Abstract
控制部(22),决定是设为EV行驶还是设为HV行驶,控制发动机(14)的驱动。比率运算部(24),运算EV/HV行驶比率,显示部(30)以比例方式显示EV/HV比率。由此,能够容易地认识EV/HV行驶比率。
Description
本申请是申请号为200880025494.1、发明名称为“混合动力车辆”、申请日为2008年6月27日、进入中国国家阶段日期为2010年1月20日的发明专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及搭载电机和发动机双方的混合动力车辆。
背景技术
以往以来,已知搭载电机和发动机双方的混合动力车辆。在该混合动力车辆中,能够利用发动机驱动发电机进行发电来对电池充电,所以能够以小型电池进行长距离行驶。此外,因为发动机以一定的负荷运行,所以能够抑止有害物质的排出,并且使燃料经济性提高。此外,在定速行驶时等发动机驱动比较高效的情况下,也能够利用发动机的驱动力进行行驶。
在此,除了作为上述那样的通常的混合动力车辆进行行驶的HV模式的行驶以外,还存在具有使发动机停止而仅驱动电机作为电动汽车进行行驶的EV模式的混合动力车辆(参照专利文献1)。在这样的混合动力车辆的情况下,为了使EV模式的行驶变得充分,将电池设得较大型,还能够从商用电源等外部电源进行充电。
在这样的混合动力车辆中,在城市地区等能够使发动机停止而作为电动汽车行驶较长距离,能够作为不产生排气的车辆进行行驶。
在混合动力车辆中,也提出了如下内容:区别地检测电机行驶和发动机行驶,将由电机驱动的行驶距离、由发动机驱动的行驶距离作为数值信息进行显示。

发明内容
在上述那样的混合动力车辆中,与通常的混合动力车辆相比,EV模式下的行驶可能距离更长。与此相伴,认为想要了解关于EV模式下的行驶距离的信息这样的驾驶者侧的需求、还有该信息量也增加。但是,在关于EV模式下的行驶距离的信息是数值信息时,恐怕驾驶者不能立即认识该信息。
本发明提供一种搭载电机和发动机双方的混合动力车辆,其具有:模式控制单元,其进行控制使得在EV模式和HV模式的任一模式下进行行驶,所述EV模式使发动机停止而利用电机的输出进行行驶,所述HV模式驱动发动机,利用电机和发动机的输出进行行驶;和各模式行驶距离显示单元,其以比例来显示EV模式下的行驶距离和HV模式下的行驶距离。
上述混合动力车辆中,还优选仅将驱动发动机时确认为HV模式,将其以外确认为EV模式。
另外,本发明的搭载电机和发动机双方的混合动力车辆,也可以设为具有:模式控制单元,其进行控制使得在EV模式和HV模式的任一模式下进行行驶,所述EV模式使发动机停止而利用电机的输出进行行驶,所述HV模式根据行驶状态来适当地驱动发动机,利用电机和发动机的输出进行行驶;和各模式行驶距离显示单元,其以比例来显示EV模式下的行驶距离和HV模式下的行驶距离。
此外,优选的是,显示在相互不同的两个期间中的EV模式下的行驶距离与HV模式下的行驶距离的比例。
此外,优选的是,所述相互不同的两个期间是行驶同一路径的期间,所述两个期间彼此不重复。
此外,优选的是,所述相互不同的两个期间是相同长度的期间,所述两个期间彼此不重复。
此外,优选的是,所述相互不同的两个期间是不同长度的期间,包含两个期间重复的期间。
此外,优选的是,能够从外部电源对向所述电机供给电力的电池进行充电,显示在所述相互不同的两个期间中的充电费用或充电电力量。
如此,根据本发明,以比例方式显示EV模式下的行驶距离和HV模式下的行驶距离。因此,用户能够容易地认识EV/HV显示比率。

具体实施方式
以下,基于附图对本发明的实施方式进行说明。
图1是表示本发明的混合动力车辆的要部概略构成的框图。在此,该混合动力车辆,是搭载了电机和发动机的车辆,具有EV模式和HV模式,所述EV模式使发动机停止而利用电机的输出进行行驶,所述HV模式根据行驶状态来适当地驱动发动机,利用电机和发动机的输出进行行驶。
在第一电动发电机10、第二电动发电机12以及发动机14的输出轴上连接有行星齿轮(planetary gear)16。该行星齿轮16,将第二电动发电机12和发动机14的两个输出转矩传递至车轮,使车辆行驶,并且由第一电动发电机1进行发电。例如,将第一电动发电机10连接于行星齿轮16的太阳轮,将发动机14连接于行星架,将第二电动发电机12连接于齿圈,将第二电动发电机12的驱动力或发动机14的驱动力经由行星齿轮16传递至驱动系。此外,利用发动机14的驱动力由第一电动发电机10发电。此外,也在第二电动发电机12中由再生制动进行发电。HV的构成,并不限定于该串联并联型,只要是具有发动机和电机,能够使发动机停止而仅利用电机的输出进行行驶的混合动力车辆即可,也能够适当地采用任意构成的混合动力车辆。
