背景技术
脏腑是人体内脏的总称,古人把内脏分为五脏和六腑两大类:五脏是心、肝、脾、肺、肾;六腑是胆、胃、大肠、小肠、膀胱和三焦。此外还有一个心包络,它是心的外卫,在功能和病态上,都与心脏相互一致,因此,它也是属于脏。
五脏的作用是储藏精气津液,六腑是主出纳转输。但是脏腑的功能,并不是各自为政,而是在相互依存、互相制约的情况下,各负其责,构成一个完整的机体:不但在人体内部脏与腑、腑与脏之间相互联系、脏腑之间互为表里,而且与外界自然环境的变化、四时气候的转移、精神活动等方面,都是息息相关,互为影响。
脏腑在实现各自功能的同时,会产生一定的毒害物质残留在体内,日积月累会加重腑脏的负担,导致腑脏功能受损,影响人体健康。
因此,为脏腑排毒是非常重要的,脏腑排毒就是打通人体的内部管道,使脏腑气血功能达到正常平衡的健康状态。
市面上出现的大多是为调理腑脏的保健药品,这些保健药品由传统中药制成,其没有准确的定量指标。孙思邈在《千金要方》中主张“为医者,当晓病源,知其所犯,以食治治之,食疗不愈,然后命药”,体现了“药治不如食治”的原则。食疗不仅可以起到治疗的作用,同时食疗也具有未病先防,未衰先养的作用。目前,用于排毒调理脏腑的食品还非常少见。

一种脏腑排毒调理的保健食品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照配比选取菊花、蒲公英、金银花、马齿苋、荔枝和人参分别进行干燥,将菊花、蒲公英、金银花和马齿苋在45℃-60℃的温度环境下烘干9h-12h,将荔枝和人参在60℃-85℃的温度环境下烘干12h-15h;
(2)将烘干后的蒲公英、菊花、金银花、马齿苋、荔枝和人参分别粉碎至粒径为180-220目的粉末后混合均匀,得到混合粉末;
(3)按配比选取辣木叶、沙棘、砂仁、火麻仁和栀子进行炒制,小火炒制18-32min,炒制后冷却;
(4)将炒制冷却后的辣木叶、沙棘、砂仁、火麻仁和栀子分别进行粉碎至180-220目的粉末后混合均匀,得到炒制粉末;
(5)将步骤(2)制得的混合粉末和步骤(4)制得的炒制粉末混合均匀,即得脏腑排毒调理的保健食品。
蒲公英:蒲公英植物体中含有蒲公英醇、蒲公英素、胆碱、有机酸、菊糖等多种健康营养成分。性味甘,微苦,寒。归肝、胃经。有利尿、缓泻、退黄疸、利胆等功效。治热毒、痈肿、疮疡、内痈、目赤肿痛、湿热、黄疸、小便淋沥涩痛、疔疮肿毒,乳痈,瘰疬,牙痛,目赤,咽痛,肺痈,肠痈,湿热黄疸,热淋涩痛;
菊花:清热解毒、润肺止血,补而不腻,清心爽口,可用于头晕目眩、风热上扰之症的治疗,有疏风、平肝之功,嗅之,对感冒、头痛有辅助治疗作用;
辣木叶:含有人体所需的全部营养物质,具有降血糖、降脂、降压、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、通便、利尿、驱虫、改善睡眠等功效,长期食用可增强人体免疫功能,延缓衰老、预防疾病,可用于排毒促进代谢、消化解酒、调理泌尿系统;
沙棘:含有多种维生素、脂肪酸、微量元素、亚油素、沙棘黄酮、超氧化物等活性物质和人体所需的各种氨基酸,具有抗疲劳和增强机体活力及抗癌等特殊药理性能,具有保护和加速修复胃黏膜、增加肠道双歧杆菌的药性,有降减血浆胆固醇、减少血管壁中胆固醇含量的作用,能防治高血脂症和动脉粥样硬化症,并有促进伤口愈合的作用;

