技术领域:本发明涉及一种发电、充电装置,特别是电动汽车上的发电、充电装置。 
背景技术:为了开发利用新能源,各种新能源汽车应运而生。从技术发展成熟程度和中国国情来看,纯电动汽车应是大力推广的发展方向。电动汽车由蓄电池供电,电动车的蓄电池电量不足时需到充电站充电后才能继续行使,其续行里程之长短取决于车载动力电池容量之大小。业内人士说,现有电动车的续行能力,用铅酸蓄电池的车为150公里,用锂电池的车为300多公里。可见,蓄电池的电量成为电动车续行能力的关键。在边远地区,城镇之间距离遥远,推广应用电动汽车需要在公路沿线建设许多充电站。拉线建站的投资巨大,成为电动汽车推广的最大的障碍。 
发明内容:本发明的目的是设计一种给电动汽车续行的发电、充电装置,使电动汽车续行里程加大,即使在没有城镇电源和没有充电站情况下也能持续行驶。为实现这一目的,采用了如下的技术方案:给电动汽车续行的发电、充电装置包括发电机、充电器和蓄电池,所述的发电机是盘式发电机,安装在各车轮的轮辋上;发电、充电装置配有与车载电源相同的蓄电池,发电机的电流引出线通过充电器和电路转换器连接蓄电池;电动汽车原配蓄电池通过电路转换器连接汽车供电接线柱。 
发电、充电装置的发电机有一个圆盘状壳体,壳体内中心轴上装有紧固在轴上的两个永磁盘,两个永磁盘相对的内侧面上分别有被树脂浇铸在盘面内的两两相对且极性相反的永磁铁;两个永磁盘之间有一个可在轴上转动的绕组盘,绕组盘两侧盘面上有沿径向放置的被树脂浇铸在盘内的绕组线圈,绕组盘的盘面上的树脂内,靠近圆周的某 局部位置填充有非磁性重物。非磁性重物的重量可调。 
带有电路转换器的发电、充电装置的电路结构是,盘式发电机电流引出线连接充电器,充电器连接电路转换器,电路转换器的引出线连接蓄电池;电动汽车原配蓄电池引出线连接电路转换器,电路转换器的引出线连接汽车供电接线柱;改变电路转换器的转换键位置,电路改变为,充电器通过电路转换器连接电动汽车原配蓄电池,发电、充电装置的蓄电池通过电路转换器连接汽车供电接线柱。 
给电动汽车续行的发电、充电装置可使电动汽车车载电源电量不足时有替换电源,使其续行里程大大增加,为在边远地区推广电动汽车创造了条件。同时对节能、环保和减少电动汽车推广的投资将发挥巨大作用。

如附图所示,给电动汽车续行的发电、充电装置包括发电机、充电器和蓄电池。所述的发电机2采用了体积小、重量轻、扭矩小、效率高的盘式发电机,安装在车轮1的轮辋3外面;发电、充电装置配有与电动汽车电源相同的蓄电池4,在充电完成时与电动汽车原配电源经过电路转换器14互换供电和充电。带有电路转换器14的发电、充电装置的电路结构是,盘式发电机2电流引出线连接充电器13,充电器连接电路转换器,电路转换器的引出线连接蓄电池4,为蓄电池充电;电动汽车原配蓄电池15引出线连接电路转换器,电路转换器的引出线连接汽车供电接线柱16,为汽车供电。当电动汽车原配蓄电池的电量消耗将尽时,改变电路转换器的转换键位置,电路改变 为:充电器通过电路转换器连接电动汽车原配蓄电池,给电动汽车电源充电;发电、充电装置的蓄电池通过电路转换器连接汽车供电接线柱,为汽车供电。两个蓄电池交替供电和充电,保证电动汽车长途续行。 
发电、充电装置的发电机有一个带有端盖5的圆盘状壳体12,通过连接耳安装在电动汽车四个车轮的轮辋上,并随车轮一同转动。壳体上开有通风散热孔。壳体内中心轴上装有紧固在轴上的两个永磁盘6,两个永磁盘相对的内侧面同一大小的圆周上,分别有沿径向放置的、被树脂浇铸在盘面内的、两两相对且极性相反的永磁铁7和8。两个永磁盘之间有一个可在轴上转动的绕组盘9,绕组盘两侧盘面同一大小的圆周上分别有沿径向放置的被树脂浇铸在盘面内的绕组线圈10。绕组盘面上的树脂内,靠近盘边缘的某局部位置填充有非磁性重物11。调节非磁性重物的重量,可以改变发电机的发电量。两个永磁盘与壳体一同转动,而绕组盘因有偏心重量不会跟随永磁盘转动,盘上的线圈因切割磁力线而产生感应电流。 
发电、充电装置的发电机也可以有下面的实施方式:在发电机的圆盘状壳体内中心轴上装有紧固在轴上的两个绕组盘,两个绕组盘相对的内侧面同一大小的圆周上,有沿径向放置的被树脂浇铸在盘内的绕组线圈;两个绕组盘之间有一个可在轴上转动的永磁盘,永磁盘两侧盘面同一大小的圆周上,有被树脂浇铸在盘内的永磁铁,永磁盘盘面上的树脂内,靠近盘边缘的某局部位置填充有非磁性重物,非磁性重物的重量可调。 
给电动汽车续行的发电、充电装置也可以应用在其他各种车辆和带有转动轮结构的设备上,以便节省能源。

1.给电动汽车续行的发电、充电装置,是为了使电动汽车能在没有充电站的长途公路上延长行驶里程的装置,包括发电机、充电器和电动汽车电源,其特征是:所述的发电机(2)是盘式发电机,安装在车轮(1)的轮辋(3)上;其发电机有一个圆盘状壳体(12),壳体内中心轴上装有紧固在轴上的两个永磁盘(6),在两个永磁盘相对的内侧面同一大小的圆周上有被树脂浇铸在盘内的两两相对且极性相反的永磁铁(7、8);在两个永磁盘之间有一个可在轴上转动的绕组盘(9),在绕组盘两侧盘面同一大小的圆周上有沿径向放置的被树脂浇铸在盘内的绕组线圈(10),绕组盘面上的树脂内靠近盘边缘的某局部位置填充有非磁性重物(11),该非磁性重物的重量可调;发电、充电装置配有与电动汽车电源相同的蓄电池(4),盘式发电机(2)电流引出线连接充电器(13),充电器连接电路转换器(14),电路转换器的引出线连接蓄电池(4);电动汽车电源(15)引出线连接电路转换器(14),电路转换器的引出线连接汽车供电接线柱(16)。
2.给电动汽车续行的发电、充电装置,是为了使电动汽车能在没有充电站的长途公路上延长行驶里程的装置,包括发电机、充电器和电动汽车电源,其特征是:所述的发电机是盘式发电机,安装在车轮的轮辋上;其发电机有一个圆盘状壳体,壳体内中心轴上装有紧固在轴上的两个绕组盘,在两个绕组盘相对的内侧面同一大小的圆周上有沿径向放置的被树脂浇铸在盘内的绕组线圈;在两个绕组盘之间有一个可在轴上转动的永磁盘,在永磁盘两侧盘面同一大小的圆周上有被树脂浇铸在盘内的永磁铁;在永磁盘面上的树脂内靠近盘边缘的某局部位置填充有非磁性重物,该非磁性重物的重量可调;发电、充电装置配有与电动汽车电源相同的蓄电池,盘式发电机电流引出线连接充电器,充电器连接电路转换器,电路转换器的引出线连接蓄电池;电动汽车电源引出线连接电路转换器,电路转换器的引出线连接汽车供电接线柱。
