【背景技术】
[0002] 动力电池组主要运用于电动汽车,电动摩托车等领域,动力电池组采用的电芯与其他电池组基本相同,主要特征在于其电池组的容量要大,电池组电芯数量多,其难度主要体现在电芯焊接上。目前国内大多数厂商仍然采用传统的手工焊接方式,具体操作是:1、电池包装入治具。2、安装镍片。3、手工一个个点焊。这种方式存在众多缺陷,其主要表现在:
1、焊接劳动强度大焊接效率底,并极易造成工人疲劳。2、专用点焊电源(价格昂贵)投入多利用率极低,导致企业成本大大增加。3、焊接不可靠容易虚焊,造成废品率居高不下而且电池组可靠性差,给企业造成巨大损失。4、焊接外观不佳,焊点容易产生毛刺、发黄、发黑等现象。5、焊接时间不可控,容易引起电芯内阻、电压、容量变化,对电芯性能造成影响。6、操作安全性差,人工焊接火花大更有可能引起炸火等现象,影响工人安全。7、焊点位置不准确,手工操作无法保证焊点的位置统一。8、无法克服焊接中存在的粘针现象。目前少部分企业为提高焊接效率及质量,也采取了一些改进措施,如加入人工辅助系统及半自动点焊系统,但仍未从根本上摆脱上述缺陷。
[0003] 现 有技术中提供了一种“点焊机”,见公开号为:CN102114572A,公开日为:2011.07.06的中国专利,该发明的点焊机,其是在原有的固定平台、上电极和上电极等基础上加以改进,即特点是:还包括供待焊工件放置的台面和驱动该台面上下升降的驱动机构,且台面位于固定平台和上电极之间,在该台面上开有与下电极相对的通孔。采用这样的点焊机进行点焊时,可以通过上电极施力于待焊工件来控制台面的下降,且当待焊工件与下电极相触碰开始点焊时,随着上电极停止下移,台面也就停止下降,因而采用该发明后,无论下电极有多大的磨损量,均可以通过台面的下降来自动得到补偿,故这种无需人为调整下电极高度的方式,极大提高了生产效率,确保了点焊质量,避免了人为因素导致的质量事故,并且具有结构简单、通用性好、改造成本低的特点。
[0004] 后又提供了一种“电池极片的点焊装置”,见公开号为:CN101439437,公开日为:2009.05.27的中国专利,该发明的电池极片的点焊装置,包括工作台,设置在工作台上的机架,设置在机架内升降轴和弹簧,设置在升降轴上侧且与升降轴固定联接的针座,设置在针座内的点焊针,及设置在工作台上且与点焊针相对应的点焊下模,所述的升降轴下端部设置有下拉气缸,下拉气缸通过控制电路与多点焊接操作控制器相连接,该多点焊接操作控制器与控制开关相联接;其优点是:通过多点焊接操作控制器,可实现一次操作,多点焊接的功能,从而大大提高的焊接的生产效率,降低了工人的操作强度,并有利于产品质量的提高。其上述两个专利的点焊装置,其焊接合格率低、容易虚焊、电芯变形、焊针粘结、焊点不均等缺陷。【发明内容】

[0013] 本发明的优点在于:本发明包括上下设置且与所述系统的PLC连接的点焊装置和点焊冶具固定装置;将电池组放置于点焊冶具中,并将点焊冶具置于点焊冶具固定装置的夹紧机构中进行固定;通过设置所述用于调节所述横梁高度的立柱来调节所述横梁的高度;并通过X轴运动机构控制所述X轴滑台在横梁中的定位,即完成点焊机构在横梁中的位置;再通过Y轴运动机构控制所述点焊机构在Y轴的定位;启动系统通过点焊机构对点焊冶具中的电池组进行点焊作业,其中点焊机构中的焊针接触到电池镍片时,系统的PLC控制点焊电源放电,同时点焊机构中的冶具气缸对旋转装置做功使得正极导向柱旋转,破除了焊针粘针的现象。本发明的整个工作流程由系统的PLC进行控制,其为智能化全自动点焊,其采用龙门式结构,配合大点焊治具台板及用于调节横梁高度的立柱;大大增加了一次电芯安装数量和对电芯高度的适应能力,降低了工人劳动强度,提高了点焊效率和质量。

【具体实施方式】