人参:味甘、微苦,性温、平。归脾、肺经、心经。补气,固脱,生津,安神,益智;主治体虚欲脱,肢冷脉微,脾虚食少,肺虚喘咳,津伤口渴,内热消渴,久病虚羸,惊悸失眠,阳痿宫冷;心力衰竭,心原性休克。用于气短喘促,心悸健忘,口渴多汗,食少无力,一切急慢性疾病及失血后引起的休克、虚脱。大补元气,固脱生津,安神。治劳伤虚损,食少,倦怠,反胃吐食,大便滑泄,虚咳喘促,自汗暴脱,惊悸,健忘,眩晕头痛,阳痿,尿频,消渴,妇女崩漏,小儿慢惊,及久虚不复,一切气血津液不足之症。
本发明有助于对肝脏,心脏,肾脏的滋补与调养,可排肝毒,增强肝脏再生能力。对于心肌有修复和保健作用,可防治冠状动脉的效果,行气调味。其中辣木叶可增强免疫力,塑身抗老化,抗癌并对多种慢性及重大疾病有极大的改善功效。
本发明通过选用蒲公英、菊花、辣木叶、沙棘、马齿苋、砂仁、金银花、火麻仁、荔枝、栀子和人参进行配伍,能同时对人体的脏腑起到调理作用,而且均选用的是药食同源的原料,即是通过食疗进行脏腑的调理和排毒,且食疗还具有未病先防,未衰先养的功效。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
本实施例提供的脏腑排毒调理的保健食品,通过以下步骤制得:
(1)选取菊花20份、蒲公英20份、金银花20份、马齿苋20份、荔枝20份和人参20份分别进行干燥;
将菊花、蒲公英、金银花和马齿苋在45℃-60℃的温度环境下进行烘干10h,烘干分为两次烘干,第一次烘干5h,烘干后进行摊晾12h后,再进行第二次烘干5h,分两次烘干使烘干更均匀彻底,第一次烘干摊晾过程中,物料中保留的水分会在物料流动,使得物料各处的水分平均,然后在进行二次烘干,达到较好的烘干效果;
将荔枝和人参在60℃-85℃的温度环境下烘干14h;
(2)将烘干后的蒲公英、菊花、金银花、马齿苋、荔枝和人参分别粉碎至粒径为200目的粉末后混合均匀,得到混合粉末;
(3)选取辣木叶20份、沙棘20份、砂仁20份、火麻仁20份和栀子20份进行炒制,小火炒制25min,炒制后冷却;
(4)将炒制冷却后的辣木叶、沙棘、砂仁、火麻仁和栀子分别进行粉碎至200目的粉末后混合均匀,得到炒制粉末;
(5)将步骤(2)制得的混合粉末和步骤(4)制得的炒制粉末混合均匀,即得脏腑排毒调理的保健食品。
实施例2
本实施例提供的脏腑排毒调理的保健食品,通过以下步骤制得:
(1)选取菊花22份、蒲公英13份、金银花24份、马齿苋24份、荔枝13份和人参30份分别进行干燥;
将菊花、蒲公英、金银花和马齿苋在45℃-60℃的温度环境下进行烘干12h,烘干分为两次烘干,第一次烘干6h,烘干后进行摊晾12h后,再进行第二次烘干6h,分两次烘干使烘干更均匀彻底,第一次烘干摊晾过程中,物料中保留的水分会在物料流动,使得物料各处的水分平均,然后在进行二次烘干,达到较好的烘干效果;
将荔枝和人参在60℃-85℃的温度环境下烘干13h;
(2)将烘干后的蒲公英、菊花、金银花、马齿苋、荔枝和人参分别粉碎至粒径为210目的粉末后混合均匀,得到混合粉末;
(3)选取辣木叶14份、沙棘28份、砂仁18份、火麻仁16份和栀子17份进行炒制,小火炒制18min,炒制后冷却;
(4)将炒制冷却后的辣木叶、沙棘、砂仁、火麻仁和栀子分别进行粉碎至210目的粉末后混合均匀,得到炒制粉末;
(5)将步骤(2)制得的混合粉末和步骤(4)制得的炒制粉末混合均匀,即得脏腑排毒调理的保健食品。
实施例3
本实施例提供的脏腑排毒调理的保健食品,通过以下步骤制得:
(1)选取菊花26份、蒲公英22份、金银花19份、马齿苋16份、荔枝25份和人参10份分别进行干燥;
