技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于连结带彼此的带扣、即具有两侧一对的锁定臂的旁开扣(side release buckle)。 
背景技术
以往,为了在衣服、包、鞋、包装件等各种用途中连结带等绳状构件彼此而使用使插塞与插座自由装卸地卡合的带扣。 
在这种带扣中,要求用于装卸的操作简单、另一方面不会在不想脱开时意外地脱开。作为顺应这种要求的产品,利用具有两侧一对的锁定臂的旁开扣。 
例如,专利文献1或专利文献2的旁开扣由分别具有带安装部的插塞和插座构成。 
插塞具有基部和位于该插塞的靠插座侧的两侧一对的腿部(锁定臂),该基部具有带安装部。插座具有中空筒状的主体,该主体具有收容空间(空腔),该收容空间用于在从插座的靠插塞侧向插座内部插入插塞时供插塞插入。在插座主体的两侧形成有与收容空间相连通的开口部,通过用手操作从该开口部露出的腿部,能够解除卡合。 
这种旁开扣主要由合成树脂材料一体成形插塞与插座,对腿部赋予规定的弹性,并且对插塞、插座及各自的带安装部赋予充分的强度,以使插塞及插座在使用时能够承受所连结的带的张力。 
而且,在形成为中空状的插座上,谋求确保插座主体的壁厚等的强度对策,以使插座不会因正背方向的压迫而产生压扁等过度变形。

但是,当在插座上形成许多缺口时,存在有相对于上述变形的强度降低这样的问题,相反地有时需要增加壁厚等,对轻量化未必有效。 
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种既能确保强度又能谋求轻量化的旁开扣。 
本发明的旁开扣的特征在于,该旁开扣具有插塞和供该插塞插入卡合的插座,上述插塞具有基部和卡合部,该基部具有带安装部及一对腿部;该卡合部分别形成在上述腿部上;上述插座具有主体、收容空间和被卡合部,该主体具有带安装部及插入口;该收容空间形成在上述主体内,能够收容从上述插入口插入的上述腿部;该被卡合部形成在上述主体上,能够与上述卡合部相卡合;上述主体在其正侧及背侧的至少任意一侧具有沿上述腿部的插入方向连续的凹凸形状,上述凹凸形状是形成在上述主体的外正面上的凹条线和沿着上述凹条线形成在上述主体的内正面上的凸条线。 
在这样的本发明中,借助形成在主体上的凹凸形状,即使是相同厚度也能够提高主体的刚性。特别是在旁开扣的插座中,虽然易于产生因正背方向的压迫而压扁那样的变形,但是通过在主体的正面和背面上形成凹凸形状,能够有效地抑制这种变形。 
或者,在本发明中,借助形成在主体上的凹凸形状能够确保刚性,相应地能够使插座的厚度变薄,能够谋求由减少合成树脂材料的使用量带来的成本降低及带扣重量的减轻。 
而且,通过沿腿部的插入方向形成凹凸形状,不会干扰腿部的插入操作等,并且如后所述也能够具有引导功能。 
而且,凹凸形状由于在主体的外正面为凹条线,因此,在主体的外侧不会产生突起。另外,通过在主体的正面或背面的内外相对应地形成凹条线与凸条线,能够在使主体的正面或背面保持大致恒定的厚度的状态下形成凹凸形状,不会导致重量增加,而且也能够降低合成树脂成形时产生压痕等的可能性。 
另外,作为凹条线及凸条线的截面形状,可以做成为三角形、四边形等,但是期望做成所谓波形板状的平滑地形成凹凸的轮廓。 
在本发明中,期望上述凹凸形状配置在上述收容空间的用于收容一对上述腿部的部分的中间。 
在这样的本发明中,在向收容空间内插入一对腿部时,各腿部进入凹凸形状的两侧。因此,腿部及凹凸形状相互不会干扰,能够使这些腿部及凹凸形状具有厚度(带扣正背方向的尺寸),对确保强度是有效的。 
在本发明中,期望上述卡合部配置在上述腿部的前端部且正背方向的尺寸形成为大于上述腿部的尺寸,并且上述凸条线还形成在上述主体的正侧及背侧,相对的上述凸条线之间的间 隔形成为小于没有上述凸条线的部分之间的间隔。 
在这样的本发明中,卡合部形成为从腿部的前端向带扣的正背方向突出的形状,能够做成与形成在插座正面和背面的内侧的被卡合部相卡合的形式。另外,由于凸条线之间的间隔形成为小于周围其它部分之间的间隔,因此,在插入插塞时,凸条线分开进入各个腿部的前端的卡合部之间,能够获得引导功能。 
