Description

側釋式帶扣
本發明,係關於將帶子彼此連結之帶扣,而具有兩側一對的鎖臂之側釋式帶扣。
以往,在衣服、皮包或鞋子、包裝具等各式各樣的用途為了將帶子等之繩狀構件彼此連結,被使用有使插頭與插座裝卸自如地卡合之帶扣。
這樣的帶扣,用以裝卸之操作較為簡單,而另一方面被要求在不希望時不會不小心脫落。作為因應這樣的要求之產品,被利用有具有兩側一對的鎖臂之側釋式帶扣。
例如,專利文獻1或專利文獻2之側釋式帶扣,係分別以具有帶裝著部之插頭及插座所構成。
插頭,係具有:具有帶裝著部之基部、以及在其插座側兩側一對之腳部(鎖臂)。插座係具有中空筒狀之本體,該本體係具有用以將插頭從其插頭側往內部插入之收容空間(cavity)。在插座本體之兩側形成有連通於收容空間之開口部,藉由以手操作由此處露出之腳部可將卡合解除。
這樣的側釋式帶扣,係主要以合成樹脂材料將插頭及插座一體成形,對於腳部賦予有預定之彈性,並且對於插頭、插座及各自之帶裝著部,賦予有充分的強度使其在進行利用時可耐得住連結的帶子之張力。
更且,在成為中空狀之插座,係謀求確保插座本體的厚度等之強度對策,使其不會產生因表背方向的壓迫而壓壞等之過度的變形。

上述之專利文獻1的側釋式帶扣,係為了得到將插頭插入插座之際之導引功能,於插頭形成V字狀之導桿,並且於插座之表背面也形成V字狀之缺口,藉由其邊緣引導被插入的插頭之導桿。
又,專利文獻2的側釋式帶扣,係除了同樣的導桿及缺口之外,在插座之帶裝著部側也形成V字狀之缺口。藉由如此的缺口,可削減插座表背面之材料,對於作為帶扣之輕量化也很有效。
但是,在插座形成很多缺口時,就會有對於上述的變形之強度會降低之問題,相反地產生需要增加厚度等,會有對於輕量化未必有效之情況。
本發明之主要目的,係提供一種可一面確保強度一面謀求輕量化之側釋式帶扣。
本發明之側釋式帶扣,其特徵為:具備有:插頭及可將該插頭插入卡合之插座,上述插頭,係具有:具有帶裝著部及一對腳部之基部;以及分別形成於上述腳部之卡合部,上述插座,係具有:具有帶裝著部及插入口之本體;及形成在上述本體內而可收容從上述插入口被插入的上述腳部之收容空間;以及形成在上述本體而上述卡合部可卡合之被卡合部,上述本體,係於其表側及背側之至少其中任一方具有朝上述腳部的插入方向連續之凹凸形狀,而上述凹凸形狀,係由:形成在上述本體的外面之凹條線、以及沿著上述凹條線形成在上述本體的內面之凸條線所構成。
如此的本發明中,藉由形成在本體之凹凸形狀,即使為相同厚度亦可提高本體之剛性。尤其,在側釋式帶扣之插座中,雖然容易產生因表背方向之壓迫而壓壞般之變形,但是藉由將凹凸形狀形成在本體之表背面,可有效地抑制這樣的變形。
或者,本發明中,藉由形成在本體之凹凸形狀可確保剛性之部分,可將插座之厚度變薄,並可謀求因合成樹脂材料之使用量削減導致之成本降低及作為帶扣之重量減輕。
更且,藉由將凹凸形狀形成於腳部之插入方向,對於腳部之插入操作不會干涉等,並且如後述地亦可使具有導引功能。
更且,凹凸形狀,係因本體之外面為凹條線,故於本體之外側並不會產生突出。又,藉由將凹條線及凸條線與本體的表面或背面之內外相對應而形成,可將本體的表面或背面以大致一定的厚度就這樣形成凹凸形狀,不會招致重量增加,且亦可降低合成樹脂成形之際之產生縮痕等之可能性。
又,作為凹條線及凸條線之剖面形狀,係亦可作為三角形、四角形等,但作為所謂波板狀之光滑地形成凹凸之輪廓較為理想。
在本發明中,上述凹凸形狀,係配置於上述收容空間之收容一對上述腳部的部分之中間較為理想。
