背景技术
在一般货物运输中,栈板属相当常见的辅助用具,一般现有的栈板大多数是由多片木条或木板,相互交错钉组而成一类似平台的基座,其顶部为可供摆置货物的一承载面,而承载面的下方则有脚座将承载面垫高,使得摆放于承载面上的货品能远离地面,用于避免货品离地过近而受潮,或是遭致地面上其他污染物的污损。
目前市面上的栈板态样大多数可分为木头栈板、纸栈板、塑料栈板以及铁合金栈板。而最广为使用的为木头栈板,然因其整体结构皆为木头所组装,因此必须大量砍伐树林方能制作而成一定数量的木头栈板。但是大量砍伐树林之后,除致使地球绿林快速消失之外,也与目前环保议题日益趋升的国际潮流相违背。再者,因其木头栈板的整体固定化,如有一处损伤不仅不得为该损伤处汰旧更新,甚至得整组木头栈板报废处理。装完成的木头栈板因规格亦固定化,于收纳时无法折迭收藏,因此亦无法有效利用空间。
其他如纸栈板、塑料栈板以及铁合金栈板等不同态样栈板,其结构不同,因此其所能承载的荷重自然有其上限,然一般运用栈板承载的货品大多数都具有相当的重量,若有一部损坏,整组报废,耗用资源更甚,因此,如果能局部替换使功能恢复,就可大量节省自然资源。
因此,如何改良栈板的结构,使其可增进在使用上的便利性,亦能同时保有良好的承载功效,是本案的发明人以及从事此相关行业的技术领域者亟欲改善的课题。

有鉴于此,本发明提出一种塑料栈板结构,能够提高栈板的承受荷重,并在栈板局部损坏时可快速做局部汰换,降低资源浪费,更能符合环保要求。

又本发明提出延伸部及桥弓部,是由延伸部之间向内由一个基部逐渐内缩再缩成形状若弓的桥弓部,可使叉车的叉臂可伸入,无论水平向或垂直向的基座都具有叉车前臂可伸入的桥弓,方便配合叉车在各方向叉入栈板使用,又因具有延伸部使桥弓的受力均匀,基座不易折断。
本发明亦提出网状结构体,是以力学的结构,将轻软的塑料材质塑成以X、ヨ、ロ、Y等方式交叉,产生应力及可牢固化形成以联络各部段的立体网状结构的片体群。
本发明更提出高重负荷的塑料栈板结构,基座包括水平向及垂直向所组成,每一水平向基座包含:基部,其中基部包含开口夹持部、延伸部、桥弓部、第一支撑部及第二支撑部,及其上贯穿基座的一梁柱及联结各部段的立体式网状支撑结构。
同时也包括垂直向多个基座,每一垂直向基座包含:基部,其中基部包含开口夹持部、延伸部、桥弓部、第一支撑部及第二支撑部,及其上贯穿基座的一梁柱,及联结各部段的立体式网状支撑结构,该立体式网状支撑结构是由塑料挤塑,依X、Y、ヨ、ロ等形成联结的片体群,使各段牢靠的结合成一基座。
又将水平向基座及垂直向基座依其开口夹持部口对口上下交叉互扣,结合多个水平、垂直向基座乃形成一多基座组成具有双向梁柱的塑料栈板。
又梁柱的设置若以相同材料时可以采与基座、延伸部、桥弓部一体挤塑使立体式网状支撑结构与梁柱如大树与枝干,紧密搭接一体成型,也可采用不同材质来作为梁柱,如金属类,只要预先在各基座的梁柱置入点预留容置空间,如打预留圆洞从开口夹持部顶部平行贯通基座,如此可以事后在基座分别加装所需的梁柱,因此可形成具有开口夹持部、开口夹持部内有滑槽,滑槽有卡扣,基座有延伸部及桥弓部,各部件之间以网状结构体联结形成支撑,将多个基座合组后形成具有交叉梁柱可耐重压的塑料栈板。
本发明提供的塑料栈板结构,目的是解决现有的技术,达到提高栈板承受荷重,减低栈板断裂或卡扣处损坏,并在局部损坏时可快速做局部汰换,降低资源浪费,更能符合环保节能减废。
以下在实施方式中详细叙述本发明的详细特征以及优点,其内容足以使任何熟习相关技艺者了解本发明的技术内容并据以实施,且根据本说明书所揭露的内容、申请专利范围及图式,任何熟习相关技艺者可轻易地理解本发明相关的目的及优点。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2所示,为第一实施例:为本发明塑料栈板的整体外观结构,包含多个基座10,由一水平方向及一垂直方向相互结合。其中,各基座10包含基部11、延伸部17、桥弓部18、第一支撑部16及第二支撑部16a所组成。