在本发明中,期望上述凹凸形状兼作在插入上述腿部时将上述卡合部向上述被卡合部引导的引导件。 
在这样的本发明中,在将一对腿部插入收容空间时,能够使凹凸形状作为腿部的引导件发挥作用,特别是若通过在凹凸部分调整形状而将其作为用于将上述卡合部引导向上述被卡合部的引导件,能够容易且可靠地进行带扣的卡合操作。 
在本发明中,期望在上述主体的正面和背面上形成有从上述插入口或上述带安装部的至少任意一个的边缘沿着上述凹凸形状延伸的缺口。 
在这样的本发明中,借助形成在主体上的凹凸形状能够确保刚性,相应地除了如上所述能够使插座的厚度变薄以外,还能够通过形成缺口来进一步减少用作插座的材料,能够进一步促进制造成本的降低及重量的减轻。 
在本发明中,期望上述缺口的轮廓形状为C字状(深度浅时)或U字状(深度深时)。 
通过做成这种C字状或U字状,能够在轮廓形状上不产生形成陡角度的不连续的部分,能够避免应力集中、成形性问题。 
在本发明中,期望上述缺口为从上述带安装部延伸的U字状的深缺口及从上述插入口延伸的浅缺口。 
在这样的本发明中,通过在带安装部侧及插入口侧都设置 缺口,能够使主体的材料为最小限度,能够最大限度地谋求降低制造成本及减轻重量。而且,通过将带安装部侧的缺口形成得较深、将插入口侧的缺口形成得较浅,位于这些缺口之间的部分(连结主体的左右)处于离开带安装部(同样地连结主体的左右)的位置,能够确保主体的扭曲刚性,并且能够从插入操作的较早阶段就发挥形成在该部分的凹凸形状对腿部的引导功能。 
在本发明中,期望上述缺口包含从上述带安装部延伸的缺口,上述缺口在与上述带安装部的两端相对的部位形成有沿着上述带安装部突出的突出部。 
在这样的本发明中,即使在设置缺口且与带安装部相对的开口增大的情况下,由于突出部具有按压带两端的功能,因此,也能够防止安装在带安装部上的带的不必要的浮起乃至脱落。 
在本发明中,期望上述插塞具有连结上述一对腿部的连结部,上述腿部至上述连结部的内侧形状形成为C字状或U字状,上述缺口包含从上述带安装部延伸的缺口,该缺口的轮廓形状沿着上述腿部至上述连结部的内侧形状而形成。 
在这样的本发明中,即使在形成有从带安装部延伸的缺口的情况下,由于腿部至连结部不从缺口露出,因此,能够防止其它物品的钩挂等,并且不会损害外观。

具体实施方式
以下,基于附图说明本发明的实施方式。 
第1实施方式
图1至图7中示出了本发明的第1实施方式。
如图1至图3的各个图所示,本实施方式的旁开扣1具有插塞10和供该插塞10插入卡合的插座20。 
如这些各个图所示,本实施方式的旁开扣1用于连结、分离绳状构件的端部,具有由合成树脂一体成形的插塞10和同样地由合成树脂一体成形的插座20。另外,作为插塞10及插座20的材质,并不限于合成树脂,也可以是金属等其他材质,并不限于注射模塑成型,也可以是其他成形方法。 
在图1及图2中,插塞10通过合成树脂的注射模塑成型而一体成形整体,插塞10具有基部11和卡合部14,该基部11具有带安装部19及一对腿部12;该卡合部14分别形成在腿部12上。 
腿部12从基部11的宽度方向(分别与插塞10相对于插座20的插入方向及插座20的正背方向正交的方向,图1中的左右方向)的两侧向长度方向(插塞10相对于插座20的插入方向,图1中的上下方向)延伸且相互平行,各腿部12的中间至前端侧都能够向相互离开或靠近的方向(上述宽度方向)弹性变形。 
另外,一对腿部12分别沿朝向插入方向的前端侧相互靠近的方向缓慢地倾斜,保持恒定的间隙地弯曲,由此,能够用腿部12的整体承受弹性变形的力。 
卡合部14形成为从腿部12的前端向上下(插座20的正背方向)延伸的突起,在从侧面观察时,腿部12的前端形成为T字状。即,卡合部14形成在腿部12的前端部,卡合部14的正背方向的尺寸(高度)形成为大于腿部12的高度。 
带安装部19利用基部11的中间部分形成。 
如图2所示,带安装部19在内部中央具有作为供绳状构件的端部插入卡合的绳安装部的绳安装孔19A,在绳安装部的中间架设有连结杆19B,绳安装孔19A被该连结杆19B分割为插入方向前端侧19C与插入方向后端侧19D这两侧。由此,通过使绳状构件穿通绳安装孔19A并绕连结杆19B的周围缠绕,成为能够调节绳状构件的长度的构造。 