如此的本發明中,將一對腳部插入於收容空間之際,各腳部就會進入凹凸形狀之兩側。因此,腳部及凹凸形狀不會相互干涉,且可使該等之腳部及凹凸形狀具有厚度(帶扣表背方向之尺寸),有效地確保強度。
在本發明中,上述卡合部,係配置在上述腳部之前端部而將表背方向之尺寸形成比上述腳部還更大,並且上述凸條線,係在上述本體的表側及背側之任何一方皆有形成,且將相對向的上述凸條線之間隔形成比無上述凸條線的部分之間隔還更窄較為理想。
如此的本發明中,卡合部成為從腳部之前端朝帶扣的表背方向突出之形狀,可作為與形成在插座表背面的內側之被卡合部卡合之形式。又,由於將凸條線之間隔形成比周圍之其他的部分之間隔還更窄,因此在插頭之插入時凸條線會擠進各腳部之前端的卡合部之間,可得到導引功能。
在本發明中,上述凹凸形狀,係在上述腳部被插入之際兼作將上述卡合部往上述被卡合部導引之導件較為理想。
如此的本發明中,在將一對腳部插入於收容空間之際,可使凹凸形狀具有作為腳部的導件之功能,尤其藉由對於凹凸部分調整形狀作為將上述卡合部往上述被卡合部導引之導件的話,則可輕易且確實地進行帶扣之卡合操作。
在本發明中,在上述本體之表背,形成有:從上述插入口或上述帶裝著部之至少任一方的邊緣沿著上述凹凸形狀延伸之缺口較為理想。
如此的本發明中,藉由形成在本體之凹凸形狀可確保剛性,此部分如上所述可將插座之厚度變薄,並藉由形成缺口可更削減作為插座之材料,可更加促進製造成本及重量之降低。
在本發明中,上述缺口,其輪廓形狀為C字狀(深度較淺之情況)或U字狀(深度較深之情況)較為理想。
藉由作為如此的C字狀或U字狀,對於輪廓形狀並不會產生形成角度大之不連續的部位,可避免應力集中或成形性的問題。
在本發明中,上述缺口,係為從上述帶裝著部延伸之U字狀之較深的缺口及從上述插入口延伸之C字狀之較淺的缺口較為理想。
如此的本發明中,藉由在帶裝著部側及插入口側之任何一方都設置缺口,將本體之材料作為最小限度,可最大限度地謀求製造成本及重量之降低。更且,藉由將缺口帶裝著部側形成較深,插入口側形成較淺,留在該等的缺口之間的部分(連結本體之左右)則成為遠離帶裝著部(同樣地連結本體之左右)之位置,可確保本體之彎曲剛性,並且可將藉由形成在該部分的凹凸形狀之腳部之導引功能從插入操作之較早的階段發揮。
在本發明中,上述缺口,係含有從上述帶裝著部延伸之缺口,且上述缺口,係在面臨上述帶裝著部的兩端之部位形成有沿著上述帶裝著部突出之突出部較為理想。
如此的本發明中,即使設置缺口而面臨帶裝著部之開口變大之情況,突出部也具有將帶子之兩端壓住之功能,因此可防止裝著在帶裝著部的帶子之不必要的浮起甚至脫落。
在本發明中,上述插頭係具有連結上述一對腳部之連結部,且上述腳部至上述連結部之內側形狀係作為C字狀或U字狀,上述缺口,係含有從上述帶裝著部延伸之缺口,且該缺口之輪廓形狀係沿著上述腳部至上述連結部之內側形狀所形成較為理想。
如此的本發明中,即使形成從帶裝著部延伸之缺口之情況,腳部至連結部也不會從缺口露出,因此可防止其他的物品之卡住等,並且不會損及外觀。
[發明之實施形態]
以下,根據圖面說明本發明之實施形態。
[第1實施形態]
於第1圖~第7圖,顯示本發明之第1實施形態。
如第1圖~第3圖之各圖所示,本實施形態之側釋式帶扣1,係具備有:插頭10及可將該插頭10插入卡合之插座20。
如該等之各圖所示,本實施形態之側釋式帶扣1,係用以將繩狀構件之端部連結、分離者,且具備有:藉由合成樹脂一體成型之插頭10、及同樣地藉由合成樹脂一體成形之插座20。此外,作為插頭10及插座20之材質,係不限於合成樹脂,金屬等其他的材質也可以,且不限於射出成形,根據其他的成形方法者也可以。
