本发明公开了一种橡塑混合鞋材中底,其包括以下重量份的物料:乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物40%-50%、聚异戊二烯14%-17%、POE5.5%-7.5%、三元乙丙橡胶13.5%-16.5%、二元乙丙橡胶4.5%-5.5%、三烯丙基异三聚氰酸脂0.45%-0.55%、滑石粉7.5%-8.5%、氧化锌1.4%-1.65%、发泡剂AC1.8%-2.2%、DCP架桥剂0.75%-0.85%;通过上述物料配比设计,本发明具有回弹性好、耐磨、不易撕裂、柔软性好且防滑性能好的优点,即可广泛应用于鞋材中。

一种橡塑混合鞋材中底
技术领域
本发明涉及鞋材技术领域,尤其涉及一种橡塑混合鞋材中底。
背景技术
对于现有的鞋材中底而言,其一般采用橡胶材料或者EVA材料而成。对于EVA材质的鞋材中底而言,其一般通过EVA塑胶粒发泡而成;然而,在实际的使用过程中,EVA鞋材中底普遍存在回弹性差、不耐磨且撕裂强度不够的缺陷。
另外,对于橡胶材质的鞋材中底而言,其虽可以克服回弹性差、不耐磨且容易撕裂的缺陷,在实际的使用过程中,其依然存在比重过重、舒适性差等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足而提供一种橡塑混合鞋材中底,该橡塑混合鞋材中底具有回弹性好、耐磨、撕裂强度高、柔软性好且防滑性能好的优点,即该橡塑混合鞋材中底可广泛应用于鞋材中。
为达到上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现。
    一种橡塑混合鞋材中底,包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物    40%-50%
聚异戊二烯             14%-17%
POE                   5.5%-7.5%
三元乙丙橡胶           13.5%-16.5%
二元乙丙橡胶           4.5%-5.5%
三烯丙基异三聚氰酸脂   0.45%-0.55%
滑石粉                 7.5%-8.5%
氧化锌                 1.4%-1.65%
发泡剂AC              1.8%-2.2%
DCP架桥剂             0.75%-0.85%。
进一步的,一种橡塑混合鞋材中底,包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物    45%-47%
聚异戊二烯             15%-16%
POE                   5.5%-6.5%
三元乙丙橡胶           14%-15%
二元乙丙橡胶           5%-5.5%
三烯丙基异三聚氰酸脂   0.45%-0.5%
滑石粉                 7.5%-8%
氧化锌                 1.4%-1.6%
发泡剂AC              1.9%-2%
DCP架桥剂             0.8%-0.85%。
更进一步的,一种橡塑混合鞋材中底,包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物    45.9%
聚异戊二烯             15.5%
POE                   6%
三元乙丙橡胶           14.8%
二元乙丙橡胶           5%
三烯丙基异三聚氰酸脂   0.5%
滑石粉                 8%
氧化锌                 1.5%
发泡剂AC              2%
DCP架桥剂             0.8%。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明所述的一种橡塑混合鞋材中底,其包括以下重量份的物料:乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物40%-50%、聚异戊二烯14%-17%、POE5.5%-7.5%、三元乙丙橡胶13.5%-16.5%、二元乙丙橡胶4.5%-5.5%、三烯丙基异三聚氰酸脂0.45%-0.55%、滑石粉7.5%-8.5%、氧化锌1.4%-1.65%、发泡剂AC1.8%-2.2%、DCP架桥剂0.75%-0.85%;通过上述物料配比设计,本发明具有回弹性好、耐磨、不易撕裂、柔软性好且防滑性能好的优点,即可广泛应用于鞋材中。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施方式来对本发明进行说明。
实施例一,一种橡塑混合鞋材中底,包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物    45.9%
聚异戊二烯             15.5%
POE                   6%
三元乙丙橡胶           14.8%
二元乙丙橡胶           5%
三烯丙基异三聚氰酸脂   0.5%
滑石粉                 8%
氧化锌                 1.5%
发泡剂AC              2%
DCP架桥剂             0.8%。
在本实施例一的橡塑混合鞋材中底制备加工过程中,按照上述重量份配备物料,并将塑胶颗粒物倒入至熔融的橡胶中,于混合机中搅拌上述物料至均匀;待物料搅拌均匀后,将混合物料倒入至射出机中,其中,射出机的射嘴温度为200度,成型模具的温度为180度,射出机将液态的混合物料注入至成型模具中,并保压600秒,鞋材中底制备成型。需进一步解释,成型后的鞋材中底橡胶为爆米花似的射出中底(Popcorn Rubber Injection Phylon  简称PIP)。
通过上述物料配比设计,本实施例一的橡塑混合鞋材中底具有回弹性好、耐磨、不易撕裂、柔软性好且防滑性能好的优点,即该橡塑混合鞋材中底可广泛应用于鞋材中。
实施例二,一种橡塑混合鞋材中底,包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物    40%
聚异戊二烯             17%
POE                   7.5%
三元乙丙橡胶           16.4%
二元乙丙橡胶           5.4%
三烯丙基异三聚氰酸脂   0.55%
滑石粉                 8.5%
氧化锌                 1.6%
发泡剂AC              2.2%
DCP架桥剂             0.85%。
在本实施例二的橡塑混合鞋材中底制备加工过程中,按照上述重量份配备物料,并将塑胶颗粒物倒入至熔融的橡胶中,于混合机中搅拌上述物料至均匀;待物料搅拌均匀后,将混合物料倒入至射出机中,其中,射出机的射嘴温度为200度,成型模具的温度为180度,射出机将液态的混合物料注入至成型模具中,并保压600秒,鞋材中底制备成型。需进一步解释,成型后的鞋材中底橡胶为为爆米花似的射出中底(Popcorn Rubber Injection Phylon  简称PIP)。

乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物    50%
聚异戊二烯             14.5%
POE                   5.6%
三元乙丙橡胶           13.5%
二元乙丙橡胶           4.5%
三烯丙基异三聚氰酸脂   0.45%
滑石粉                 7.5%
氧化锌                 1.4%
发泡剂AC              1.8%
DCP架桥剂             0.75%。

二元乙丙橡胶           4.5%-5.5%
三烯丙基异三聚氰酸脂   0.45%-0.55%
滑石粉                 7.5%-8.5%
氧化锌                 1.4%-1.65%
发泡剂AC              1.8%-2.2%
DCP架桥剂             0.75%-0.85%。