在图2中,一对腿部12的前端通过U字状的连结部15相互连结。 
连结部15分别从腿部12的前端的卡合部14朝向带安装部19延伸,通过相互靠近并连结而形成U字状。利用该连结部15能防止一对腿部12因外力而过度扩张。 
在一对腿部12之间设置有一对被引导部16。 
如图3所示,被引导部16具有与腿部12的前端的卡合部14相同的高度,其上下边缘从腿部12的上下边缘向上下突起。这些卡合部14及被引导部16被形成在插座20内侧的凹凸形状(后述)引导,通过这些引导,在插入操作时,插塞10被引导向适当的位置。
如图2所示,被引导部16的靠基部11一侧通过连结框16A相互连结。连结框16A将被引导部16的靠基部11一侧的彼此相对的部位连结起来,并且,连结框16A的中间部分以向插塞10的插入方向突出的方式弯曲。连结框16A的中间部分形成为正背方向的高度小于被引导部16的高度,随着向两端去,连结框16A的高度增加,形成为与被引导部16相同的高度。由此,在连结框16A的正面和背面上形成有中央缓缓凹陷的形状。该形状形成为沿着后述的形成在主体21的内表面上的凸条线26B的轮廓的形状。
在图1及图4中,插座20通过合成树脂的注射模塑成型而整体一体成形,具有中空筒状的主体21、收容空间23和被卡合部24,该主体21具有带安装部29及插入口22;该收容空间23形成在主体21内,能够收容从插入口22插入的插塞10的腿部12;该被卡合部24形成在主体21上,能够与卡合部14相卡合。 
如图4所示,被卡合部24是形成在收容空间23内侧的4个位置的朝向带安装部29(朝向与插入口22相反的一侧)的台阶形状。被卡合部24的4个台阶中的两个台阶形成在主体21的背面的内侧,与收容空间23相面对,形成为与主体21的带安装部29的两侧部分29A相对。被卡合部24的4个台阶中的其它两个台阶在主体21的正面的内侧同样地形成,但是被主体21的正面的突出部25A覆盖。由这些台阶中的、正背相对的一对台阶形成被卡合部24。在本实施方式的插座20中,形成有沿宽度方向排列的一对被卡合部24,该一对被卡合部24与形成在一对腿部12上的卡合部14相对应。 
在收容空间23的内侧,形成有用于将卡合部14向被卡合部24引导并使其与被卡合部24卡合的引导面24A。 
引导面24A形成为从插入口22的两侧附近沿着主体21的正面和背面的各自内侧与被卡合部24相连的台阶形状,在从插入口22插入腿部12时,引导面24A作为将腿部12的前端的卡合部14向被卡合部24引导的引导件发挥作用。即,从插入口22插入的腿部12的前端的卡合部14被引导面24A引导,一对腿部12发生弹性变形而使一对卡合部14相互靠近。而且,当卡合部14到达被卡合部24时,由引导面24A引起的腿部12的弹性变形被解除,因此,卡合部14被收纳于被卡合部24而进行相互卡合。 
另一方面,为了解除卡合部14与被卡合部24的卡合,在主体21上形成有操作用开口27。操作用开口27形成在主体21的侧面,与内部的收容空间23相连通。操作用开口27形成在使从插入口22插入的腿部12的中间部分露出的位置,通过向操作用开口27的内侧按压从操作用开口27露出的腿部12,一对腿部12以相互靠近的方式弹性变形,能够使卡合部14从被卡合部24脱离而解除相互的卡合。 
主体21在其正侧及背侧的大致中央部分别具有沿腿部12的插入方向连续的凹凸形状26。 
如图5所示,凹凸形状26由形成在主体21的外表面上的凹条线26A和沿着凹条线26A形成在主体21的内表面上的凸条线26B构成,被这些凹条线26A与凸条线26B夹着的部分的厚度与主体21其它部分的厚度相同,可以说形成为使平板的一部分弯 曲的波形板状那样的截面形状。 
这种凹凸形状26分别形成在主体21的正面及背面,由此,成为相对的正面和背面的中央部向相互靠近的方向弯曲的波形板状,通过做成这种构造,能够确保最易于施加作用于正背方向的压迫力、易于产生龟裂的大致中央部的强度,对防止压扁及龟裂是有效的。 