请参阅图2所示,为本发明塑料栈板的分解图及基座10由一水平方向及一垂直方向相互结合的结合图。水平向基座10为概呈长条方形的片体结构,其较佳地是由PE(聚乙烯)、PP(高聚物聚丙烯)或塑料合成材质所制成。其中基座10具有基部11,基部11具有多个开口夹持部13,并呈一间隔排列,以本实施例而言,其开口夹持部13较佳地设置数量为三个,但本发明并非以此为限,开口夹持部13当可视使用者的需求而增加或减少。开口夹持部13的形状足以能使水平向与垂直向基座相互以开口对开口咬合为目的,其外观略为矩形,其内设开口以便口对口的矩形可互相夹持,又开口夹持部13内更可加设滑入槽13a,使开口夹持部13可以滑入槽13a相接,其中滑入槽13a包含三角形滑槽,但本发明并非以此为限。其中为加强结合及结合后牢固,更可在滑入槽13a内设切开线15,并在切开线15后端预设卡扣14,其中卡扣14较佳地为圆形锁。目的为使二基座结合时可循滑槽顺利滑入,及滑入后因设有卡扣14自动扣住,使基座结合牢靠,又因滑入槽13a预设有切开线15,故使基座因间隙而具有弹性可以方便日后分开二不同向的基座,使拆卸简单,达到可更换损坏部位及可多次组装的目的。
又本实施例中,基部11中设有内缩成弓的桥弓部18,形成于延伸部17之间,目的使叉车的前臂可以方便在水平向或垂直向进入本塑料栈板,又因二个基座交叉点自然形成十字,提供了强固的负重基础。
又本实施例中,第一支撑部16与第二支撑部16a分别形成一网状结构体,以X、Y、ヨ、ロ方式连接基座各部件形成上、下、左、右等立体支撑群。使本发明的塑料栈板达到质轻耐重又因可自由装卸,故可以轻易的将损坏的基座卸下淘换,仍能维持原有功能,而不必将整个栈板丢弃,提供了节约减废的环保功能。
又本实施例中为了缩小水平基座与垂直基座之间的空间,避免承载物体积小时从空隙中落下,可设置嵌入式塑料角板30,此塑料角板30是中空由塑料挤塑成的网状联结的方式,在与基座10交接处预设卡扣结构31,使塑料角板30可以方便快速的扣入基座10,又塑料角板30以网状片体作成弓状延伸并与基座10联结,更可强化塑料角板30的抗压力。
在本实施中例中的水平基座10及垂直基座10设置的多寡,是由栈板需要的荷重多寡来决定,其组合方式包含四支基座10、六支基座10或八支基座10所组成,并搭配塑料角板30定位于各基座10上。为前所述基座10的数量设置仅为举例本发明并非以此为限。
请参阅图3所示,为本发明的第二实施例:具有梁柱12可折卸式的塑料栈板结构,为了强化塑料栈板的荷重能力,本发明特别提出了具有梁柱12结构可以组卸的塑料栈板,梁柱12为概呈长条形的圆柱状,其较佳地可由金属材质所制成,如铁或铝合金,但本发明并非以此为限。其设置的方法包含:先由塑料依结构需要预压铸成水平方向及垂直方向的基座10:水平向基座10,由基部11,多个开口夹持部13,多个延伸部17,多个桥弓部18,组成基座10的主要部位,并由塑料压铸的片体,采钢梁连接的网状结构体方式,作为连接各该主要部位形成以网状结构片体作为支撑,在上层,即基部11的区域称为第一支撑部16,层别在下称即延伸部17的区域称为第二支撑部16a。
垂直方向的基座10,也是由基部11,多个开口夹持部13,多个延伸部17,多个桥弓部18,组成基座10的主要部位,其因开口夹持部13开口向下,定义为垂直方向的基座10。各主要部位也由塑料压铸的片体,采建筑钢梁相接的钢构方式,以塑料压塑形成网状结构的片体,作为连接各部件的基础并据以形成基座的支撑部。
