背景技术  干椒麻香牛舌采用牛舌原料,加入多种香料特制的一款好吃的美食。 
发明内容  本发明的目的是提供一种干椒麻香牛舌。 
方案是:牛舌25-28kg,干辣椒1.8-2kg、剁椒1.5-1.6kg、花椒150-160g、姜末0.5-0.6kg、八角粉200-250g、酱油420-450g、盐0.5-0.6kg。 
制备方法:将牛舌洗净入开水汆熟,将干辣椒、剁椒、青椒、姜末、八角粉、花椒全部倒入到热油锅中,炒香,再将汆好的牛舌倒入香料中,快速大火爆炒半分钟,加水大火煮半小时,冷却腌制24小时,香味渗入到牛舌中,辣中带麻,香中带鲜。

牛舌25-28kg,干辣椒1.8-2kg、剁椒1.5-1.6kg、花椒150-160g、姜末0.5-0.6kg、八角粉200-250g、酱油420-450g、盐0.5-0.6kg。

牛舌25-28kg,干辣椒1.8-2kg、剁椒1.5-1.6kg、花椒150-160g、姜末0.5-0.6kg、八角粉200-250g、酱油420-450g、盐0.5-0.6kg。
2.根据权利要求1所述的上述干椒麻香牛舌,其特征在于包含以下组份:
牛舌25kg,干辣椒1.8kg、剁椒1.5kg、花椒150g、姜末0.5kg、八角粉200g、酱油420g、盐0.5kg。