凹凸形状26配置在主体21的正面和背面的彼此相对的位置,彼此相对的各凸条线26B配置在分别楔入被插入到收容空间23内的腿部12之间的连结框16A的正面和背面的凹部内的位置。各凸条线26B之间的间隔设定为小于卡合部14及被引导部16的高度(正背方向的尺寸),在插入腿部12时,卡合部14及被引导部16沿着凹凸形状26被引导,能够获得纠正插塞10的姿势且将卡合部14向被卡合部24适当地引导的引导功能。此时,被引导部16之间的连结框16A借助其正面和背面的凹部能够不与各凸条线26B发生干扰地插入到各凸条线26B之间的间隔内。 
另外,收容空间23的要被导入被引导部16的部位的高度与被引导部16的高度相对应,在被引导部16插入到收容空间23内的状态下,在沿正背方向压迫插座20时,被引导部16成为支承件,能够获得防止插座20正背方向的压扁等过度变形的作用。 
如图6及图7所示,在主体21的正面及背面分别形成有缺口28及缺口25,该缺口28通过将插入口22的宽度方向边缘的中央部分形成为向带安装部29侧凹陷的圆弧形状而沿凹凸形状26延伸,该缺口25通过使供带安装部29的带穿通的开口的宽度方向边缘的中央部分形成为向插入口22侧凹陷的圆弧形状而沿凹凸形状26延伸。 
 缺口25形成为从带安装部29延伸的U字状的深缺口,缺口28形成为从插入口22延伸的C字状的浅缺口,缺口25及缺口28的最深部分均形成为圆弧状。 
缺口28的C字状的边缘形成为沿着形成在插塞10的基部11上的连结框16A的内侧形状的轮廓形状。借助这种轮廓形状,使缺口28最大限度地扩张,并且使基部11不会露出所需以上。 
缺口25的U字状的边缘形成为沿着腿部12至连结部15的外形形状的轮廓形状。如上所述,一对腿部12的前端通过U字状的连结部15相互连结,其内侧形状整体形成为U字状,按照该形状形成缺口25的轮廓形状。借助这种轮廓形状,使缺口25最大限度地扩张,并且使腿部12至连结部15不露出。 
在缺口25中的、形成在主体21的正面上的缺口25中,与带安装部29的两端相对的部位形成为沿着带安装部29突出的突出部25A,上述被卡合部24的正面侧被突出部25A覆盖。借助该突出部25A,能防止穿到带安装部29的带意外地浮起。 
在形成在主体21的背面上的缺口25中,省略了相当于突出部25A的部分,缺口25的边缘的一部分沿着被卡合部24的台阶形成,被卡合部24在主体21的背面侧露出。 
如图4所示,主体21的带安装部29的两侧部分29A形成为大于带安装部29的带卷绕部分的高度,由此,能确保充分的连接强度。 
在这样的本实施方式中,能够获得以下效果。 
借助形成在插座20的主体21上的凹凸形状26,即使是相同厚度也能够提高主体21的刚性。特别是对于在旁开扣1的插座20上易于产生的因正背方向的压迫而压扁那样的变形,凹凸形状26产生基于其截面形状的弯曲刚性,从而能够有效地抑制主体21变形。特别是在施加压扁方向的力而易于产生龟裂的大致中央部具有凹凸形状26,能够做成防止龟裂且不易破损。 
而且,利用凹凸形状26能够确保刚性,相应地能够使插座20的厚度变薄,能够谋求由减少合成树脂材料的使用量带来的成本降低及带扣重量的减轻。 
而且,通过沿腿部12的插入方向形成凹凸形状26,不会干扰腿部12的插入操作等,并且也能够具有针对腿部12的卡合部14及被引导部16的引导功能。 
由形成在主体21的外表面上的凹条线26A和形成在内表面上的凸条线26B来构成凹凸形状26,可以说通过将主体21的正面和背面形成为波形板状来形成凹凸形状26,因此,能够在使主体的正面或背面保持大致恒定的厚度的状态下形成凹凸形状26,不会导致重量增加,而且也能够降低产生合成树脂成形时的压痕等的可能性。 
另外,由于主体21的外表面形成为凹条线26A,因此,在主体21的外侧不会产生突起,在外观上也能够给人简单的印象。 
由于凹凸形状26配置为在收容空间23的用于收容腿部12的部分的中间突出,因此,在将一对腿部12插入收容空间23内时,各腿部12进入凹凸形状26的两侧,腿部12及凹凸形状26相互不会干扰,能够使这些腿部12及凹凸形状26分别保持厚度(带扣正背方向的尺寸),对确保强度是有效的。 
