Abstract
一种制备决奈达隆及其药学上可接受的盐的方法,该方法包括:在不添加任何催化剂的条件下,将5-氨基-2-丁基-3-(4-[3-(二丁基氨基)丙氧基]苯甲酰基)苯并呋喃(化合物A)与甲磺酰氯反应得到决奈达隆盐酸盐粗品,其经过纯化得到高纯度的纯品。然后所得的决奈达隆盐酸盐可以经碱性溶液处理转化为高纯度的决奈达隆,其也可进一步转化为其药学上可接受的其它盐。在该方法中,化合物A与甲磺酰氯可以顺利进行酰化反应,并且抑制了双甲磺酰副产物的生成。