将菊花、蒲公英、金银花和马齿苋在45℃-60℃的温度环境下进行烘干11h,烘干分为两次烘干,第一次烘干5.5h,烘干后进行摊晾12h后,再进行第二次烘干5.5h,分两次烘干使烘干更均匀彻底,第一次烘干摊晾过程中,物料中保留的水分会在物料流动,使得物料各处的水分平均,然后在进行二次烘干,达到较好的烘干效果;
将荔枝和人参在60℃-85℃的温度环境下烘干15h;
(2)将烘干后的蒲公英、菊花、金银花、马齿苋、荔枝和人参分别粉碎至粒径为180目的粉末后混合均匀,得到混合粉末;
(3)选取辣木叶16份、沙棘16份、砂仁19份、火麻仁17份和栀子14份进行炒制,小火炒制23min,炒制后冷却;
(4)将炒制冷却后的辣木叶、沙棘、砂仁、火麻仁和栀子分别进行粉碎至180目的粉末后混合均匀,得到炒制粉末;
(5)将步骤(2)制得的混合粉末和步骤(4)制得的炒制粉末混合均匀,即得脏腑排毒调理的保健食品。
实施例4
本实施例提供的脏腑排毒调理的保健食品,通过以下步骤制得:
作为优选,所述脏腑排毒调理的保健食品包括按重量份计的蒲公英17份、菊花18份、辣木叶19份、沙棘23份、马齿苋19份、砂仁22份、金银花22份、火麻仁21份、荔枝16份、栀子24份和人参25份。
(1)选取菊花18份、蒲公英17份、金银花22份、马齿苋19份、荔枝16份和人参25份分别进行干燥;
将菊花、蒲公英、金银花和马齿苋在45℃-60℃的温度环境下进行烘干9h,烘干分为两次烘干,第一次烘干4.5h,烘干后进行摊晾12h后,再进行第二次烘干4.5h,分两次烘干使烘干更均匀彻底,第一次烘干摊晾过程中,物料中保留的水分会在物料流动,使得物料各处的水分平均,然后在进行二次烘干,达到较好的烘干效果;
将荔枝和人参在60℃-85℃的温度环境下烘干12h;
(2)将烘干后的蒲公英、菊花、金银花、马齿苋、荔枝和人参分别粉碎至粒径为220目的粉末后混合均匀,得到混合粉末;
(3)选取辣木叶19份、沙棘23份、砂仁22份、火麻仁21份和栀子24份进行炒制,小火炒制32min,炒制后冷却;
(4)将炒制冷却后的辣木叶、沙棘、砂仁、火麻仁和栀子分别进行粉碎至220目的粉末后混合均匀,得到炒制粉末;
(5)将步骤(2)制得的混合粉末和步骤(4)制得的炒制粉末混合均匀,即得脏腑排毒调理的保健食品。
临床试验:
患者一:男,28岁,四肢乏力,精神不振,脸色暗黄。服用本实施例1产品后,每日三次,每次10g,冲服,7-15天后四肢乏力情况明细好转,精力充沛,30天后症状消失,脸上肌肤白皙靓丽有光泽度。
患者二:女,21岁,脸上长痘痘,出现黄褐斑。服用本实施例1产品后,每日三次,每次10g,冲服,15天痘痘基本消失,服用30天后黄褐斑淡化60%,调理60-90天,黄褐斑基本消失。
患者三:男,38岁,肝脏解毒功能减弱,解酒功能减弱。服用本实施例1产品后,每日三次,每次100g,冲服,调理15天后肝脏解酒功能明显提高,调理30天以后肝脏解毒功能明显提高,调理60-90天后肝脏解毒功能恢复正常。
患者四:男,34岁,脾胃失调,免疫力下降。服用本实施例1产品后,每日三次,每次10g,冲服,调理30天后脾胃不和情况明显改善,免疫力也明显提高。
患者五:男,43岁,肠胃不畅,便秘,痔疮。服用本实施例1产品后,每日三次,每次10g,冲服,调理3-7天后便秘现象明显改善,调理15天痔疮症状基本消失,15-30天后便秘完全康复,30天后痔疮症状完全消失。
患者六:女,38岁,乙肝小三阳。服用本实施例3产品后,每日三次,每次10g,冲服,调理30天后转氨酶数据明显下降,e抗原定量数据明显下降,核心抗体定量数据明显下降,核心抗体IgM数据明显下降,调理60天后检验报告显示小三阳显示转阴。