此外,在第一及第二电动发电机10、12上连接有电池18,利用电池18的电力进行驱动或者利用发电电力对电池18进行充电。
在此,在EV模式下,利用电池18的电力来驱动第二电动发电机12进行行驶,还进行再生制动。
在电池18上连接有外部充电接口20。该外部充电接口20,内置了整流器,并且能够与外部电源进行连接,利用来自外部电源的电力对电池18进行充电。外部电源,通常是AC100V或AC200V的商用电源,但也可以是利用了发电机等的电源。
此外,本混合动力车辆具有控制部22,该控制部22控制HV模式、EV模式的切换、和在各模式下的发动机14、第一及第二电动发电机10、12。决定是HV模式还是EV模式的HV/EV信号,通过驾驶者的操作按钮等来决定。该控制部22作为模式控制单元发挥作用。
(HV/EV模式)
首先,在HV模式下,根据输入的车速、加速踏板开度等信息,控制部2判定是由电机驱动进行的行驶还是由发动机驱动进行的行驶,在电机驱动的情况下利用第二电动发电机12驱动车轮来进行行驶,在发动机驱动的情况下利用发动机14驱动车轮来进行行驶。特别地,在定速行驶时和/或高速行驶时设为发动机驱动,在出发时和/或低速行驶时等驱动第二电动发电机12来进行行驶。
此外,电池18的充电容量(SOC)的信息也被供给到控制部22,在电池的SOC变得小于预定值(例如40%)的情况下,驱动发动机14,由第一电动发电机10利用发动机14的驱动力进行发电,将电池18充电至SOC变为预定值(例如60%)。
在EV模式下,在控制部22中禁止发动机14的驱动。也就是说,在不能单独通过电机产生要求驱动力、或者电池的SOC低于考虑了电池的劣化的值的情况等以外,基本上利用电池18的电力驱动第二电动发电机12来进行行驶。在该EV行驶中,也利用再生制动进行电池18的充电,但是基本上电池18的SOC随着行驶而减少。
于是,在EV模式下进行行驶的情况下,优选预先对电池18满充电。在本混合动力车辆中,具有外部充电接口20,在此通过连接外部电源来进行充电。例如,将电缆经由连接器连接到外部充电接口20,将在该电缆的另一端上设置的插头插入到商用电源,由此能够将外部电源连接到外部充电接口,利用整流后的直流电流对电池18进行充电。在对电池18进行了充分充电的情况下,外部充电接口20检测到这种情况,停止充电。然后,取下电缆,在EV模式下进行行驶。
EV模式下的行驶通常将电池18的SOC20%左右设为下限。于是,在EV模式下进行行驶时,在电池18的SOC变为了20%的情况下,控制部22驱动发动机14,切换到HV模式。此时,优选向用户进行关于模式变更的警告(例如显示)。也优选,在SOC变为了25%左右的情况下,进行警告并切换到HV行驶,或者对需要充电的情况进行警告。
在混合动力车辆中,电池18的容量相对较大,能够使EV行驶距离与以往的混合动力车辆相比变长。于是,作为EV/HV行驶比率出现各种比率,想要对其进行认识的要求变得强烈。
(显示)
在控制部22上连接有比率运算部24。向该比率运算部24也供给车速。该车速作为通常车速脉冲被供给,但该车速脉冲为了车速显示、行驶距离显示而被处理。因此,也可以接受处理后的数据。
并且,该比率运算部24,算出EV模式下的行驶距离和HV模式下的行驶距离,算出作为该比率的EV/HV行驶比率。在此,在比率运算部24上连接有操作部26,通过该操作部26的操作来决定计算哪一期间的比率。
并且,得到的EV/HV行驶比率,经由显示控制部28被供给至显示部30,在此被显示。操作部26,优选设为利用了显示部30的触摸面板。此外,比率运算部24、显示控制部28、显示部30作为各模式行驶距离显示单元发挥作用。
在图2中示出了显示的一例。如此,在本实施方式中,以水平方向的显示条中的长度的比率来示出EV模式下的行驶距离与HV模式下的行驶距离的比率。在该例中,左侧的斜线部分表示EV行驶,右侧的空白部分表示HV行驶。通过这个,用户能够一目了然地理解EV模式下的行驶与HV模式下的行驶的比率。例如,优先以绿色显示EV行驶的部分,以红色和/或白色等显示HV行驶的部分。此外,也可以设为能够由用户来设定颜色。例如,可以通过触摸相关部分显示颜色变更的按钮,通过该按钮的操作来改变颜色。