[0021] 请参阅图1和图2所示,本发明的一种电池组的龙门式自动点焊系统,包括上下设置且与所述系统的PLC (未图示)电连接的点焊装置I和点焊冶具固定装置2 (图1中点焊冶具固定装置未画出);所述点焊装置I包括横梁11、一组并排相对设置的用于调节所述横梁11高度的立柱12、点焊机构13、用于固定所述点焊机构13的X轴滑台14、使所述点焊机构13纵向移动的Y轴运动机构15以及使所述X轴滑台14横向移动的X轴运动机构16 ;所述横梁11底部平行设置有两导轨111,所述横梁11表面设置有一组相对称的横梁固定座112,所述两横梁固定座112分别通过一带有手轮121的螺杆122可滑动地嵌在所述立柱12上,以利于所述横梁11在立柱12上移动;其手轮121旋转带动螺杆122纵向运动,从而带动横梁11在立柱12上移动;所述立柱12端部设有用于固定螺杆122的螺杆固定座123 ;所述X轴滑台14垂直设于所述横梁11底部且嵌套在所述两导轨111上;所述Y轴运动机构15设置于所述X轴滑台14上,所述点焊机构13固定设置于所述Y轴运动机构15上且与所述点焊冶具固定装置2相垂直;所述使X轴滑台14横向移动的X轴运动机构16设置设于所述横梁11底部且位于所述两导轨111之间。
[0022] 如图3所示,所述Y轴运动机构15包括模组滑台151和用于控制模组滑台151纵向移动的Y轴伺服电机152 ;所述模组滑台151上表面设有用于固定所述点焊机构13的固定板153 ;所述模组滑台151垂直设于所述X轴滑台14上,所述固定板153固定于所述模组滑台151上,所述Y轴伺服电机152设于所述模组滑台151的端部以控制模组滑台151的纵向移动。见图2,所述X轴运动机构16包括横梁丝杆161、一组并排相对设置的用于固定横梁丝杆161的轴承座162以及用于控制所述X轴滑台14在所述两导轨111上滑动的X轴伺服电机163 ;所述轴承座162固定于所述横梁11底部且位于所述两导轨111之间,所述横梁丝杆161固定在所述两轴承座162之间且与所述横梁11平行;其X轴滑台14底部还套设在所述横梁丝杆161上;所述X轴伺服电机163固定于所述横梁11底部且与所述横梁丝杆161连接,从而X轴伺服电机163控制横梁丝杆161运动的同时带动X轴滑台14运动。
[0023] 如图4所示,所述点焊冶具固定装置2包括点焊冶具台板21和用于夹紧点焊冶具4的夹紧机构23,所述夹紧机构23设置于所述点焊冶具台板21上且与所述点焊机构13相垂直。
[0024] 所述夹紧机构23包括一组并排相对设置的点焊冶具导向定位板231和一点焊冶具限位块232 ;所述点焊冶具导向定位板231固定于所述点焊冶具台板21上,所述点焊冶具导向定位板231上架设有一带压紧手轮2331的压紧板233,该压紧手轮2331用于调节压紧板233的压力;所述压紧板233与所述点焊冶具导向定位板231相垂直;所述点焊冶具限位块232固定于所述点焊冶具台板21上且与所述压紧板233相垂直,所述点焊冶具限位块232、所述两压紧板233围成一用于夹紧点焊冶具4的空间。
[0025] 见如图2,其中所述系统还包括一底板3,所述底板3固定于所述立柱12下且位于所述点焊冶具台板21底部;所述的底板3上表面设有以利用所述点焊冶具台板21滑动的一组滑轨31,该组滑轨31并排相对设置;所述点焊冶具台板21可滑动地嵌设于所述滑轨31上;这样点焊冶具台板21可以在底板3上滑动,灵活度高。
[0026] 如图5和图6所示,其中,所述点焊机构13包括焊针131、焊针固定座132、焊座主体133以及用于调节焊针压力的压力调节装置134 ;所述焊座主体133内嵌设有正极导向柱135和负极导向柱136,所述焊针固定座132与所述焊座主体133的正极导向柱135和负极导向柱136连接;所述焊针固定座132嵌设有所述焊针131 ;所述压力调节装置134嵌设在所述焊座主体133的尾部且与所述正极导向柱135和负极导向柱136连接。
[0027] 所述焊座主体133上并排相对设置有一冶具气缸137和一用于旋转正极导向柱135的旋转装置138,所述旋转装置138包括一摆臂1381和一推杆1382 ;所述摆臂1381的一端嵌套在所述正极导向柱135上,另一端固定连接所述的推杆1382 ;所述推杆1382和所述的冶具气缸137的气缸轴(未图示)连接;这样点焊机构13中的冶具气缸137对旋转装置138的推杆1382做功使得摆臂1381进行转动从而使正极导向柱135旋转,破除了焊针131粘针的现象。