在第1圖及第2圖中,插頭10,係藉由合成樹脂之射出成形將整體一體成形者,具有:具有帶裝著部19及一對腳部12之基部11;以及分別形成於腳部12之卡合部14。
腳部12,係從基部11的寬度方向(分別與對於插座20之插頭10的插入方向及插座20的表背方向正交之方向,第1圖之左右方向)之兩側往長度方向(對於插座20之插頭10的插入方向,第1圖之上下方向)延伸而相互地平行,且各自係將中間至前端側作成可往相互地間離或接近之方向(上述之寬度方向)彈性變形。
又,一對腳部12,係分別朝向插入方向之前端側而朝相互地接近之方向緩緩地傾斜,且保持一定的間隙而彎曲,藉此以腳部12之整體可承受彈性變形之力量。
卡合部14,係以從腳部12之前端朝上下(插座20之表背方向)延伸之突起所形成,腳部12之前端係從側面觀看之情況時形成T字狀。亦即,將卡合部14形成於腳部12之前端部,且將卡合部14的表背方向之尺寸(高度)形成比腳部12的高度還大。
帶裝著部19,係利用基部11的中間部分所形成。
如第2圖所示,帶裝著部19,係於內部中央具有可將繩狀構件之端部插入卡止之作為繩安裝部之繩安裝孔19A,且在繩安裝部之中間架設有連結桿19B,藉由該連結桿19B繩安裝孔19A係被分割成插入方向前端側19C及插入方向後端側19D兩個。藉此,藉由使繩狀構件插通於繩安裝孔19A而使其圍繞於連結桿19B之周圍,形成可調節繩狀構件的長度之構造。
在第2圖中,一對腳部12之前端,係以U字狀之連結部15相互地被連結。
連結部15,係藉由從腳部12的前端之卡合部14朝向帶裝著部19分別延伸,並相互地接近而連結而形成U字狀。藉由該連結部15,可防止一對腳部12因外力過度地擴張。
在一對腳部12之間,設置有一對被導引部16。
如第3圖所示,被導引部16,係具有與腳部12的前端之卡合部14同樣的高度,且其上下邊緣係從腳部12的上下邊緣朝上下突起。該等之卡合部14及被導引部16,係藉由形成在插座20的內側之凹凸形狀(後述)所導引,藉由該等之導引在插入操作之際可將插頭10誘導至適當的位置。
如第2圖所示,被導引部16之基部11側係相互地以連結框16A被連結。連結框16A,係將被導引部16之基部11側的相互相對向之部位連結,並且其中間部分係使往插頭10之插入方向突出地彎曲。連結框16A之中間部分,係表背方向之高度形成比被導引部16較為小,且隨著至兩端高度就越增加而形成與被導引部16相同之高度。藉此,在連結框16A之表背面形成有中央緩緩地凹陷之形狀。該形狀,係作成沿著形成在後述之本體21的內面之凸條線26B的輪廓之形狀。
在第1圖及第4圖中,插座20,係藉由合成樹脂之射出成形將整體一體成形者,具有:具有帶裝著部29及插入口22之中空筒狀的本體21;及形成在本體21內而可收容從插入口22被插入的插頭10的腳部12之收容空間23;以及形成在本體21而卡合部14可卡合之被卡合部24。
如第4圖所示,被卡合部24,係形成在收容空間23的內側之4個地方的帶裝著部29朝向(與插入口22相反側朝向)之段差形狀。被卡合部24之4個段差中之兩個,係形成在本體21的背面之內側,並面對收容空間23,且面臨本體21的帶裝著部29之兩側部分29A而形成。其他的兩個,係同樣地形成在本體21的表面之內側,但被本體21的表面之突出部25A所覆蓋。該等的段差之中,藉由與表背相對向之一對段差形成有被卡合部24。本實施形態之插座20中,係形成有於寬度方向排列之一對被卡合部24,並與形成在一對腳部12之卡合部14相對應。
在收容空間23之內側,形成有用以將卡合部14往被卡合部24誘導而使卡合之誘導面24A。
