金花茶咖啡;本发明提供了一种具有降血压、降血脂、降血糖保健功能的咖啡,其技术方案是:按重量百分比组成包括纯咖啡粉占20-50%、金花茶浸膏干粉占20-40%、脱脂奶粉占10-25%、木糖醇占10-20%、麦芽糊精5%-20%,改性大豆磷脂0.2%~0.3%,咖啡香料0.1-0.4%;所述金花茶浸膏干粉是将金花茶制成浸膏后再用喷雾干燥机制成干粉。本发明营养丰富,具有降血压、降血脂、降血糖保健功能,既适用于高血压、高血脂、高血糖等患者日常食品的辅助保健又适宜广大消费者保健。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种金花茶咖啡,尤其是一种具有降血压、降血脂、降血糖保健功能的咖啡。
背景技术
金花茶属于山茶科山茶属,在民间一直被用于提神醒脑、清肝火、解热毒、养元气。据中国疾病预防控制中心营养与食品安全所检测表明,金花茶属无毒级,含有400多种对人体有益的营养物质;富含茶多酚、总皂甙、总黄酮、茶多糖、茶色素、咖啡因、维生素、氨基酸等多种天然营养成份,以及对人体具有重要保健作用的天然有机锗(Ge)、硒(Se)、钼(Mo)、锌(Zn)、钒(V)等多种微量元素,是自然界中药用、营养价值最丰富的植物之一。
金花茶所含主要功效成份及作用如下:1、茶多糖:金花茶含有丰富的多糖物质,能有效控制餐后血糖上升幅度及改善葡萄糖耐量,并可改善脂类代谢紊乱,有明显的降血糖效果。2、茶多酚:金花茶含有丰富的茶多酚。茶多酚可以清除自由基,能降低DM血糖的升高,从而改善其糖耐量,稳定血糖。3、总皂甙:金花茶皂甙含量6300mg/kg,具有强心、舒张血管及抗疲劳、减慢心率及双相性血压作用,促进DNA和蛋白质及脂质的生物合成,止渴生津,排脓消肿,利咽止痛,解热镇痛等。国内的研究论文如《金花茶提取物药理作用初步研究》(《中医药学刊》2006年06期蒋华)、《金花茶叶水提物的降脂功能试验研究》(《广西大学学报(自然科学版)》2004年04期宁恩创秦小明杨宏)、《茶多糖和茶多酚的降血糖作用研究》(《茶叶科学》2005年03期丁仁凤何普明揭国良)等证实了金花茶具有降血压、降血脂、降血糖保健功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种具有降血压、降血脂、降血糖保健功能的金花茶咖啡。
其技术方案是:按重量百分比组成包括纯咖啡粉占20-50%、金花茶浸膏干粉占20-40%、脱脂奶粉占10-25%、木糖醇占10-20%、麦芽糊精5%-20%,改性大豆磷脂0.2%~0.3%,咖啡香料0.1-0.4%;所述金花茶浸膏干粉是将金花茶制成浸膏后再用喷雾干燥机制成干粉。
金花茶咖啡制作方法是:将纯咖啡粉、金花茶浸膏干粉、脱脂奶粉、木糖醇、麦芽糊精、改性大豆磷脂、咖啡香料按比例混合均匀,经灭菌后分装即成。
与以往咖啡产品相比,本发明的优点是:
1、具有降血压、降血脂、降血糖保健功效。
2、金花茶还具有免疫调节,抗衰老的作用。
3、金花茶味甘香醇,可与咖啡的苦味相融合,既发挥了金花茶传统中草药的保健作用,又保持了咖啡的风味,具有中西方文化融合的特色。
实验证明:分别给10名高血压患者、10名高血脂患者、10名高血糖患者服用本发明金花茶咖啡,每人每天食用量54克,分3次,每次18克,加入150毫升热水冲服,每次间隔4小时;30天后测量:10名高血压患者收缩压分别降低5-15mmHg不等,10名高血脂患者血脂总胆固醇降低1.0-3.0mmol/L不等,10名高血糖患者血糖降低1.0-4.0mmol/L不等。
具体实施方式
一种金花茶咖啡,按重量百分比组成纯咖啡粉35kg、金花茶浸膏干粉占25kg、脱脂奶粉占15kg、木糖醇15kg,麦芽糊精9.5kg,改性大豆磷脂0.3kg,咖啡香料0.2kg;所述金花茶浸膏干粉是将金花茶制成浸膏后再用喷雾干燥机制成干粉。
制作方法是:将上述纯咖啡粉、金花茶浸膏干粉、脱脂奶粉、木糖醇、麦芽糊精、改性大豆磷脂、咖啡香料按比例混合均匀,经灭菌后分装即成。

1.一种金花茶咖啡,其特征是:按重量百分比组成包括纯咖啡粉占20-50%、金花茶浸膏干粉占20-40%、脱脂奶粉占10-25%、木糖醇占10-20%、麦芽糊精5%-20%,改性大豆磷脂0.2%~0.3%,咖啡香料0.1-0.4%;所述金花茶浸膏干粉是将金花茶熬制成浸膏后再用喷雾干燥机制成干粉。
