提高了恢复性和防烧结性,因而可以说为优选。

尽管详细地并参照特定实施方式对本发明进行了说明,但在不脱离本发明的精神和范围下,能够进行各种各样的变更和修正,这对本领域技术人员是不言而喻的。

产业实用性
本发明适合用作用于各种产业机械及车辆、电机设备、各种电动机、汽车部件等的滚动装置。

Claims (7)

1.一种滚动装置,其特征在于,具有:
内圈;
外圈;以及
配置在所述内圈和所述外圈之间,能够自由滚动的多个滚动体,
且填充有含有胶凝剂、工作锥入度与非工作锥入度之差为40~130的润滑剂组合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滚动装置,其特征在于,
润滑剂组合物的剪切速率为1000/s时的表观粘度在5Pa·s以下,剪切速率为1/s时的表观粘度在500Pa·s以上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的滚动装置,其特征在于,
润滑剂组合物含有增稠剂,并且胶凝剂是氨基酸类胶凝剂和/或苄叉山梨醇类胶凝剂,所述胶凝剂与所述增稠剂的混合比以质量比计为:胶凝剂︰增稠剂=50~80︰50~20,
并且,胶凝剂与增稠剂的合计量为润滑剂组合物总量的1~10质量%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的滚动装置,其特征在于,
润滑剂组合物含有1000Hz时的相对介电常数在1000以上的防锈剂和/或抗磨剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的滚动装置,其特征在于,
润滑剂组合物含有1000Hz时的相对介电常数在1000以上的防锈剂和/或抗磨剂,以及1000Hz时的相对介电常数小于1000的防锈剂和/或抗磨剂的混合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的滚动装置,其特征在于,
润滑剂组合物的基础油中,含有比例为基础油总量的10~50质量%的醚油,并且,胶凝剂为以质量比计,氨基酸类胶凝剂︰苄叉山梨醇类胶凝剂=50~85︰50~15的混合物。
7.根据权利要求2~6中任意一项所述的滚动装置,其特征在于,
润滑剂组合物含有BET比表面积在300m2/g以上的无机类颗粒。