誘導面24A,係作成從插入口22之兩側近旁沿著本體21的表背面之各內側而往被卡合部24連接之段差形狀,且在腳部12從插入口22被插入之際,會發揮:將其前端之卡合部14往被卡合部24誘導之作為導引之功能。即,在從插入口22被插入的腳部12之前端,卡合部14係被誘導面24A所誘導,且一對腳部12會彈性變形而各對之卡合部14會相互地接近。接著,卡合部14到達被卡合部24時,因誘導面24A導致的腳部12之彈性變形就會被解除,因此卡合部14會裝進被卡合部24而進行相互的卡合。
另一方面,為了解除卡合部14與被卡合部24之卡合,在本體21形成有操作用開口27。操作用開口27,係形成在本體21之側面,且與內部之收容空間23連通。操作用開口27,係形成在使從插入口22被插入的腳部12之中間部分露出之位置,藉由將由此處露出的腳部12往操作用開口27之內側按壓,一對腳部12會相互接近地彈性變形,並可使卡合部14從被卡合部24脫出而使相互的卡合解除。
本體21,係於其表側及背側之大致中央部,分別具有朝腳部12的插入方向連續之凹凸形狀26。
如第5圖所示,凹凸形狀26,係由形成在本體21的外面之凹條線26A、以及沿著凹條線26A形成在本體21的內面之凸條線26B所構成,而由該等之凹條線26A與凸條線26B所夾住的部分之厚度,係作成與本體21之其他的部分之厚度相同,可以說作成如使平板之一部分彎曲的波板形狀之剖面形狀。
如此之凹凸形狀26,係分別形成在本體21之表面及背面,藉此相對向的表背面之中央部成為朝相互接近的方向彎曲之波板形狀,因作成如此的構造,故可確保朝表背方向起作用之壓迫力最容易施加,且容易產生龜裂的大致中央部之強度,為防止壓壞及龜裂很有效。
凹凸形狀26,係配置在本體21之表背面的相互對應之位置,並將相互相對向之各自的凸條線26B,分別配置在擠進被插入於收容空間23的腳部12之間的連結框16A之表背的凹陷之位置。各凸條線26B之間隔,係設定成比卡合部14及被導引部16之高度(表背方向之尺寸)較為小,且可得到:在插入腳部12之際卡合部14及被導引部16會沿著凹凸形狀26被導引,並端正插頭10之姿勢而將卡合部14適當地往被卡合部24導引之導引功能。此時,被導引部16之間的連結框16A,係藉由其表背之凹陷,不會與各凸條線26B干涉而可插入至其間隔內。
又,收容空間23之導入被導引部16的部位之高度,係配合被導引部16之高度所形成,而在被導引部16被插入於收容空間23內之狀態下,在插座20被朝表背方向壓迫之際被導引部16則變成支撐,而可得到防止表背方向的壓壞等之過度的變形之作用。
如第6圖及第7圖所示,在本體21之表面及背面,分別藉由將插入口22之寬度方向的邊緣之中央部分形成往帶裝著部29側凹陷之圓弧形狀而形成有沿著凹凸形狀26延伸之缺口28,並且藉由將帶裝著部29之插通帶子的開口之寬度方向的邊緣之中央部分形成往插入口22側凹陷之圓弧形狀而形成有沿著凹凸形狀26延伸之缺口25。
缺口25,係作成從帶裝著部29延伸之U字狀之較深的缺口,而缺口28,係作成從插入口22延伸之C字狀之較淺的缺口,且各自之最深處部分均作成圓弧狀。
缺口28之C字狀的邊緣,係作成沿著形成在插頭10的基部11之連結框16A的內側形狀之輪廓形狀。藉由這樣的輪廓形狀,一面將缺口28最大限度地擴張,一面使基部11不會超出必要地露出。
缺口25之U字狀的邊緣,係作成沿著腳部12至連結部15的外形形狀之輪廓形狀。如上述地,一對腳部12之前端係以U字狀之連結部15相互地被連結,其內側形狀係整體作為U字狀,依照該形狀形成缺口25之輪廓形狀。藉由這樣的輪廓形狀,一面將缺口25最大限度地擴張,一面使腳部12至連結部15不會露出。
