Abstract
本发明公开了一种废塑料薄膜挤出机,包括机筒、设置在机筒内的螺旋输送杆、设置在机筒上的进料斗,螺旋输送杆包括与机筒同轴设置的杆体和位于杆体上的螺旋叶片,螺旋输送杆的动力输入端伸出机筒并与一驱动装置相连接。机筒包括按物料输送方向依次连接的干燥段机筒、压缩段机筒和挤出段机筒,压缩段机筒呈自干燥段机筒至挤出段机筒内径逐渐减小的圆台状,干燥段机筒的筒壁上设置有若干出水孔,在挤出段机筒的外壁上包裹有多个加热器。废塑料薄膜在上述废塑料薄膜挤出机中干燥后,直接被挤出形成产品,减少了独立干燥机的使用,降低生产成本,提高了生产效率且占地面积小。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及到塑料回收再生技术领域,尤其涉及一种塑料回收再利用的废塑料薄膜挤出机。
背景技术
近年来,国内外塑料制品的应用范围越来越广泛。但是废弃的塑料不易腐烂,会严重影响人类的生态环境,于是人们开始将废弃的塑料进行回收后重复利用。但是重复利用前必须将废弃的塑料粉碎成塑料薄膜碎片后,经过清洗和干燥才行。干燥后的物料经废塑料薄膜挤出机制成各种产品,并保证产品的质量。其中,常用挤出机包括机架,设置在机架上的机筒,设置在机筒内的螺旋输送杆,设置在机架上的减速箱及设置在机筒上的进料斗,机筒的一端与轴承座相连接,螺旋输送杆的动力输入端活动设置在轴承座内部,并与轴承座外部的驱动装置相连接,机筒的外壁包裹有若干加热器。该挤出机只能将预先干燥好的原料来制成产品,功能单一。现在市场上从废塑料薄膜的干燥到挤出成型需要干燥机和废塑料薄膜挤出机两样装置,增加了生产成本,降低了生产效率。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种将废塑料薄膜干燥和挤出一起的废塑料薄膜挤出机。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种废塑料薄膜挤出机,包括机筒、设置在机筒内的螺旋输送杆、设置在机筒上的进料斗,螺旋输送杆包括与机筒同轴设置的杆体和位于杆体上的螺旋叶片,螺旋输送杆的动力输入端伸出机筒并与一驱动装置相连接。机筒包括按物料输送方向依次连接的干燥段机筒、压缩段机筒和挤出段机筒,压缩段机筒呈自干燥段机筒至挤出段机筒内径逐渐减小的圆台状,干燥段机筒的筒壁上设置有若干出水孔,在挤出段机筒的外壁上包裹有多个加热器。物料自机筒上的进料斗进入机筒中,并被转动螺旋输送杆向前推送,依次经过干燥段机筒、压缩段机筒以及挤出段机筒,在机筒中经过脱水干燥、加热,最后被挤出而形成产品。
驱动装置包括电机和与电机的输出轴相联的减速箱,减速箱的输出轴与螺旋输送杆之间通过联轴器相连接。
电机的输出轴上设置有主动皮带轮,减速箱的输入轴上设置有从动皮带轮,主动皮带轮和从动皮带轮之间通过皮带相连。
优选地,机筒可以与一轴承座相固定连接,螺旋输送杆的动力输入端被该轴承座转动支承。
优选地,机筒最好设置于一机架上,驱动装置也设置于该机架上。将各工作部件集成于机架上,便于放置及使用,且使得结构更加紧凑。
本发明的有益效果是:废塑料薄膜在挤出机中干燥后再被挤出而形成产品,无需使用独立干燥机预先进行干燥,然后再利用挤出机进行挤出工序,可减少工序、降低生产成本,提高了生产效率,且机器整体的占地面积小。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明废塑料薄膜挤出机作进一步的详细描述。