再预设梁柱12,为强化并提高本发明各基座10相结合后的荷重能力,特加设梁柱12结构,即在各基座10的开口夹持部13的设定处加装梁柱,如图3所示,使基座10依水平及垂直互相结合后形成具梁柱12十字交叉型的塑料栈板,因此可提高本发明的栈板抗重抗压能力。
预设梁柱12的方法包含一体成型法:在水平向、垂直向的基座10中,于设置连接各主要部位的片体时(即第一支撑部16与第二支撑部16a),即预先做好梁柱12以及梁柱12与其连接第一支撑部16片体间连接方式,即以梁柱12为中心发射X、Y、<、>、H等结构的联体方式,当以塑料压铸后即一体成型,成为具有梁柱12型水平向或者垂直向可组卸的基座10,用于形成能荷重压的钢构式机构体。
再者,设置方法更包含预留空间法。在水平向及垂直向的基座10的各部位于第一支撑部16的片体连接时,即预先量测定位好放置金属材的容置空间20(参照图3、图5及图6),使基座10整体成型后放置的位置也完成,此时,可视需要从外部置入所需直径大小的金属棒体,又因事先已预留位置,故也可留卡锁(图中未示),使棒体置入随水平向基座与垂直向基座固接后固定,若欲取出梁柱12,则将卡锁打开,即可取出。
具梁柱12型的水平向的基座10与垂直向的基座10,双方以各该开口夹持部13相对介面,如图3所示,多个基座10相接,便组成一独立栈板(参照图1),本发明更提出,以塑料角板30来缩小基座10与基座10间的空隙。
请参阅图3及图4所示,此塑料角板30是以塑料网状结构互相联结成一塑料角板30,在与基座10介面的地方分别在基座10及其交接处预设连接的卡扣结构31,其中,卡扣结构31较佳地可为上、下子母活动锁、一迭式扣、一圆形扣或一钩扣,用于固定塑料角板30与基座10。再者,每一基部11具有多个定位槽40,用于定位每一塑料角板30,每一定位槽40具有结合件41,用于结合每一塑料角板30,使得塑料角板30更加牢固定位于基座10上。当要拆卸时,可将活动锁打开,用于置入该塑料角板30后自动扣紧,且以加压或横移方式松脱扣紧解除该些结合件。即可简易的将塑料角板30卸下。
上述实施例中的塑料角板30也可由大面积的支撑面板代替,该支撑面板用于减少该些基座10结合后,各该基座10间距离远的空隙,该支撑板版也包含一卡扣结构,该支撑面板与各该基座10交叉处经由该卡扣结构结合。
本发明藉由水平的基座与垂直的基座具有梁柱,当基座互相于开口夹持部结合时,藉由梁柱的设置而增加水平的基座与垂直的基座的结构强度。并且藉由水平基座与垂直基座的座体中空状空间,形成相互交错的支撑部,亦更加增强水平向与垂直向的强度结构增加扭力及对角剪力,解决现有栈板无法承受动态荷重,而导致栈板断裂或其组装结合的卡扣处损坏的问题。
本发明藉由水平向基座具有梁柱及开口夹持部,垂直向基座具有梁柱及开口夹持部来形成垂直的交叉结合,用于提高抗压时栈板的扭力及剪力,但若针对轻量运送时,因不须高重量的动态负重,此时可以取消各基座的梁柱结构,但仍保持各本体开口夹持部,甚至不必以六件八件式组合,改采四件式搭配角板的组合,成井字方式交叉相压夹持成型,以达到省料、弹性组合的目的。
本发明所提供的塑料栈板结构,又提供了一种依使用状况弹性组合的用途,即当有损坏时,只针对该损坏的基座或该损坏的角板进行个别替换,因是组合式故可以轻易汰换,不影响原来功能,提高了耐用持久性,不像传统塑料栈板,一有损坏缺角,整个栈板报销,如此可以达到省料、减废的环保要求。

Claims (15)

1.一种塑料栈板结构,其特征在于,包含:
多个基座,由一水平方向及一垂直方向相互结合;其中,各该基座具有一用于放置物品的支撑面,包含:
基部,包含多个开口夹持部;
延伸部,连接于该基部;
桥弓部,形成于该延伸部之间;
第一支撑部,位于该延伸部的上方;及
第二支撑部,位于该第一支撑部的下方;其中,所述第一支撑部和所述第二支撑部分别形成一网状结构体;所述网状结构体垂直于所述支撑面;
其中,通过该开口夹持部,水平方向上和垂直方向上的基座相互结合;