在本实施方式中,将HV模式定义为适当驱动发动机的模式。但是,并不限于此,也可以仅将驱动发动机时确认为HV模式,将其以外确认为EV模式。这也可以通过在显示条上进行触摸,从而显示菜单,能够改变HV模式的定义。在仅将发动机驱动时确认为HV模式的情况下,控制部22将关于驱动发动机的区间的信息供给到比率运算部24。
此外,该图2示出了从最初的点火开关开启开始显示从操作部26的复位按钮的操作到当前为止的累计行驶距离的比率。然后,通过复位按钮,使EV行驶和HV行驶距离复位,由比率运算部24算出其后的各行驶距离,进行显示。也就是说,在用户没有操作复位按钮的期间,即使点火开关关闭,也预先存储并保持行驶距离的累计值,显示持续的期间中的行驶比率。
图3是另一例,在该例中显示三个EV/HV行驶比率。最左是本日的行驶比率。向比率运算部24供给来自时钟的时刻信息,算出在本日的各模式下的行驶距离,显示EV/HV行驶比率。此外,中间是本月的行驶比率。显示从月初开始的累计结果。而且,右侧是该混合动力车辆在本日之前的全部行驶的EV/HV行驶比率。该全部行驶比率,在车辆的所有者发生了变更的情况下,也能够进行复位。
各模式的行驶距离的累计期间也能够设为特定的一次行程。该一次行程,可以是从系统的启动到结束的期间,也可以设为在导航装置中设定了目的地的行程中从出发地到目的地。而且,可以设为从充电结束到当前的期间,也可以是一次的充电能够行驶的距离等。
如此,在图3的例子中,能够显示多个期间中的EV/HV行驶比率,所以能够对不同期间中的EV行驶比率进行比较。
在此,在该图3中,不仅是三个期间中的EV/HV行驶比率,也一起对充电电力显示。该充电电力,是从外部电源充电的充电电力量,在外部充电接口20中,检测充电电力,显示其检测结果。优选,不以充电电力量“kWh”而以充电电力费用“元”来显示。通过该显示,用户能够还考虑充电电力费用,制定关于在此之后的EV/HV模式的利用的计划。
图4示出了又一例。在该例中,除了本日的行驶之外,还显示了5月1日的从家到公司的行驶、和6月1日的同区间即从家到公司的行驶中的EV/HV行驶比率。如此在关于同一区间的两个不同的定时对EV/HV行驶比率进行显示,由此能够以相同标准比较两个实际运行情况。因此能够实际地感觉到用户自身的驾驶技术的提高、即能够高效地使用电力进行行驶等。
在图5中,示出了再一例。在该例中,示出了本日即6月1日的行驶实际情况、特定的一日即5月1日的行驶实际情况、和5月的行驶实际情况。如此,5月1日的行驶实际情况是5月的行驶实际情况的一部分,两者的标准不同,5月1日的行驶实际情况构成了5月的行驶实际情况的一部分。由此,能够认识特定的一日的行驶对当月的行驶实际情况产生了怎样的影响。
也优选显示关于4~7月的行驶实际情况和6~9月的行驶实际情况等一部分重复的期间的行驶实际情况。
此外,在图3~图5中,同时在显示部30上显示了三种显示,但也可以根据操作部26的操作等进行切换并显示。
Claims (7)
1.一种混合动力车辆,该混合动力车辆搭载电机和发动机双方,其特征在于,具有:
模式控制单元,其进行控制使得在EV模式和HV模式的任一模式下进行行驶,所述EV模式使发动机停止而利用电机的输出进行行驶,所述HV模式驱动发动机,利用电机和发动机的输出进行行驶;和
各模式行驶距离显示单元,其以比例来显示EV模式下的行驶距离和HV模式下的行驶距离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆,其特征在于,仅将驱动发动机时确认为HV模式,将其以外确认为EV模式。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的混合动力车辆,其特征在于,分别显示在相互不同的两个期间中的EV/HV行驶距离比例,所述EV/HV行驶距离比例是指EV模式下的行驶距离与HV模式下的行驶距离的比例。
4.根据权利要求3所述的混合动力车辆,其特征在于,
所述相互不同的两个期间是行驶同一路径的期间,所述两个期间彼此不重复。
5.根据权利要求3所述的混合动力车辆,其特征在于,
所述相互不同的两个期间是相同长度的期间,所述两个期间彼此不重复。
6.根据权利要求3所述的混合动力车辆,其特征在于,
所述相互不同的两个期间是不同长度的期间,包含两个期间重复的期间。
7.根据权利要求3~6中任一项所述的混合动力车辆,其特征在于,能够从外部电源对向所述电机供给电力的电池进行充电,显示在所述相互不同的两个期间中的充电费用或充电电力量。