另外,由于凹凸形状26兼作在插入腿部12时将卡合部14向被卡合部24引导的引导件,因此,能够容易且可靠地进行使插塞10与插座20卡合的操作。 
在主体21的正面和背面上,形成有从插入口22及带安装部29的边缘沿着凹凸形状26延伸的缺口25、28,因此,能够进一步减少用作插座20的材料,能够进一步促进制造成本的降低及 重量的减轻。 
由于缺口25、28的轮廓形状形成为深度浅的C字状或深度深的U字状,因此,轮廓形状不会产生形成陡角度的不连续的部分,能避免应力集中、成形性问题。特别是,缺口25、28的轮廓形状做成为沿着收容于收容空间23内的腿部12、连结部15或带安装部19的开口的形状,从而能够可靠地将腿部12及连结部15隐藏并且做成最大限度的缺口面积。 
由于将缺口25做成为从带安装部29延伸的深缺口、并且将缺口28做成为从插入口22延伸的浅缺口,因此,能够在带安装部29侧及插入口22侧均设置缺口而使主体21的材料为最小限度,能够最大限度地谋求降低制造成本及减轻重量。 
而且,通过将带安装部29侧的缺口25形成得较深、将插入口22侧的缺口28形成得较浅,能使位于这些缺口之间的部分(连结主体21的左右)处于离开带安装部29(同样地连结主体21的左右)的位置,能够确保主体21的扭曲刚性,并且能够从插入操作的较早阶段就发挥形成在该部分的凹凸形状26对腿部12的引导功能。 
由于缺口25在与带安装部29的两端相对的部位具有沿着带安装部29突出的突出部25A,因此,即使在设置缺口25而使与带安装部29相对的开口增大的情况下,也能够防止安装在带安装部29上的带的不必要的浮起或脱离。 
由于缺口25的轮廓形状沿着腿部12至连结部15的内侧形状而形成,因此,腿部12至连结部15不会从缺口露出,能够防止其它物品的钩挂等,并且不会损坏外观。 
第2实施方式
图8中示出了本发明的第2实施方式。 
本实施方式的旁开扣2具有与上述第1实施方式相同的插 塞10及插座20。但是,在本实施方式中,在插座20上形成有带安装部29侧的缺口25,但未形成上述第1实施方式那样的缺口28(参照图1),相应地,凹凸形状26从插入口22的边缘连续地形成为较长。 
在这样的本实施方式中,没有图1的缺口28,相应地不能谋求减少主体21的材料或减轻主体21的重量,但除此之外能够获得与上述第1实施方式相同的效果。而且,通过增长凹凸形状26,与上述第1实施方式相比,能够谋求增强主体21的刚性。 
第3实施方式
图9中示出了本发明的第3实施方式。 
本实施方式的旁开扣3具有与上述第1实施方式相同的插塞10及插座20。但是,在本实施方式中,在插座20上形成有插入口22侧的缺口28,但未形成上述第1实施方式那样的缺口25(参照图1),相应地,凹凸形状26从带安装部29的边缘连续地形成为较长。 
在这样的本实施方式中,没有图1的缺口25,相应地不能谋求减少主体21的材料或减轻主体21的重量,但除此之外能够获得与上述第1实施方式相同的效果。而且,通过增长凹凸形状26,与上述第1实施方式相比,能够谋求增强主体21的刚性。 
第4实施方式
图10中示出了本发明的第4实施方式。 
本实施方式的旁开扣4具有与上述第1实施方式相同的插塞10及插座20。但是,在本实施方式中,在插座20上未形成有上述第1实施方式那样的缺口25、28(参照图1),相应地,凹凸形状26从插入口22的边缘至带安装部29连续地形成为较长。 
在这样的本实施方式中,没有图1的缺口25、28,相应地不能谋求减少主体21的材料或减轻主体21的重量,但除此之外 能够获得与上述第1实施方式相同的效果。而且,通过增长凹凸形状26,与上述第1实施方式相比,能够谋求增强主体21的刚性。 
变形例
另外,本发明并不限于上述各个实施方式的构造,也包含如下变形。 
作为凹条线26A及凸条线26B的截面形状,并不限于波形板状,可以做成为三角形、四边形等,但是期望做成为所谓波形板状的平滑地形成有凹凸的轮廓。 
