本发明涉及一种鞋底,特别涉及一种EVA鞋底,其包括有以下成份(重量百分比):48%-52%的EVA,18%-22%的异戊橡胶(IR),8%-10%的POE塑胶原料,4%-6%的滑石粉,0.4%-2.6%的发泡剂,0.7%-0.9%的架桥剂,1.0%-1.6%的氧化锌,0.8%-1.2%的氧化镁,0.6%-0.8%的硬脂酸,0.8%-1.2%的硬脂酸锌,2.5%-3.5%的树脂,3%-6%的耐磨剂,0.4%-0.6%的分散剂,0.4%-0.6%的流动剂。采用上述配方制成的鞋底,既具有既有普通的EVA鞋底所具有的轻质、防震效果好等优点,同时又有良好的耐磨性能,具有穿着寿命长的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种鞋底,特别涉及一种EVA鞋底。
背景技术
EVA(乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物)材料由于具有回弹性和抗张力高,韧性高,具有良好的防震、缓冲性能,隔热,保温防寒及低温性能优异,可耐严寒和曝晒,密闭泡孔,隔音效果好,密闭泡孔结构、不吸水、防潮、耐水性能良好,耐海水、油脂、酸、碱等化学品腐蚀等优异性能,因此被广泛用于制造鞋底。但是普通的EVA鞋底也有不足之处:就是不耐磨,这就影响了鞋子的使用寿命。
发明内容
为了克服现有普通的EVA鞋底存在不耐磨、穿着寿命短的技术问题,本发明提供一种高弹轻质耐磨鞋底,该鞋底既有普通的EVA鞋底所具有的轻质、防震效果好等优点,同时又有良好的耐磨性能,具有穿着寿命长的优点。
本发明的技术方案是:一种高弹轻质耐磨鞋底,其包括有以下成份(重量百分比): 48%-52%的EVA, 18%-22%的异戊橡胶(IR),8%-10%的POE塑胶原料, 4%-6%的滑石粉,0.4%-2.6%的发泡剂,0.7%-0.9%的架桥剂,1.0%-1.6%的氧化锌,0.8%-1.2%的氧化镁,0.6%-0.8%的硬脂酸,0.8%-1.2%的硬脂酸锌,2.5%-3.5%的树脂,3%-6%的耐磨剂,0.4%-0.6%的分散剂,0.4%-0.6%的流动剂。
采且下述的配方比例(重量百分比),其效果会更优:  50%的EVA,20%的异戊橡胶(IR),9%的POE塑胶原料, 5%的滑石粉,2.0%的发泡剂, 0.8%的架桥剂,1.5%的氧化锌,1%的氧化镁, 0.7%的硬脂酸, 1%的硬脂酸锌, 3%的树脂,5%的耐磨剂, 0.5%的分散剂, 0.5%的流动剂。
发泡剂优先选用DX-74MT中温发泡剂。
架桥剂优先选用DCP架桥剂。
异戊橡胶(IR)主要是对原料起到增加其拉力的作用。
滑石粉是作为填充剂用,这样可以降低成本。
发泡剂就要是使EVA料膨胀。
氧化锌主要是增加原料的熟成。
氧化镁是增加原料在发泡后的密度。
硬脂酸起到一定的润滑作用,使物料不易粘在螺杆上。
硬脂酸主要起表面光滑的作用,用于提高产品的表面光洁度。
树指主要是对发泡后的物料起粘接作用。
耐磨剂是提高物料的耐磨作用。耐磨剂不宜加入过多,过多则会影响止滑效果,但也不宜过少,过少耐磨效果就会差。申请人经过大量试验,得出加入3%-5%(重量百份比)的耐磨剂较为合适。
分散剂的加入是对物料起到分散花斑的作用。
流动剂自然是对物料在注塑时提供其流动性能,使其更好地成型。
采用上述配方制成的鞋底,既具有既有普通的EVA鞋底所具有的轻质、防震效果好等优点,同时又有良好的耐磨性能,具有穿着寿命长的优点。
具体实施方式
实施例1:  50%的EVA,20%的异戊橡胶(IR),9%的POE塑胶原料, 5%的滑石粉,2.0%的发泡剂, 0.8%的架桥剂,1.5%的氧化锌,1%的氧化镁, 0.7%的硬脂酸, 1%的硬脂酸锌, 3%的树脂,5%的耐磨剂, 0.5%的分散剂, 0.5%的流动剂。
实施例2:48%的EVA, 20%的异戊橡胶(IR),9%的POE塑胶原料, 5%的滑石粉,2. 1%的发泡剂, 0.9%的架桥剂, 1.6%的氧化锌, 1.2%的氧化镁, 0.8%的硬脂酸, 1.2%的硬脂酸锌, 3%的树脂, 6%的耐磨剂, 0.6%的分散剂, 0.6%的流动剂。
实施例3: 52%的EVA, 20%的异戊橡胶(IR),10%的POE塑胶原料, 5%的滑石粉, 2.6%的发泡剂,0.7%的架桥剂,1.2%的氧化锌,0.8%的氧化镁,0.6%的硬脂酸,0.8%的硬脂酸锌,2.5%的树脂,3%的耐磨剂,0.4%的分散剂,0.4%的流动剂。
上述配方制得的鞋底既具有既有普通的EVA鞋底所具有的轻质、防震效果好等优点,同时又有良好的耐磨性能(耐磨损量值为150-180mm^3)具有穿着寿命长的优点。

Claims (5)

1.一种高弹轻质耐磨鞋底,其包括有以下成份(重量百分比): 48%-52%的EVA, 18%-22%的异戊橡胶(IR),8%-10%的POE塑胶原料, 4%-6%的滑石粉,0.4%-2.6%的发泡剂,0.7%-0.9%的架桥剂,1.0%-1.6%的氧化锌,0.8%-1.2%的氧化镁,0.6%-0.8%的硬脂酸,0.8%-1.2%的硬脂酸锌,2.5%-3.5%的树脂,3%-6%的耐磨剂,0.4%-0.6%的分散剂,0.4%-0.6%的流动剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高弹轻质耐磨鞋底,其特征在于:其包括有以下成份(重量百分比): 50%的EVA,20%的异戊橡胶(IR),9%的POE塑胶原料, 5%的滑石粉,2.0%的发泡剂, 0.8%的架桥剂,1.5%的氧化锌,1%的氧化镁, 0.7%的硬脂酸, 1%的硬脂酸锌, 3%的树脂,5%的耐磨剂, 0.5%的分散剂, 0.5%的流动剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高弹轻质耐磨鞋底,其特征在于:所述的POE塑胶原料为0201型POE。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高弹轻质耐磨鞋底,其特征在于:所述的发泡剂为DX-74MT中温发泡剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高弹轻质耐磨鞋底,其特征在于:所述的架桥剂为DCP架桥剂。
