Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种带有壳体的压力调节阀,所述压力调节阀具有缠绕在线圈架上的线圈、可在轴承内轴向移动的电枢、芯和磁通引导装置,且所述压力调节阀具有连接孔和连接头,其中连接头具有用于电枢的阀座。
背景技术
此类压力调节阀特别地使用在液压调节装置内,用于汽车自动变速器的控制中,或也与压力或流量控制的发动机机油泵组合使用。在此,所述压力调节阀可以是所谓的开/关阀,或也可以是能够无级地调节流量的所谓的调制阀。例如,在此提及了从DE 197 16 185 A1中已知的开/关阀。在此,电磁驱动的电枢与阀座协作,以将连接开口与流出孔流体连通。在此,电枢与压力弹簧和电磁驱动器协作以保证在关闭位置中的密封封闭。为保证所述密封封闭,对于电磁驱动器和压力调节阀的制造精度提出了严格要求,这当绕导致高的制造和安装费用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于实现一种压力调节阀,所述压力调节阀的功能性在尽可能低的制造和安装费用下得以保证。
此技术问题通过如下方式解决,即使得壳体基本上构造为两部件式壳体,其中下部分具有连接头和连接孔,且所述下部分摩擦接合或形状配合地布置在壳体的上部分内,其中在连接头的指向芯的部分内提供有用于电枢的轴承衬套,且在连接头的相对置的部分内提供有用于电枢的止动衬套。以此方式,可在公差和制造精度方面特别简单且廉价地制造压力调节阀。
通过使下部分具有贯通的孔而使轴承衬套和止动衬套摩擦接合或形状配合地布置所述孔内,特别廉价地制造了下部分,且因此以简单的方式避免了轴承衬套和止动衬套之间的同心度不精确性。
通过将轴承衬套相对于连接孔错位地布置在下部分内,也可在小电枢行程的情况下以简单方式实现通过连接孔的高压力介质流量。在此有利的是连接衬套在下部分内的压入深度可调节,使得电枢的行程距离可调节。这例如可通过如下方式实现,即将止动衬套压入到下部分内且使之具有滚花、压纹等,使得止动衬套的调节可简单且精确地进行。
为实现更好的密封效果,电枢的指向下部分的端部可斜切出α角度,且止动衬套的指向电枢的端部可斜切出β角度,使得电枢和止动衬套之间存在线接触。
被证明特别地有利的是芯具有由非磁性材料制成的栓,所述栓用作用于电枢的止动元件和用于弹簧的弹簧座,所述弹簧将电枢相对于芯弹性地支承。在此,栓在芯内可调节地布置。
为进一步保证电枢的容易的可运动性,有利的是在电枢内提供内孔,所述内孔负责电枢上的压力平衡。其结果是为使得电枢运动而需由电磁驱动器提供的力明显低,且相应地所述电磁驱动器可廉价地构造。

具体实施方式
根据本发明的调节阀1具有壳体2,所述壳体2基本上构造为两部件式壳体。上部分3具有电磁驱动单元4,所述电磁驱动单元作用在以可轴向移动的方式布置在轴承5内的电枢6上。电磁驱动器4基本上包括线圈7、芯8和磁通引导装置,所述磁通引导装置包括回流板(Rückschlussblech)9和磁轭10。由塑料构造的壳体此外还具有用于控制压力调节阀的插头11。芯8在这种情况下夹在上部分3内。
电磁驱动器4作用在电枢6上,所述电枢6在这种情况下用作开/关阀的阀杆和阀封闭构件。电枢6在此通过弹簧12相对于芯8在关闭位置预张紧。弹簧12通过栓13引导,所述栓13在安装状态下可调节地布置在芯内且同时用作用于电枢6的上止动元件。电枢6又可运动地支承在此处构造为滑动轴承的轴承衬套5内,在所述轴承衬套5内至少轴承摩擦层由非磁性材料制成。轴承衬套在此可特别地包括可磁化的钢支撑板和不可磁化的滑动层,例如由青铜或特富龙(Teflon)制成的滑动层。钢支撑板和滑动层之间的厚度比在此大约为70∶30,以保证电枢的最佳的运行特征以及充分的磁力。此轴承衬套5布置在下部分14内,所述下部分14摩擦接合或形状配合地布置在壳体2的上部分3内。此下部分14此外具有连接头15,所述连接头15在此情况下用于引入压力介质,且具有连接孔16,通过所述连接孔16可传输压力介质。在连接头15内提供了止动衬套17,所述止动衬套17用作电枢6的阀座。在此,电枢6的指向下部分14的端部斜切出角度α,且止动衬套16的指向电枢6的端部斜切出角度β。由于角度不同,所以形成了电枢6在止动衬套16上的线接触,这导致良好的密封作用。在最终安装时,可通过所谓的“止动”可靠地保证线密封。此外,止动衬套16具有未图示的滚花,所述滚花实现了止动衬套16的压入深度的精确调节且因此限制了电枢6的行程距离。
