Abstract

一种制备穿过天花板和墙壁的防水耐火电缆绝 缘套管的方法,该套管由一段特定长度的空心管构 成,其端面在全部电缆线穿入后封闭,然后用由两种 成分组成的一种可老化——硬化的浇注料将空心,全 管填满,在电缆绝缘套管的端面上嵌置使全部电缆线 相互保持一定距离的成型件,电缆绝缘套管壁与成型 件之间缝隙用同样的浇注料填充。此法比现有技术 简单,其端壁采用纤维绝缘材料压制的模块制成,也 可用长纤维的纤维玻璃绝缘材料或石棉模块制成。

Description

本发明涉及一种制备穿过天花板和墙壁的防水耐火电缆绝缘套管的方法,该套管由一段特定长度的空心管构成,其端面在全部电缆线穿过后封闭,然后用由两种成分组成的可老化-硬化的浇注料将空心管填满,此时在电缆绝缘套管的端面上嵌置使全部电缆线相互保持一定距离的成型件,电缆绝缘套管壁与成型件之间的缝隙用同样的浇注料填充。
在德国专利DE  29  08  238  C2上公开的同类方法中,端壁是采用一种两面挤压的具有吸水膨胀性能的材料制作的。这种材料在用液态浇注料填充空心管之前需用一种溶液预先进行处理,这种溶液例如可用硅盐水,除有膨胀效果外还可使材料达到硬(固)化并具有耐火特性。
本发明的目的在于提供一种简单而能降低生产成本的方法。
按照本发明达到这一目的措施是采用纤维绝缘材料压制的模块制作端壁。
按照本发明另一些结构方案,模块还可由长纤维的纤维玻璃绝缘材料制成,还可由石质纤维绝缘材料(石棉)制成。
与开头所述的现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于不需要用一种溶液的喷洒来预处理模块,因为,根据德国工业标准DIN  4102,所采用的玻璃纤维绝缘材料是不可燃的,而且还可以避免所填充的有机或无机类浇注料漏溢。因此,与已知方法相比其优越性在于减少一道工序。
附图中示有按本发明方法制作的电缆线绝缘套管端面的一个俯视图。
该电缆线绝缘套管1包括有一节椭园形的管件4,该管件穿过诸如一艘船舶甲板上隔板的壁3,并与该壁用焊接缝5进行水密、气密连接。穿过电缆绝缘套管1的电缆均用标号7表示,这里,采用纤维绝缘材料压制的模块2使这些电缆线相互之间及其管件4内壁间保持一定的距离。模块2可以用长纤维的纤维玻璃绝缘材料或石质纤维绝缘材料(石棉)制成。
制备电缆绝缘套管1时,在将所有电缆线7穿入管件4后,电缆线7之间及其与管件4内壁间的中间空隙用模块2填充。当所有空腔和间隙填满后,整个料束稍加挤压,然后通过一个或多个注入管6向电缆绝缘套管1内灌注一种耐火的浇注料。该浇注料渗透到用纤维绝缘材料压制的模块2中后,并在硬化后与这些模块形成一个耐火和密封的端壁。作为浇注料,例如可以选用无机浇注材料E795、无机浇注材料E950或有机浇注材料E292。

Claims (3)

1、用于制备穿过天花板和墙壁的防水耐火电缆绝缘套管的方法,该套管由一段特定长度的空心管构成,其端面在全部电缆线穿过后封闭,然后用一种可老化-硬化的由两种成分组成的浇注料将空心管填满,此时在电缆绝缘套管的端面上嵌置使全部电缆线相互保持一定距离的成型件,电缆绝缘套管壁与成型件之间的缝隙用同样的浇注料填充,其特征在于:端壁是采用纤维绝缘材料压制的模块(2)制作的。
2、按权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:模块(2)是由长纤维的纤维玻璃绝缘材料制成。
3、按权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:模块(2)采用石质材料绝缘材料(石棉)制成。