凹凸形状26并不限于由相对应的位置及形状的凹条线26A及凸条线26B构成的结构,例如也可以仅由形成在主体21的外表面或内表面上的一条或多条凸条线26B形成。但是,通过将凹凸形状26形成在主体21的内表面(收容空间23内)上,能够获得引导腿部12的引导功能。另外,通过做成相对应的凹条线26A及凸条线26B,能够将主体21做成恒定的厚度,在通过合成树脂成形进行制造时是优选的。 
凹凸形状26并不限于形成在主体21的正面及背面这两面上的情况,也可以形成在正面或背面中的任意一面上。 
缺口25、28并不限于U字状或C字状,也可以做成为V字状或矩形。但是,通过像U字状或C字状那样将最深部分形成为圆弧状,能够避免不需要的应力集中,在确保强度方面是优选的。 
另外,能够适当地改变插塞10及插座20的细部形状、构造等。另外,在实施时能够适当地选择插塞10及插座20的尺寸、材质、颜色、表面精加工等。 
工业实用性
本发明能够用作连结带彼此的带扣、即具有两侧一对的锁定臂的旁开扣。 

Claims (9)

1.一种旁开扣,其特征在于,
该旁开扣具有插塞(10)和供该插塞(10)插入卡合的插座(20),
上述插塞(10)具有基部(11)和卡合部(14),该基部(11)具有插塞侧带安装部(19)及一对腿部(12);该卡合部(14)分别形成在上述腿部(12)上;
上述插座(20)具有主体(21)、收容空间(23)和被卡合部(24),该主体(21)具有插座侧带安装部(29)及插入口(22);该收容空间(23)形成在上述主体(21)内,能够收容从上述插入口(22)插入的上述腿部(12);该被卡合部(24)形成在上述主体(21)上,能够与上述卡合部(14)相卡合;
上述主体(21)在其正侧及背侧的至少任意一侧具有沿上述腿部(12)的插入方向连续的凹凸形状(26),上述凹凸形状(26)是形成在上述主体(21)的外表面上的凹条线(26A)和沿着上述凹条线(26A)形成在上述主体(21)的内表面上的凸条线(26B)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旁开扣,其特征在于,
上述凹凸形状(26)配置在上述收容空间(23)的用于收容一对上述腿部(12)的部分的中间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的旁开扣,其特征在于,
上述卡合部(14)配置在上述腿部(12)的前端部,其从正侧到背侧的尺寸形成为大于上述腿部(12)的正背方向的尺寸,并且,
上述凸条线(26B)还形成在上述主体(21)的正侧及背侧,相对的上述凸条线(26B)之间的间隔形成为小于没有上述凸条线(26B)的部分之间的间隔。
4.根据权利要求2所述的旁开扣,其特征在于,
上述凹凸形状(26)兼作在插入上述腿部(12)时将上述卡合部(14)向上述被卡合部(24)引导的引导件。
5.根据权利要求1所述的旁开扣,其特征在于,
在上述主体(21)的正面和背面上形成有从上述插入口(22)或上述插座侧带安装部(29)的至少任意一个的边缘沿着上述凹凸形状(26)延伸的缺口(25、28)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的旁开扣,其特征在于,
上述缺口(25、28)的轮廓形状为C字状或U字状。
7.根据权利要求5所述的旁开扣,其特征在于,
上述缺口(25、28)为从上述插座侧带安装部(29)延伸的U字状的深缺口(25)及从上述插入口(22)延伸的C字状的浅缺口(28)。
8.根据权利要求5所述的旁开扣,其特征在于,
上述缺口(25、28)包含从上述插座侧带安装部(29)延伸的缺口(25),该缺口(25)在与上述插座侧带安装部(29)的两端相对的部位形成有沿着上述插座侧带安装部(29)突出的突出部(25A)。
9.根据权利要求5所述的旁开扣,其特征在于,
上述插塞(10)具有连结上述一对腿部(12)的连结部(15),上述腿部(12)至上述连结部(15)的内侧形状形成为C字状或U字状,
上述缺口(25、28)包含从上述插座侧带安装部(29)延伸的缺口(25),该缺口(25)的轮廓形状沿着上述腿部(12)至上述连结部(15)的内侧形状形成。