患者七:男,39岁,乙肝大三阳。服用本实施例3产品后,每日三次,每次10g,冲服,调理60-90天后转氨酶数据明显下降,e抗原定量数据明显下降,核心抗体定量数据明显下降,核心抗体IgM数据明显下降,检查报告显示转小三阳,调理120-180天后检验报告显示大三阳显示转阴。

1.一种脏腑排毒调理的保健食品,其特征在于:包括按重量份计的以下组分:蒲公英12-22份、菊花18-26份、辣木叶13-21份、沙棘16-30份、马齿苋15-25份、砂仁17-22份、金银花19-24份、火麻仁16-21份、荔枝12-26份、栀子14-24份和人参10-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种脏腑排毒调理的保健食品,其特征在于:包括按重量份计的以下组分:蒲公英17-20份、菊花18-23份、辣木叶16-21份、沙棘16-23份、马齿苋17-22份、砂仁20-22份、金银花20-24份、火麻仁16-21份、荔枝15-22份、栀子18-24份和人参10-30份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种脏腑排毒调理的保健食品,其特征在于:包括按重量份计的蒲公英20份、菊花20份、辣木叶20份、沙棘20份、马齿苋20份、砂仁20份、金银花20份、火麻仁20份、荔枝20份、栀子20份和人参20份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种脏腑排毒调理的保健食品,其特征在于:包括按重量份计的蒲公英13份、菊花22份、辣木叶14份、沙棘28份、马齿苋24份、砂仁18份、金银花24份、火麻仁16份、荔枝13份、栀子17份和人参30份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种脏腑排毒调理的保健食品,其特征在于:包括按重量份计的蒲公英22份、菊花26份、辣木叶16份、沙棘16份、马齿苋16份、砂仁19份、金银花19份、火麻仁17份、荔枝25份、栀子14份和人参10份。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种脏腑排毒调理的保健食品,其特征在于:包括按重量份计的蒲公英17份、菊花18份、辣木叶19份、沙棘23份、马齿苋19份、砂仁22份、金银花22份、火麻仁21份、荔枝16份、栀子24份和人参25份。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种脏腑排毒调理的保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)按照配比选取菊花、蒲公英、金银花、马齿苋、荔枝和人参分别进行干燥,将菊花、蒲公英、金银花和马齿苋在45℃-60℃的温度环境下烘干9h-12h,将荔枝和人参在60℃-85℃的温度环境下烘干12h-15h;
(2)将烘干后的蒲公英、菊花、金银花、马齿苋、荔枝和人参分别粉碎至粒径为180-220目的粉末后混合均匀,得到混合粉末;
(3)按配比选取辣木叶、沙棘、砂仁和火麻仁进行炒制,小火炒制18-32min,炒制后冷却;
(4)将炒制冷却后的辣木叶、沙棘、砂仁和火麻仁分别进行粉碎至180-220目的粉末后混合均匀,得到炒制粉末;
(5)将步骤(2)制得的混合粉末和步骤(4)制得的炒制粉末混合均匀,即得脏腑排毒调理的保健食品。
