Abstract
本发明公开了一种单级真空挤出机,包括搅拌筒、搅拌螺旋、扩口输料筒、挤出螺旋和挤出腔,扩口输料筒的一端与搅拌筒相连,另一端与挤出腔连接,搅拌螺旋转动设置于搅拌筒内,挤出螺旋转动设置于扩口输料筒内,且搅拌螺旋与挤出螺旋同轴固定连接,搅拌筒上设有加料槽,扩口输料筒的内腔尺寸沿其输送方向逐渐增大呈锥形,挤出螺旋的叶片的半径随扩口输料筒的内腔尺寸的增加而增加;扩口输料筒与搅拌筒的对接部位设有前多孔栅板,扩口输料筒与挤出腔之间设有后多孔栅板,扩口输料筒上靠近前多孔栅板设有抽气室。本发明的单级真空挤出机,在单级结构上实现物料搅拌、真空抽气、致密坯体挤出等功能,既降低整体设备的造价,又便于设备的清洁。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及挤出机领域,具体涉及一种单级真空挤出机。
背景技术
传统的单级挤出机不能实现真空抽气作用,又不能实现坯体的致密挤出。为了解决坯体的致密问题,市面上出现了真空挤出机,其结构一般分为上下两级,上级作用是加料搅拌,下级作用是挤出,在上下级之间连接有真空抽气室。然而,这种结构都存在设备体积较大、造价高、不方便更换原料时对设备的清洗。
因此,需对现有的挤出机进行改进,在保证致密坯体挤出的同时抽真空,使得其体积更小,造价更低,且便于清理。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种结构简单、占地面积小,且便于操作和清洁的单级真空挤出机,旨在采用单级结构,实现物料搅拌、真空抽气、致密坯体挤出等功能。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种单级真空挤出机,包括搅拌筒、搅拌螺旋、扩口输料筒、挤出螺旋和挤出腔,所述扩口输料筒的一端与所述搅拌筒相连,所述扩口输料筒的另一端与所述挤出腔连接,所述搅拌螺旋转动设置于所述搅拌筒内,所述挤出螺旋转动设置于所述扩口输料筒内,且所述搅拌螺旋与所述挤出螺旋同轴固定连接并由同一驱动机构驱动旋转,所述搅拌筒上设有加料槽,经所述加料槽加入到所述搅拌筒内的物料再经所述扩口输料筒输出到挤出腔,所述扩口输料筒的内腔尺寸沿其输送方向逐渐增大呈锥形,所述挤出螺旋的叶片的半径随所述扩口输料筒的内腔尺寸的增加而增加。
所述扩口输料筒与所述搅拌筒的对接部位设有前多孔栅板,所述扩口输料筒与所述挤出腔之间设有后多孔栅板,所述搅拌筒内的物料经所述前多孔栅板上的孔洞挤出到扩口输料筒内,所述扩口输料筒内的物料经所述后多孔栅板上的孔洞挤出到所述挤出腔内。
所述扩口输料筒上靠近前多孔栅板设有抽气室,所述抽气室用于抽取经前多孔栅板进入所述扩口输料筒内的物料内的空气。
进一步地,所述前多孔栅板上的孔洞呈锥形,且进料端面积与出料端面积比大于或等于2:1。
进一步地,所述扩口输料筒为对开结构,且分别通过半扩口铰链与搅拌筒活动连接。
进一步地,所述前多孔栅板为对开结构,分半的前多孔栅板分别对应固定安装在扩口输料筒的内壁上。
进一步地,所述搅拌螺旋的螺旋叶片贴近所述前多孔栅板,距离为0.5~5mm。
进一步地,所述挤出螺旋的螺旋叶片贴近所述后多孔栅板,距离为0.5~5mm。
进一步地,所述搅拌螺旋的旋转轴于远离所述扩口输料筒的一端贯穿出所述搅拌筒并与所述驱动机构传动连接。
本发明的单级真空挤出机,通过采用上述技术方案,可以达到如下有益效果:
1)物料通过前多孔栅板后在扩口输料筒内由抽气室抽取物料所含空气,使得形成真空状态下致密的物料,从而实现坯体的致密挤出;
2)物料在料槽底部由螺旋驱动聚于前多孔栅板前并在螺旋推力作用下通过前多孔栅板,前多孔栅板上各孔设计成锥形,使物料通过锥形孔时像锥塞一样起到密封空气作用;
3)搅拌螺旋设置在尽可能贴近前多孔栅板平面,排除用物料本身作密封垫时带来的空能耗和发热问题;挤出螺旋末端同样贴近后多孔栅板端面以减少物料因内摩擦引起的发热和空能耗;
4)为避免物料在前多孔栅板出口前聚集而不利抽真空,须将物料快速送至挤出腔,又考虑较大的挤出力,本发明设计了锥形扩口式筒和直筒相结合的组合输料筒和与之配合的组合搅拌螺旋、挤出螺旋,可快速将物料挤出;
5)为便于清理粘附在内部各机件上的物料,本发明将组合输料筒和多孔栅板设计成对开形式,制块工作完成后可及时打开输料筒清洁受污机件;
6)本发明的整体结构相比传统设备,更加简单,占地面积更小,且便于操作及清洁。

下面将结合附图以及具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步描述。较佳实施例中所引用的如“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“中间”及“一”等用语,仅为便于叙述的明了,而非用以限定本发明可实施的范围,其相对关系的改变或调整,在无实质变更技术内容下,当亦视为本发明可实施的范畴。
