本发明涉及一种咖啡；本发明提供了一种防治高血脂的保健咖啡，技术方案是：按重量百分比组成包括纯咖啡粉占20-50％、中药微粉占10-20％、脱脂奶粉占10-25％、木糖醇占10-20％、麦芽糊精5％-20％，改性大豆磷脂0.2％-0.3％，咖啡香料0.1-0.4％；所述中药微粉由伸筋草10-20份、鸡蛋花8-20份、甘草3-10份等中药制成，中药微粉粒径为0.1-10μm。本发明保健咖啡通过鸡蛋花、菟丝子、茯苓、麦门冬调理肝脾肾之平衡，消渴化瘀清浊，又用伸筋草舒筋活血，补气通络从而达到降血脂的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健咖啡，尤其是一种防治高血脂的保健咖啡。
背景技术
近年专利文献中涉及各种营养保健的咖啡中，没有应用伸筋草、鸡蛋花配制具有降血脂保健功能的产品。如在中国专利信息中心公布的专利号为03155482的发明——枸杞咖啡苦，该发明公布了一种以枸杞、咖啡为主要原料组成的枸杞咖啡，但在降血脂等保健功能方面有其不足之处。
中医认为，高血脂的出现以肾、脾、肝三大脏器失调，出现“痰浊瘀滞”为根本病因。“肝主疏泄，脾主运化。”如果脾失健运，肝失疏泄，脾肾不足，就容易得“高血脂”。比如高血脂症在中医属于痰浊、湿阻、瘀血范畴，以脾虚、肾亏为主，实则多为痰瘀胶结。而且，高血脂患者大多数饮食甘厚，而“脾司运化”，脾运化功能受阻，脾气郁滞，食积不化，运化不健，水湿不化，津液不布，湿痰浊邪内生，引发高血脂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种防治高血脂的保健咖啡，以预防人们因肾、脾、肝失调而患上高血脂疾病，对于高血脂病情的治疗也起保健辅助作用。
技术方案：一种保健咖啡，按重量百分比组成包括纯咖啡粉占20-50％、中药微粉占10-20％、脱脂奶粉占10-25％、木糖醇占10-20％、麦芽糊精5％-20％，改性大豆磷脂0.2％～0.3％，咖啡香料0.1-0.4％；所述中药微粉由伸筋草10-20份、鸡蛋花8-20份、甘草3-10份制成，中药微粉粒径为0.1-10μm。
制作方法是：将纯咖啡粉、中药微粉、脱脂奶粉、木糖醇、麦芽糊精、改性大豆磷脂、咖啡香料按比例混合均匀，经灭菌后分装即成。
作为优化，本发明中药微粉配制前加入菟丝子5-10份、茯苓10-20份、麦门冬5-10份。
作为优化，本发明中药微粉配制前加入灯心草3-5份、乌梅3-10份。
伸筋草，苦辛温，祛风散寒、除湿消肿、舒筋活络。《湖南药物志》记载伸筋草：甘，平。无毒，入心，肾二经，舒筋活血，补气通络。
鸡蛋花，性凉，味甘、淡；归大肠、胃经，具有润肺解毒、清热祛湿、滑肠的功效。
菟丝子味辛甘，性平，入肝、肾二经。具有补肾益精、养肝明目、安胎的功效。
茯苓味甘、淡、性平，入药具有利水渗湿、益脾和胃、宁心安神之功用。现代医学研究：茯苓能增强机体免疫功能，茯苓多糖有明显的抗肿瘤及保肝脏作用。
麦门冬，性微甘味苦，寒，具有滋阴润肺、益胃生津、清心除烦、强阴益精、安五脏作用。
灯芯草，微寒；甘、淡；归心；肺；小肠；膀胱经。功效主治：利水通淋；清心降火。
乌梅酸、涩、平，其梅酸可软化血管，推迟血管硬化，具有防老抗衰作用。
本发明的优点是：
本发明中药微粉通过鸡蛋花、菟丝子、茯苓、麦门冬、灯芯草调理人体心肝脾肺肾五脏之平衡，消渴化瘀清浊，又用伸筋草舒筋活血，补气通络从而达到降血脂的目的。
具体实施方式：
一种保健咖啡，按重量百分比组成纯咖啡粉40kg、中药微粉占20kg、脱脂奶粉占15kg、木糖醇15kg，麦芽糊精9.5kg，改性大豆磷脂0.3kg，咖啡香料0.2kg；所述中药微粉由鸡蛋花10份、伸筋草10份、甘草3份、菟丝子5份、茯苓10份、麦门冬5份、灯心草5份、乌梅3份制成，中药微粉的粒径为0.5μm。
制作方法是：将上述纯咖啡粉、中药微粉、脱脂奶粉、木糖醇、麦芽糊精、改性大豆磷脂、咖啡香料按比例混合均匀，经灭菌后按12g一袋分装即成。