还包含:
多个塑料角板,包含第一卡扣结构,用于减少该些基座结合后,各该基座间距离远的空隙,其中,各该塑料角板是由塑料片体形成网状联结的方式,该塑料角板与各该基座交叉处经由该第一卡扣结构结合,该塑料角板在与各该基座交叉处包含一延伸支撑片,用于强化该塑料角板的抗压力。
2.如权利要求1所述的塑料栈板结构,其特征在于,该塑料栈板结构的组合方式包含四支基座、六支基座或八支基座所组成,并搭配该些塑料角板定位于各该基座上。
3.如权利要求1所述的塑料栈板结构,其特征在于,其中每一该基座包含多个定位槽,用于定位该塑料角板。
4.如权利要求3所述的塑料栈板结构,其特征在于,每一该定位槽至少包含一结合件,用于结合每一该塑料角板。
5.如权利要求4所述的塑料栈板结构,其特征在于,该些结合件包含一子母扣、一迭式扣、一圆形扣或一钩扣,用于置入该塑料角板后自动扣紧,且以加压或横移方式松脱扣紧解除该些结合件。
6.如权利要求1所述的塑料栈板结构,其特征在于,该第一支撑部与该第二支撑部包含一网状结构体,由塑料预压铸而形成X形、Y形、E形、M形、矩形及其组合的群组的结构,用于形成该基座的内部结构体。
7.一种塑料栈板结构,其特征在于,包含:
多个基座,由一水平方向及一垂直方向相互结合;其中,各该基座具有一用于放置物品的支撑面,包含:
基部,包含多个开口夹持部;
延伸部,连接于该基部;
桥弓部,形成于该延伸部之间;
第一支撑部,位于该延伸部的上方;及
第二支撑部,位于该第一支撑部的下方;其中,所述第一支撑部和所述第二支撑部分别形成一网状结构体;所述网状结构体垂直于所述支撑面;
其中,在该些基座中,靠临开口夹持部处分别各预设一梁柱,该梁柱横跨该第一支撑部,用于增加荷重力,经由在预定的各该开口夹持部相交接后,该些梁柱形成具有水平、垂直交叉梁型态;
还包含:
多个塑料角板,包含第一卡扣结构,用于减少该些基座结合后,各该基座间距离远的空隙,其中,各该塑料角板是由塑料片体形成网状联结的方式,该塑料角板与各该基座交叉处经由该第一卡扣结构结合,该塑料角板在与各该基座交叉处包含一延伸支撑片,用于强化该塑料角板抗压力。
8.如权利要求7所述的塑料栈板结构,其特征在于,该梁柱从该开口夹持部贯穿该基座,该梁柱以塑料浇铸方式与该第一支撑部结合,且该第一支撑部与该第二支撑部分别形成一网状结构体,该网状结构体包含X形、E形、Y形及其组合的群组的结构,用于形成能荷重压的钢构式机构体。
9.如权利要求7所述的塑料栈板结构,其特征在于,该梁柱从该开口夹持部贯穿该基座,该基座还包括在成型时预留的一容置空间,该梁柱插入该容置空间中,从而形成一金属梁柱基座。
10.如权利要求7所述的塑料栈板结构,其特征在于,该塑料栈板结构的组合方式包含四支基座、六支基座或八支基座所组成,并搭配该些塑料角板定位于各该基座上。
11.如权利要求7所述的塑料栈板结构,其特征在于,每一该基座包含多个定位槽,用于定位该塑料角板。
12.如权利要求11所述的塑料栈板结构,其特征在于,每一该定位槽至少包含一结合件,用于结合每一该塑料角板。
13.如权利要求12所述的塑料栈板结构,其特征在于,该些结合件包含一子母扣、一迭式扣、一圆形扣或一钩扣,用于置入该塑料角板后自动扣紧,且以加压或横移方式松脱扣紧解除该些结合件。
14.如权利要求7所述的塑料栈板结构,其特征在于,各该开口夹持部包含一滑入槽及一卡扣,其中该滑入槽包含一三角形滑槽,使该梁柱能随该滑入槽进入预定位,定位后经由该卡扣依势扣着,且该滑入槽包含一切开线,当各该基座上下对接后,该切开线使各该基座在该开口夹持部有弹性,用于化解压力。
15.如权利要求7所述的塑料栈板结构,其特征在于,该第一支撑部与该第二支撑部包含一网状结构体,由塑料预压铸而形成X形、Y形、E形、M形、矩形及其组合的群组的结构,来形成该基座的内部结构体。