本发明的单级真空挤出机,旨在单层级结构上实现物料搅拌、真空抽气、致密坯体挤出等功能,既降低整体设备的造价,又便于在更换物料后设备的清洁。该单级真空挤出机特别适用于陶瓷原料的练泥、挤出成型以及无机石、有机石板材的挤出成型。
如图1所示,本发明提供的一种单级真空挤出机,包括搅拌筒3、搅拌螺旋2、扩口输料筒8、挤出螺旋7和挤出腔10,所述扩口输料筒8的一端与所述搅拌筒3相连,所述扩口输料筒8的另一端与所述挤出腔10连接,所述搅拌螺2旋转动设置于所述搅拌筒3内,所述挤出螺旋7转动设置于所述扩口输料筒8内,且所述搅拌螺旋2与所述挤出螺旋7同轴固定连接并由同一驱动机构驱动旋转。所述扩口输料筒8的内腔尺寸沿其输送方向逐渐增大呈锥形,所述挤出螺旋7的叶片的半径随所述扩口输料筒8的内腔尺寸的增加而增加,所述搅拌筒3上设有加料槽1,经所述加料槽1加入到所述搅拌筒3内的物料再经所述扩口输料筒8输出到挤出腔10。
所述扩口输料筒8与所述搅拌筒3的对接部位设有前多孔栅板5,所述扩口输料筒8与所述挤出腔10之间设有后多孔栅板9,所述前多孔栅板5上的孔洞呈锥形,且进料端面积与出料端面积比大于或等于2:1。所述搅拌筒3内的物料经所述前多孔栅板5上的孔洞挤出到扩口输料筒8内,所述扩口输料筒8内的物料经所述后多孔栅板9上的孔洞挤出到所述挤出腔10内。
所述扩口输料筒8上靠近前多孔栅板5设有抽气室6,所述抽气室5用于抽取经前多孔栅板5进入所述扩口输料筒8内的物料内的空气。
所述扩口输料筒8为对开结构,且分别通过半扩口铰链4与搅拌筒3活动连接。所述前多孔栅板5为对开结构,分半的前多孔栅板5分别对应固定安装在扩口输料筒8的内壁上。
所述搅拌螺旋2的螺旋叶片贴近所述前多孔栅板5,距离为0.5~5mm。所述挤出螺旋7的螺旋叶片贴近所述后多孔栅板9,距离为0.5~5mm。
所述搅拌螺旋2的旋转轴于远离所述扩口输料筒8的一端贯穿出所述搅拌筒3并与所述驱动机构传动连接。

1.一种单级真空挤出机,其特征在于,包括搅拌筒(3)、搅拌螺旋(2)、扩口输料筒(8)、挤出螺旋(7)和挤出腔(10),所述扩口输料筒(8)的一端与所述搅拌筒(3)相连,所述扩口输料筒(8)的另一端与所述挤出腔(10)连接,所述搅拌螺(2)旋转动设置于所述搅拌筒(3)内,所述挤出螺旋(7)转动设置于所述扩口输料筒(8)内,且所述搅拌螺旋(2)与所述挤出螺旋(7)同轴固定连接并由同一驱动机构驱动旋转,所述搅拌筒(3)上设有加料槽(1),经所述加料槽(1)加入到所述搅拌筒(3)内的物料再经所述扩口输料筒(8)输出到挤出腔(10),所述扩口输料筒(8)的内腔尺寸沿其输送方向逐渐增大呈锥形,所述挤出螺旋(7)的叶片的半径随所述扩口输料筒(8)的内腔尺寸的增加而增加;
所述扩口输料筒(8)与所述搅拌筒(3)的对接部位设有前多孔栅板(5),所述扩口输料筒(8)与所述挤出腔(10)之间设有后多孔栅板(9),所述搅拌筒(3)内的物料经所述前多孔栅板(5)上的孔洞挤出到扩口输料筒(8)内,所述扩口输料筒(8)内的物料经所述后多孔栅板(9)上的孔洞挤出到所述挤出腔(10)内;
所述扩口输料筒(8)上靠近前多孔栅板(5)设有抽气室(6),所述抽气室(5)用于抽取经前多孔栅板(5)进入所述扩口输料筒(8)内的物料内的空气。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单级真空挤出机,其特征在于,所述前多孔栅板(5)上的孔洞呈锥形,且进料端面积与出料端面积比大于或等于2:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的单级真空挤出机,其特征在于,所述扩口输料筒(8)为对开结构,且分别通过半扩口铰链(4)与搅拌筒(3)活动连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的单级真空挤出机,其特征在于,所述前多孔栅板(5)为对开结构,分半的前多孔栅板(5)分别对应固定安装在扩口输料筒(8)的内壁上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的单级真空挤出机,其特征在于,所述搅拌螺旋(2)的螺旋叶片贴近所述前多孔栅板(5),距离为0.5~5mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的单级真空挤出机,其特征在于,所述挤出螺旋(7)的螺旋叶片贴近所述后多孔栅板(9),距离为0.5~5mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的单级真空挤出机,其特征在于,所述搅拌螺旋(2)的旋转轴于远离所述扩口输料筒(8)的一端贯穿出所述搅拌筒(3)并与所述驱动机构传动连接。