缺口25之中,形成在本體21的表面之缺口25,係將面臨帶裝著部29的兩端之部位作成沿著帶裝著部29突出之突出部25A,上述之被卡合部24係藉由突出部25A覆蓋表面側。藉由該突出部25A,可防止穿在帶裝著部29之帶子不小心地浮起來。
形成在本體21的背面之缺口25,係省略相當於突出部25A之部分,缺口25的邊緣之一部分係沿著被卡合部24之段差所形成,被卡合部24係露出於本體21之背面側。
如第4圖所示,本體21的帶裝著部29之兩側部分29A,係作成比帶裝著部29之帶捲繞部分還更大的高度,藉此可確保充分的連接強度。
在如此之本實施形態中,可得到如下之效果。
藉由形成在插座20的本體21之凹凸形狀26,即使為相同厚度,亦可提高本體21之剛性。尤其,對於如在側釋式帶扣1之插座20中容易產生的因表背方向之壓迫而壓壞般之變形,藉由凹凸形狀26產生基於其剖面形狀之彎曲剛性,可有效地抑制本體21之變形。尤其,藉由在壓壞方向之力量施加而容易產生龜裂之大致中央部具有凹凸形狀26,可作為防止龜裂而不易破損之物。
接著,藉由凹凸形狀26可確保剛性之部分,可將插座20之厚度變薄,並可謀求因合成樹脂材料之使用量削減導致之成本降低及作為帶扣之重量減輕。
更且,藉由將凹凸形狀26形成於腳部12之插入方向,對於腳部12之插入操作不會干涉等,並且亦可使具有對於腳部12之卡合部14及被導引部16之導引功能。
由於藉由將凹凸形狀26由形成在本體21的外面之凹條線26A、及形成在內面之凸條線26B來構成,可說是將本體21的表背面形成波板狀來形成凹凸形狀26,因此可將本體的表面或背面以大致一定的厚度就這樣形成凹凸形狀26,不會招致重量增加,且亦可降低合成樹脂成形之際之產生縮痕等之可能性。
又,由於使本體21之外面成為凹條線26A,因此不會在本體21之外側產生突出,在外觀上亦可給人簡單樸素之印象。
由於凹凸形狀26,係配置成使突出於收容空間23之收容腳部12的部分之中間,因此在將一對腳部12插入於收容空間23之際,各腳部12係進入凹凸形狀26之兩側,腳部12及凹凸形狀26不會相互干涉,可使該等之腳部12及凹凸形狀26分別具有厚度(帶扣表背方向之尺寸),有效地確保強度。
又,由於凹凸形狀26,係在腳部12被插入之際兼作將卡合部14往被卡合部24導引之導件,因此可容易且確實地進行使插頭10與插座20卡合之操作。
由於在本體21之表背,形成從插入口22及帶裝著部29之邊緣沿著凹凸形狀26延伸之缺口25、28,因此可更削減作為插座20之材料,並可更加促進製造成本及重量之降低。
由於缺口25、28,其輪廓形狀係作成深度較淺的C字狀或深度較深的U字狀,因此對於輪廓形狀並不會產生形成角度大之不連續的部位,可避免應力集中或成形性的問題。尤其,缺口25、28之輪廓形狀,係作成沿著收容在收容空間23內之腳部12、連結部15或者帶裝著部19的開口之形狀,因此可一面將該等確實地隱蔽,並一面作成最大限度的缺口面積。
由於將缺口25作成從帶裝著部29延伸之深的缺口,且將缺口28作成從插入口22延伸之淺的缺口,因此帶裝著部29側及插入口22側之任何一方都設置缺口而將本體21之材料作為最小限度,最大限度地謀求製造成本及重量之降低。
又,因為帶裝著部29側之缺口25形成較深,而插入口22側之缺口28形成較淺,所以留在該等的缺口之間的部分(連結本體21之左右)則成為遠離帶裝著部29(同樣地連結本體21之左右)之位置,可確保本體21之彎曲剛性,並且可將藉由形成在該部分的凹凸形狀26之腳部12之導引功能從插入操作之較早的階段發揮。