为实现在压力介质从连接头17流向连接孔16时全面积地流过连接孔16,轴承5相对于连接孔16略微回缩地布置在下部分15内,由此对应于轴承厚度的自由面形成了流动区域,所述流动区域实现了连接孔16的全面积的流过。
此外电枢6具有内孔18,所述内孔18保证了电枢6上的压力平衡。由于电枢6的构造以及电枢6的上方的压力与电枢6的下方的压力相同的事实,所以电枢6自身压力平衡。以此方式,电磁驱动器4可简单且廉价地构造。
在未图示的状态中,电枢6通过复位弹簧12压向止动衬套17的阀座,且以此方式封闭了连接头15和连接孔16之间的流体连接。
图示的压力调节阀1可特别地作为调节阀用于可调节的机械机油泵,其中通过此压力调节阀应控制机油供给量。如果现在机油泵的机油压力降低,则电磁驱动器4促动且因此使电枢6在芯8的方向上运动。以此,机油可通过连接头15的入口被引导向连接孔16,且由所述连接孔16无压力地被引导到未图示的机油盘内。通过图示的布置,特别地通过在用于支承电枢6的轴承衬套5内提供下部分14以及将用于电枢6的带有阀座的止动衬套17布置在内孔内,保证了特别可行的无公差不精确性且因此廉价地可制造的布置。应显见的是,此类压力调节阀1不仅可构造为开/关阀而且可构造为可无级地调节的压力调节阀。在此,例如可构思的是通过已知的滑块布置打开和关闭连接孔16。
Claims (9)
1.一种带有壳体(2)的压力调节阀(1),所述压力调节阀(1)具有缠绕在线圈架上的线圈(7)、可在轴承(5)内轴向移动的电枢(6)、芯(8)和磁通引导装置(9、10),且所述压力调节阀(1)具有连接孔(16)和连接头(15),其中,连接头(15)具有用于电枢(6)的阀座,其特征在于,壳体(2)基本上构造为两部件式的,其中下部分(14)具有连接头(15)和连接孔(16),且所述下部分摩擦接合或形状配合地布置在壳体(2)的上部分(3)内,其中,在连接头(15)的指向芯(8)的部分内提供有用于电枢(6)的轴承衬套(5),且在连接头(15)的相对置的部分内提供有用于电枢(6)的止动衬套(17)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压力调节阀,其特征在于,下部分(14)具有贯通的孔,所述轴承衬套(15)和止动衬套(17)摩擦接合或形状配合地布置在所述孔内。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的压力调节阀,其特征在于,轴承衬套(5)相对于连接孔(16)回缩地布置在下部分内。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的压力调节阀,其特征在于,止动衬套(17)在下部分(14)内的压入深度可这样地调节,使得电枢(6)的行程距离是可调节的。
5.根据权利要求4所述的压力调节阀,其特征在于,止动衬套(17)压入到下部分(14)内且具有滚花、压纹等。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的压力调节阀,其特征在于,电枢(6)的指向下部分(14)的端部这样地斜切出角度α,且连接衬套的指向电枢(6)的端部这样地斜切出角度β,使得在电枢(6)和连接衬套(17)之间存在线接触。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的压力调节阀,其特征在于,芯(8)具有由非磁性材料制成的栓(13),所述栓(13)用作用于电枢(6)的止动元件和用于弹簧(12)的弹簧座,所述弹簧(12)将电枢(6)弹性地压向芯(8)。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的压力调节阀,其特征在于,栓(13)可调节地布置在芯(6)内。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的压力调节阀,其特征在于,电枢(6)内提供有内孔(18)。
