Abstract

一种制备穿过天花板和墙壁的防水耐水电缆绝缘套管的方法,该套管由一段特定长度的空心管构成,其端面在全部电缆线穿入后封闭,然后用由两种成分组成的一种可老化——硬化的浇注料将空心全管填满,在电缆绝缘套管的端面上嵌置使全部电缆线相互保持一定距离的成型件,电缆绝缘套管壁与成型件之间缝隙用同样的浇注料填充。此法比现有技术简单,其端壁采用纤维绝缘材料压制的模块制成,也可用长纤维的纤维玻璃绝缘材料或石棉模块制成。

Description

本发明涉及一种制备穿过天花板的墙壁的防水耐火电缆绝缘套管的方法,该套管由一段特定长度的管件构成,其端部在全部电缆线穿过后封闭,然后用由两种成分组成的可老化-硬化的流质料将管件填满,其中在电缆绝缘套管的端面上嵌置有使各电缆线相互保持一定距离的成型件,而电缆绝缘套管壁与成型件之间的缝隙则充填了与成型件一样材料的碎片。
在德国专利DE2908238    C2上公开的同类方法中,端壁是采用一种两面挤压的具有吸水膨胀性能的材料制作的。这种材料在用液态浇注料填充空心管之前需用一种溶液预先进行处理,这种溶液例如可用硅盐水,除有膨胀效果外还可使材料达到硬(固)化并具有耐火特性。
本发明的目的在于提供一种简单而能降低生产成本的方法。
按照本发明达到这一目的措施是采用纤维绝缘材料压制的模块制作端壁。
按照本发明另一些结构方案,模块还可由长纤维的纤维玻璃绝缘材料制成,还可由石棉纤维绝缘材料制成。
与开头所述的现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于不需要喷洒一种溶液来预处理模块,因为,根据德国工业标准DIN    4102,所采用的玻璃纤维绝缘材料是不可燃的,而且还可以避免所填充的有机或无机烊浇注料漏溢。因此,与已知方法相比其优越性在于减少一道工序。
附图示出了按本发明方法制作的电缆线绝缘套管端部。
制备电缆绝缘套管1时,先将所有电缆线7穿入管件4,此管件4已穿过诸如一艘船舶甲板上的隔板壁3,该壁3又用焊缝5进行水密气密连接;然后,在各电缆线7之间及其与管件4的内壁间的中间空隙用模块2填充的,模块2可用纤维绝缘材料压制而成,也可以用长纤维的纤维玻璃材料或石质纤维绝缘材料(石棉)制成;再用与模块2一样材料的碎片将所有空腔和间隙填满后再对整个模块2进行挤压,最后通过一个或多个注入管6向电缆绝缘套管1内灌注一种耐火的流质材料。该流质材料渗透到用纤维绝缘材料压制的模块2中后,并在硬化后与这些模块形成一个耐火和密封的电缆绝缘套管。上述流质材料可以,例如选用无机流质材料E795、无机流质材料E950或有机流质材料E292。

Claims (3)

1、一种用于制备穿过天花板或墙壁的防水耐火电缆绝缘套管的方法,电缆绝缘套管包括一节特定长度的管件,所述方法包括下列步骤:
将电缆穿入管件中;
在管件端部、各电缆线及其与管件4的内壁间的中间空隙配置由纤维绝缘材料压制的模块;
用与上述模块一样的材料制成的碎片将所有其余在管件壁与模块之间的空腔和间隙填满;及
通过一个或多个入管向绝缘套管内灌注一种由两种成份组成的耐火无机或耐火有机流质材料。
2、如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述模块是用长纤维的纤维玻璃绝缘材料制成的。
3、如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述模块是用由石棉制成的纤维玻璃绝缘材料制成的。