[0028] 所述压力调节装置134包括一组调压旋钮1341、一组过渡套1342、一组螺杆1343、一组弹簧1344、一组弹簧上支撑台1345以及一组弹簧下支撑台1346 ;所述一组弹簧下支撑台1346分别套设在所述正极导向柱135和负极导向柱136 ;所述一组调压旋钮1341分别对应套设于所述的过渡套1342且通过螺杆1343进行固定;所述螺杆1343的尾部套设有所述弹簧上支撑台1345 ;所述弹簧1344嵌套于所述上支撑台1345和下支撑台1346之间,且上支撑台1345和下支撑台1346相对应;这样调节旋钮1341旋转时螺杆1343 —起旋转,从而压缩弹簧1344,弹簧1344的另一头连接的正极导向柱135和负极导向柱136就可以滑动,从而调节焊针131的压力。
[0029] 如图7所示,其中本发明的点焊冶具4包括两侧均带有一上锁合部411的上模板41、两侧均带有一下锁合部421的下模板42、以及一组带有锁紧螺杆431的锁紧手轮43 ;所述上模板41的上锁合部411和下模板42的下锁合部421经所述的带有锁紧螺杆431的锁紧手轮43进行锁合,所述上模板41和下模板42表面均设有复数个点焊窗口 44。其点焊冶具也可以是其他类型的点焊冶具。
[0030] 本发明的工作原理如下:
[0031] 在点焊系统开始工作前先通过压力调节装置134将焊针131压力调节好,再调整横梁11高度以适应所点焊电芯的高度,通过设置所述用于调节所述横梁高度的立柱12来调节所述横梁11的高度;当旋动立柱12上的手轮121时,螺杆122转动横梁固定座112便随着螺杆122转动上升或下降,从而调节横梁11高度,横梁11高度调节完毕后,将电池包装入点焊治具4,点焊治具4分为上模板41和下模板42,上模板41和下模板42固定电池包,通过带有锁紧螺杆431的锁紧手轮43进行锁合上模板41和下模板42,使两模板夹紧,从而固定住电池包。电池包装入点焊治具4后,通过点焊冶具导向定位板231和一点焊冶具限位块232将点焊治具4进行限位,旋转压紧手轮2331推动压紧板233向前伸,压紧点焊冶具4。点焊冶具4固定完成后,按系统的启动按钮,微机中储存有相应点焊位置数据,按启动后微机发送数据给PLC,PLC得到位置数据后通过X轴伺服电机163控制所述X轴滑台14在横梁11中的定位,即完成点焊机构13在横梁11中的位置;再通过Y轴伺服电机152控制所述点焊机构13在Y轴的定位;X/Y轴定位完成后,开始点焊作业,其中点焊装置I中的焊针131接触到电池镍片时,系统的PLC控制点焊电源放电,同时点焊装置I中的冶具气缸147对旋转装置148做功使得正极导向柱145旋转,破除了焊针粘针的现象。一次点焊完成,继续下一点点焊直到所有焊点全部完成。点焊治具4 一面焊点全部完成后,松开夹具,将整个点焊冶具4翻转一面夹紧,点焊另一面,两面全部完成后松开夹具取出电池包,完成一次流程。
[0032] 本发明具有两轴(X、Y轴)运动机构,且横梁还可以在立柱上调节高度即完成Z轴的调节。本发明有如下优点:1、具有三轴运动能力,自动点焊灵活准确、生产效率高。2、ζ轴闻度可大范围调整,极大的提闻了焊机对不同闻度电芯的适应能力。3、一次装夹电芯数量大。4、系统的设备模块化组合设计可以同时适应横式、卧式点焊机,且压力、间距可调、正极焊针可旋转。本发明的点焊冶具4配合PLC精确控制,保证焊针快速运动和精确定位。焊针配备精密弹簧及压力调节装置保证点焊压力一致,同时焊针装配冶具气缸在焊接完成后做旋转动作解决粘针问题。系统PLC长期高速扫描输入电压,电源一波动,便立即计算补偿资料,改变焊接能量,使焊接不因电压波动而出现虚焊或炸火现象,通过系统PLC控制实现双脉冲焊接,即预焊和续焊。预焊清除氧化层,消除杂物,减小火花;续焊保证焊点美观牢固,焊点大小均匀无毛刺,保证每次焊接效果一致,保证了焊接质量和外观。