由於缺口25,係於面臨帶裝著部29的兩端之部位具有沿著帶裝著部29突出之突出部25A,因此即使設置缺口25而面臨帶裝著部29之開口變大之情況下,亦可防止裝著在帶裝著部29的帶子之不必要的浮起甚至脫落。
由於缺口25,係沿著腳部12至連結部15之內側形狀而形成輪廓形狀,因此腳部12至連結部15並不會從缺口露出,可防止其他的物品卡住等,並且不會損及外觀。
[第2實施形態]
於第8圖,顯示本發明之第2實施形態。
本實施形態之側釋式帶扣2,係具備有與上述第1實施形態同樣的插頭10及插座20。但是,在本實施形態中,雖在插座20形成有帶裝著部29側之缺口25,但如上述第1實施形態之缺口28(參照第1圖)係並無形成,其部分將凹凸形狀26從插入口22之邊緣連續而長長地形成。
如此的本實施形態中,光是沒有第1圖之缺口28這部分,則無法謀求本體21之材料削減或者重量減輕,但其他係可得到與上述第1實施形態同樣的效果。更且,因凹凸形狀26變長,故可謀求比上述第1實施形態還更強化本體21之剛性。
[第3實施形態]
於第9圖,顯示本發明之第3實施形態。
本實施形態之側釋式帶扣3,係具備有與上述第1實施形態同樣的插頭10及插座20。但是,在本實施形態中,雖在插座20形成有插入口22側之缺口28,但如上述第1實施形態之缺口25(參照第1圖)係並無形成,其部分將凹凸形狀26從帶裝著部29之邊緣連續而長長地形成。
如此的本實施形態中,光是沒有第1圖之缺口25這部分,則無法謀求本體21之材料削減或者重量減輕,但其他係可得到與上述第1實施形態同樣的效果。更且,因凹凸形狀26變長,故可謀求比上述第1實施形態還更強化本體21之剛性。
[第4實施形態]
於第10圖,顯示本發明之第4實施形態。
本實施形態之側釋式帶扣4,係具備有與上述第1實施形態同樣的插頭10及插座20。但是,在本實施形態中,在插座20中如上述第1實施形態之缺口25、28(參照第1圖)係並無形成,而將凹凸形狀26從插入口22之邊緣到帶裝著部29連續而長長地形成。
如此的本實施形態中,光是沒有第1圖之缺口25、28這部分,則無法謀求本體21之材料削減或者重量減輕,但其他係可得到與上述第1實施形態同樣的效果。更且,因凹凸形狀26變長,故可謀求比上述第1實施形態還更強化本體21之剛性。
[變形例]
又,本發明係不限於上述各實施形態之構造,也包含如下之變形。
作為凹條線26A及凸條線26B之剖面形狀,係不限於波板狀,亦可作為三角形、四角形等,但作為所謂波板狀之光滑地形成凹凸之輪廓較為理想。
凹凸形狀26,係不限於根據由相對應之位置及形狀的凹條線26A及凸條線26B之結構,例如亦可只以形成在本體21的外面或內面之一條至複數條之凸條線26B來形成。但是,藉由形成在本體21之內面(收容空間23內),可得到腳部12之導引功能。又,藉由作為相對應之凹條線26A及凸條線26B,可將本體21作成一定之厚度,且以合成樹脂成形來製造之際較為理想。
凹凸形狀26,係不限於形成在本體21的表面及背面之兩方,亦可為表面或背面之任一方。
缺口25、28,係不限於U字狀或者C字狀,亦可作為V字狀或者矩形。但是,藉由最深處部分如U字狀或者C字狀地形成圓弧狀,可避免不需要的應力集中,對於為了確保強度較為理想。
其他,關於插頭10及插座20之細部形狀、構造,可作適當變更等。又,插頭10及插座20之尺寸、材質、色彩、表面加工等在進行實施之際可作適當選擇。
[產業上之可利用性]
