本发明公开了一种水泥助磨剂的制备方法,主要工艺过程是将二乙醇酰胺、聚乙烯醇、六偏磷酸钠、石墨粉、去离子水、十二烷基苯磺酸钠以上各组份按比例依次加入反应釜中,加热搅拌混合后进入胶体磨机循环超细研磨,制备成液态水泥助磨剂;液态水泥助磨剂的使用使得生料粉磨工段的电耗降低7%~13%,液态助磨剂同时具备有计量准确、贮存和使用方便的优点。

一种液态水泥助磨剂的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种液态水泥助磨剂的制备方法;特别指新型干法水泥生产过程中,用于生料粉磨工段的液态助磨剂的制备方法。
背景技术
目前国内新型干法水泥生产过程中,生料粉磨过程的耗电量占水泥粉磨过程的总耗电量的30%~40%左右,就目前的技术现状来看,降低能耗的途径有两个:一是改进磨机的性能;二是通过添加专用助磨剂来提高研磨效率,两者中目前国内外的研发动态是优先发展专用的先进高效助磨剂。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于水泥生料粉磨工段的液态水泥助磨剂的制备方法,这种液态助磨剂由十二烷基苯磺酸钠、二乙醇酰胺、聚乙烯醇、六偏磷酸钠、石墨粉、去离子水复合制备而成,使用时的添加量为研磨时粉状物料的0.02%~0.06%。
本发明要解决的技术问题由如下方案来实现:一种液态水泥助磨剂的制备方法,其特征是:组成液态助磨剂的各种组分按重量百分比为:二乙醇酰胺1%~3%,聚乙烯醇3%~6%,六偏磷酸钠0.6%~1%,石墨粉10%~15%,去离子水63.0%~81.4%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠4%~12%。制备过程如下:按比例定量称取二乙醇酰胺、聚乙烯醇、六偏磷酸钠、石墨粉、去离子水加入反应釜中,加加热至90℃~96℃,搅拌混合20分钟~30分钟,降温至40℃~50℃,然后再按比例加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠,继续搅拌混合20分钟~30分钟,完成后直接进入胶体磨机循环超细研磨5分钟~15分钟,降温至室温后出料包装即为液态水泥助磨剂。
本发明的优点是:液态助磨剂的使用,使得生料粉磨工段的电耗降低了7%~13%,液态助磨剂还具有计量准确,贮存和使用方便的优点。

具体实施方式
实施例1:以制备100kg液态水泥助磨剂为例,称取二乙醇酰胺1kg,聚乙烯醇3kg,六偏磷酸钠0.6kg,石墨粉10kg,去离子水81.4kg,依次加入反应釜中,开动电加热升温至90℃,搅拌20分钟,降温至40℃,加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠4kg,继续搅拌20分钟后直接送入胶体磨机循环超细研磨5分钟,降温至室温后出料包装。
实施例2:以制备100kg液态水泥助磨剂为例,称取二乙醇酰胺2kg,聚乙烯醇4.5kg,六偏磷酸钠0.85kg,石墨粉12.5kg,去离子水72.15kg,依次加入反应釜中,开动电加热升温至93℃,搅拌25分钟,降温至45℃,加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠8kg,继续搅拌25分钟后直接送入胶体磨机循环超细研磨10分钟,降温至室温后出料包装。
实施例3:以制备100kg液态水泥助磨剂为例,称取二乙醇酰胺3kg,聚乙烯醇6kg,六偏磷酸钠1kg,石墨粉15kg,去离子水63kg,依次加入反应釜中,开动电加热升温至96℃,搅拌30分钟,降温至50℃,加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠12kg,继续搅拌30分钟后直接送入胶体磨机循环超细研磨15分钟,降温至室温后出料包装。

1.一种液态水泥助磨剂的制备方法,其特征是:液态助磨剂的各组份按重量百分比为,二乙醇酰胺1%~3%,聚乙烯醇3%~6%,六偏磷酸钠0.6%~1%,石墨粉10%~15%,去离子水63.0%~81.4%,以上各组分按比例依次加入反应釜中,加热温度90℃~96℃,搅拌混合20分钟~30分钟,降低温度至40℃~50℃,加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠4%~12%,搅拌混合20分钟~30分钟,进入胶体磨机循环超细研磨5分钟~15分钟,降温至室温后出料包装即为液态助磨剂。