如图1所示的实施例,该废塑料薄膜挤出机包括机架1、设置在机架1上的机筒2、活动设置在机筒2内的螺旋输送杆3,及设置在机架1上的驱动装置。所述的驱动装置包括固定在机架1上的电机4和固定在机架1上的减速箱5,电机4的输出轴上设置有主动皮带轮6,减速箱5的输入轴上设置有从动皮带轮7,主动皮带轮6和从动皮带轮7之间通过皮带8相连。当然,在实际生产过程中,按照需求也可直接采用电机等其他驱动装置。机筒2由挤出段机筒9、压缩段机筒10和干燥段机筒11组成,其中压缩段机筒10呈圆台状,挤出段机筒9与压缩段机筒10直径较小端相连,干燥段机筒11与压缩段机筒10直径较大端相连。干燥段机筒11上设置有进料斗12,干燥段机筒11的另一端与轴承座13相连接,螺旋输送杆3的末端活动设置在轴承座13内部,并且通过联轴器14与减速箱5的输出轴相连。如图2所示,干燥段机筒11的筒壁上设置有若干出水孔15,挤出段机筒9的外壁包裹有若干加热器16。位于挤出段机筒9内的螺旋输送杆3上设置有挤出螺牙17,位于干燥段机筒11内的螺旋输送杆3上设置有输送螺牙18。
本发明的工作原理是:将清洗干净的废塑料薄膜放入进料斗12内,随后废塑料薄膜进入干燥段机筒11内,电机4通过主动皮带轮6、皮带8和从动皮带轮7带动减速箱5的输入轴转动,减速箱5的输出轴通过联轴器14带动螺旋输送杆3转动,螺旋输送杆3通过输送螺牙18将干燥段机筒11内的废塑料薄膜向前推动,当废塑料薄膜进入压缩段机筒10内后,由于压缩段机筒10成圆台状,废塑料薄膜在压缩段机筒内10受到严重挤压并开始积压,过一段时间后,干燥段机筒11内的废塑料薄膜也越积越多,这样压缩段机筒10和干燥段机筒11内的废塑料薄膜就形成一定压力,该压力将废塑料薄膜内的水分挤出,并通过干燥段机筒11筒壁上的出水孔15排出,由于挤出段机筒9会被加热器16加热,从而产生水蒸气,使得加热后形成的水蒸气形成气压,故压缩段机筒10内废塑料薄膜被挤出来的水会在气压的作用下进入干燥段机筒11内,也从出水孔15排出,从而实现对废塑料薄膜进行充分干燥的目的。干燥好的废塑料薄膜在螺旋输送杆3的作用下被继续在挤出段机筒9内往前推,同时,挤出段机筒9外壁上的加热器16对挤出段机筒9内的废塑料薄膜继续进行加热,把废塑料薄膜塑化,并被螺旋输送杆3上的挤出螺牙17挤出,最后经设置在废塑料薄膜挤出机头部的模具形成产品。
本发明的有益效果是:上述废塑料薄膜挤出机可同时实现干燥和挤出的功能,减少了干燥机的使用,降低生产成本,减少了工作环节与能量浪费,减少了人力,提高了工作效率,维修方便。
以上对本发明的特定实施例结合图示进行了说明,很明显,在不离开本发明的范围和精神的基础上,可以对现有技术和工艺进行很多修改。在本发明的所属技术领域中,只要掌握通常知识,就可以在本发明的技术要旨范围内,进行多种多样的变更。
Claims (5)
1.一种废塑料薄膜挤出机,包括机筒、设置在机筒内的螺旋输送杆、设置在机筒上的进料斗,螺旋输送杆包括与机筒同轴设置的杆体和位于杆体上的螺旋叶片,螺旋输送杆的动力输入端伸出机筒并与一驱动装置相连接,其特征在于:所述机筒包括按物料输送方向依次连接的干燥段机筒、压缩段机筒和挤出段机筒,所述压缩段机筒呈自干燥段机筒至挤出段机筒内径逐渐减小的圆台状,所述干燥段机筒的筒壁上设置有若干出水孔,在挤出段机筒的外壁上包裹有多个加热器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的废塑料薄膜挤出机,其特征在于:所述的驱动装置包括电机和与所述电机的输出轴相联的减速箱,所述减速箱的输出轴与螺旋输送杆之间通过联轴器相连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的废塑料薄膜挤出机,其特征在于:所述电机的输出轴上设置有主动皮带轮,减速箱的输入轴上设置有从动皮带轮,主动皮带轮和从动皮带轮之间通过皮带相连。
4.根据权利要求1-3之一所述的废塑料薄膜挤出机,其特征在于:机筒与一轴承座相固定连接,螺旋输送杆的动力输入端被该轴承座转动支承。
5.根据权利要求1-3之一所述的废塑料薄膜挤出机,其特征在于:机筒设置于一机架上,驱动装置也设置于该机架上。