本發明,係可利用作為連結帶子彼此之帶扣而具有兩側一對的鎖臂之側釋式帶扣。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種側釋式帶扣,其特徵為:具備有:插頭(10)及可將該插頭(10)插入卡合之插座(20),上述插頭(10),係具有:具有帶裝著部(19)及一對腳部(12)之基部(11);以及分別形成於上述腳部(12)之卡合部(14),上述插座(20),係具有:具有帶裝著部(29)及插入口(22)之本體(21);及形成在上述本體(21)內而可收容從上述插入口(22)所插入的上述腳部(12)之收容空間(23);以及形成在上述本體(21)而上述卡合部(14)可卡合之被卡合部(24),上述本體(21),係於其表側及背側之至少其中任一方具有朝上述腳部(12)的插入方向連續之凹凸形狀(26),而上述凹凸形狀(26),係由:形成在上述本體(21)的外面之凹條線(26A)、以及沿著上述凹條線(26A)形成在上述本體(21)的內面之凸條線(26B)所構成。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之側釋式帶扣,其中,上述凹凸形狀(26),係配置於上述收容空間(23)之收容一對上述腳部(12)的部分之中間。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項之側釋式帶扣,其中,上述卡合部(14),係配置在上述腳部(12)之前端部而將表背方向之尺寸形成比上述腳部(12)還更大,並且上述凸條線(26B),係在上述本體(21)的表側及背側之任何一方皆有形成,且將相對向的上述凸條線(26B)之間隔形成比無上述凸條線(26B)的部分之間隔還更窄。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第2項之側釋式帶扣,其中,上述凹凸形狀(26),係在上述腳部(12)被插入之際兼作將上述卡合部(14)往上述被卡合部(24)導引之導件。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項之側釋式帶扣,其中,在上述本體(21)之表背,形成有:從上述插入口(22)或上述帶裝著部(29)之至少任一方的邊緣沿著上述凹凸形狀(26)延伸之缺口(25、28)。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項之側釋式帶扣,其中,上述缺口(25、28),其輪廓形狀為C字狀或U字狀。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第5項之側釋式帶扣,其中,上述缺口(25、28),係為從上述帶裝著部(29)延伸之U字狀之較深的缺口(25)及從上述插入口(22)延伸之C字狀之較淺的缺口(28)。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第5項之側釋式帶扣,其中,上述缺口(25、28),係含有從上述帶裝著部(29)延伸之缺口(25),且該缺口(25)係在面臨上述帶裝著部(29)的兩端之部位形成有沿著上述帶裝著部(29)突出之突出部(25A)。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第5項之側釋式帶扣,其中,上述插頭(10)係具有連結上述一對腳部(12)之連結部(15),且上述腳部(12)至上述連結部(15)之內側形狀係作為C字狀或U字狀,上述缺口(25、28),係含有從上述帶裝著部(29)延伸之缺口(25),且該缺口(25)之輪廓形狀係沿著上述腳部(12)至上述連結部(15)之內側形狀所形成。
